Good hotel option, central, pedestrian street with restaurants next door, with good room service and reception. They have renovated the floors and rooms, new bathroom with hairdryer, well insulated windows of external noises. Minibar and air conditioning. Perfect price. To improve: toiletries, more quantity and variety. And you can have breakfast later, in quality and variety well.

3-star hotel located in the central Santa Cruz area of Tenerife. Good cleaning Of the rooms and bathrooms. To update the entrance hall, but in good condition anyway. Breakfast takes place at the nearby property (just around the corner where the McDonald's is located), on the 9th floor, with good views for photographs. Breakfast is very rich and hearty (fresh fruit, croissants, cappuccino, fruit juice (not fresh), eggs, bacon, etc).

Basic, but nice staff and good location for Santa Cruz centre.

Hotel located in the heart of the chicharrera capital in Plaza de la Candelaria and a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean in a very good area of the city. Despite being in a pedestrian area it is somewhat noisy so I recommend ordering interior rooms. It has a beautiful terrace for breakfast with incredible views of the city and is surrounded by everything one can ask for to have a good stay in Sta. Cruz: restaurants, bars, electronics bazaars, museums, old churches, pharmacies, walks and green areas, parking lots, clothing stores and so on. Also the staff is very friendly.

Good customer service. Rooms with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and with everything you need to spend a few days in the main area of Santa Cruz.

It Was well XQ has good and location in the center the only thing for what it cost I expected another room more modern and I had to move to breakfast Q.

El hotel en si no estaba mal y se nota que está reformado. Muy cerquita del centro de santa Cruz de Tenerife, lo único que me dieron una habitación de la primera planta y por el día no da nada de luZ y las vistas son un poco decepcionantes jeje. El resto muy bien.

Very well located and very clean. The only thing wrong with the views of the rooms. At least the one that touched me.

It's in a central location, and that's good. But the hotel is old and it shows on the bed, very uncomfortable, in the noise, it doesn't let you sleep. If you don't mind leaving your back broken when sleeping or the noise both outside and inside, the hotel is perfect.

Unfortunately the night staff. A very unpleasant worker who applied discretionally and "a Piaccere" a non-existent hotel regulation. In Spain they can not forbid you to go up with a third person to your room, as long as you identify and register. Nor, under any legal precept, can deny you the book of claims, which the worker in question did. Unfortunate situation we had at the Adonis Plaza. There are many other hotels to choose from in the center of the city with the same quality and, I hope, without these problems.

Very nice, modern and clean rooms. Great breakfast but you need exit the building and go to partnered hotel Adonis. Great localisation, no parking though.

The Hotel is very central. On the pedestrian street. But the problem is parking. They offer a parking lot nearby for 10 €/day. But it is a very crappy garage and you go crazy to locate the square you get. The N ° are on the ceiling beams and they won't let you know. So we wasted a lot of time looking for the square. It's a very small hotel but right.

The Adonis Plaza was undergoing refurbishing when we stopped there, the room was fine with good facilities and value for money, I had booked at the Capitol sister hotel also being refurbished where we took breakfast. I like to decide where I stay not at the discretion of the Hotel group.

Nice staff, helpful people at the reception desk. They speak English here. Renovated, clean rooms with bathrooms. Every bathroom has a shower. On 4th and 7th floor you can go outside on a terrace. Currently under renovation, but the workers are almost invisible. Generally a nice and well situated place, we just had bad luck to have a room that smelled cigarettes (despite the no smoking policy in the facility). The hotel was full so we couldn't change the room, but we were given air freshener.

Very good breakfast buffet.

Hotel is located next to the cruise harbour — that was the reason why we decided to stay there. The hotel is quite old and our room was not as clean as expected (hairs in bed and bathroom…). Okay for one night, no option for a longer stay!

Rooms unfortunately very old and heated … Otherwise quite good!

Affordable Hotel and in a very quiet area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Very good option if you want to escape from the tourist areas of the island.

The sheets did not seem very clean despite being white, the breakfast very good… reception staff and the very nice buffet…
But quality price very expensive for what is.

This wonderful hotel offers you an excellent location that allows you to be close to several tourist sites in Tenerife, have breakfast menus and really exquisite dinners that everyone should try, their room service is immediate and Respectful to your privacy, I love the idea of being able to return as I pass it wonderful!. There is nothing better than waking up on a trip to Tenerife in the rooms of the Adonis Plaza, it was not a bad choice and would choose as a lodging with closed eyes. Thank you for everything it was a pleasant experience to be one of your customers.

En realidad reservé en el Adonis Capital, pero estaba en obras. En la entrada del hotel ponía que fuera al Adonis Plaza, pero estos me derivaron al Peligro. Por su puesto la habitación era totalmente diferente a la que había reservado. Pero tampoco tengo muchas quejas, el hotel en sí parecía algo viejo. La limpieza es buena. Tenía el desayuno incluido y fue muy bueno. El personal fue amable y servicial.

The hotel is ok… but there is a big BUT… the cleanliness of the bedsheets and towels. Here are photos of the sheets after I asked for new ones. If you don't want to sleep in hairs and stains… choose another hotel please.

Good compromise for a few days in the city, comfortable and simple.

We stayed on the 6th floor in a renovated room. It had a nice modern feel, although we had issues with the hot water pressure (changing rapidly almost burning myself in the shower). The glass wall is to short, making showering without making the floor into a pool almost impossible. The shower floor was slippery and the bathroom was therefore dangerous for our senior friends. The breakfast on Sunday was until 10:00 whilst check-out is at noon. Breakfast was 5 Euro p. P. And worth it.

If you are not looking for "sophisticated" situations I recommend this hotel where I stayed for 10 days in a single use double on the top floor:
— Fast Wi-Fi even on the top floor!
— Solarium on a large terrace on the top floor
— Spacious, modern rooms, even bathrooms
— Friendly and helpful staff
— Laundry service at acceptable prices
— in the most central area of Santa Cruz
Breakfast is in the other hotel in the immediate vicinity, there is an international breakfast.
The only weakness is the lack of parking at acceptable prices in the surroundings, you have to be lucky to find the white ones for free.
If you have the car absolutely avoided like the plague the underground parking of Plaza de Espana!
For three hours they took 5 euros and for a day and a half 31 euros!
For being late over 5 minutes 5 to get out of the parking lot they wanted 65 cents!
But this is not the fault of the hotel…
I found myself well.

Staff very friendly. Too bad for the uncomfortable bed for the rest all good. (Breakfast 6 euro if not included)

Hotel 3 estrellas. Wifi gratuito pero de mala calidad. Limpieza mejorable. Relación calidad precio excelente. Ubicación excelente.

Hotel cheap and with clientele of people who come to work in the area. It is quiet and friendly staff. This very well located, near the Castle Street, the shopping is Santa Cruz.

Enjoyed a short weekend break here. Great.

Very good hotel in continuous reform.

The Hotel leaves enough q wish, room was quite dirty, in fact there was a cockroach. I complained at reception and they treated me liar, q that was impossible! No volvere or at gunpoint, there are hotels in the area with the same price and better cleaning and treatment.

The place is very centrally located, next to the sea and the shopping area, in plaza de la Candelaria, next to the plaza of Spain, which was in the works when I was there. Near a stop of the tram and bus stops. To go to the auditorium is a little further away, like a walk of about 15 or 20 minutes.
The staff is excellent. They are very nice and they have solved all the problems that came up me during the trip (I lost my wallet with card and ID and however agreed to stay without problems several days until I got them).
It is not a luxury hotel, but for the prices of Santa Cruz is quite well.
In short, it was globally very satisfactory.
