Tenerife Experience Hostel Hostel

Very good atmosphere, the hostel is super quiet and clean, the people that attends it ahradables. I recommend it because it also is close to the interchange bus to take the bus to all sides of the island (10 min walk)

The very nice guy. I do not put any more stars for the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms.

Great location! Five minutes walk to the City Center and seven minutes to the main Bus Station and the City largest Supermarkets and Shopping Center. Great professional front desk staff. They will help you find the best hikes on the Island. Nice small and clean Hostel. There is a Sunroof Terrace and a Breakfast Patio.

We stayed one night in this hostel, the welcome there is warm and the rooms are clean the only small downside is the comfort of the bedding, we had a double bed and the mattress was not the most comfortable but for the price it is very reasonable.

We went through carnivals, my friends and I. They got confused by giving us the room as we paid a large terrace and what we found was 4 bunk beds in a small room. Worst hostel I ever stayed in. We went 3 but did not give us the option to book only 3 beds so we had to pay the entire room (booking in booking, on the page I do not know). Breakfast is a pot juice with straw, two toasts and nothing else. Because the coffeemaker is disgusting, always dirty. And the two toasters heat up very little. They were so crappy that when they saw that we were 3 and not 4 they took the fourth breakfast. When it's something we pay for! In the shower The water comes out at low pressure and cold. I paid €40 night to shower in cold water! The bathroom was not cleaned until 12 in the morning, so if we were leaving before we had to shower with everything dirty. There's only one towel in the community bath.
In reply to the response obtained by the hotel; It seems ridiculous to copy and paste an answer to me and other clients and to believe that you still have more to say. And that I know I'm not going to pay for a hotel to have to do housekeeping. And if, of nothing, I hope you worth something my comment to improve.

Really nice place but high season price through the week, a 100% surcharge is too much.

The hostel is very nice with many colors, the cleanliness is good, the breakfast complete with pieces of fruit coffee or tea and juice and bread with butter and jam, the girl and the boy are young entrepreneurs very friendly and helpful. I loved it, I will return with my partner, tb have a large terrace and it is 2 minutes from the center of Santa Cruz de tenerife. Locomindo 100 by 100

The location is perfect, in the center of a very local area which doesn't have lot's of tourists and no noise at all. 15 minutes walk away to the central bus station and to Av. Francisco la Rocheb, which has some nice bars and restaurants. The hostel is new, featuring a very cool, nice and modern design, you can definitely see that they invested efforts in it. Everything is very clean including the rooms, the living room, the kitchen, and even the roof top! The staff is very friendly, professional and welcoming! The owner kindly helped with our specific needs, solved them so quickly, which is definitely not obvious in contrast to other hostels. It was a pleasure to stay there, I really recommend, definitely worth the price — thank you very much!

We went in carnivals and it was quite expensive for the service. They cleaned the bathroom at 12 noon and uncleaned the day before. We aseábamos in the morning with the dirty bathroom. They got confused when we gave the room, giving us a smaller and no balcony as it put in the description. Lousy breakfast, consisting of a juice per head, a tiny pot of butter and another of jam per head, and the coffee and not tasted by the bad looks that had. We thought it was all pretty dirty.

Perfect accommodation, very quiet and clean place where you get a good deal.

Some friends from Australia were recently and spoke wonderfully, very central and exquisite staff.
