Condo Hotel

The hotel is really nice. A lot of renovations have been made and you can see that. The view is great. You have a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. The only thing is food. It's good and you're getting fed up but here a little more diversity would be desirable.

Wonderfully renovated hotel. Views are amazing. Rooms come with a balcony and you can hear the ocean. Or you can close door and it virtually sound proof… if waves aren't your thing.

Newly refurbished Hotel with what I create the best views of Puerto de la Cruz. Very nice and correct service, reception with a glass of cava in reception.
Rain shower, balcony, and bed incredibly comfortable.

Perfect except for the current construction site in the house. Food and room perfect. View of the Atlantic terrific. Currently rather modest weather, but the stay here is still worthwhile. Bar on the roof terrace completes the recovery factor Perfect located in a cul-de-sac and away from the tourist flows. Still, all within a few minutes of walking distance.

Excellent experience passing a couple weekend. Newly renovated Hotel, with magnificent facilities, adults only, service and extraordinary attention of 10. The terrace and its jacuzzis are insurmountable in the area overlooking the sea and the amazing Teide. Breakfast was very good.

Newly renovated Hotel all new. The view of the Vertigo terrace leaves you breathless, and if you add to that relaxing music and a jacuzzi makes the day. The breakfast was very nice. Of the best of Puerto de la Cruz the hotel is wonderful. The cleanliness of the rooms of 10. Recommended 100%

First impression, something hidden downhill from the tourist roads. Completely refurbished — check-in in the lobby with champagne reception and sea view! The room is perfectly furnished, all harmoniously tuned to each other. Large bathroom, floor-deep shower. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! You never want to be anywhere else. Food very tasty, staff super friendly. Unfortunately the wellness and spa area is not finished! What a pity! Parking spaces are available but mostly occupied, parking a few streets further. And not in the high season…
It's still a clear recommendation! :)

Overall positive impression, unfortunately after the renovation not yet completed, wellness and fitness areas are missing completely, construction noise is also still nice, furnishings in the bars are missing. The rooms are very nice and the food is very good. Very friendly staff.

Open since December 2017 but still On a finishing position. Great product and certainly will be the best hotel of the area. Superb restaurant and top roof solarium. 4 bar spa a la carte roof bar … all to enjoy the pleasure of a holiday.

We've been here for seven days and we feel very comfortable. We were informed before the holiday on the still existing sites and were able to adapt to it. The rooms are cozy with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The food is very good and varied. The rooftop terrace invites you to linger and chill in the whirlpool. The hotel now offers us what we like. What if it's finished… We'll be back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are very friendly, and can't do enough to help. Meals are amazing, especially the fish dishes. Spa isn't working yet, but instead you can get a 10% discount at the spa of the hotel next door. Some work is going on outside by the local council, and they are working at the spa area during the day, but neither are noticeable. Would certainly return.

Renovation going every where. Half of the rooms not ready. 8-18 you can here renovation noices to rooms. The room is so cold, you must buy you own heater, unnless you don, t want get ill.

I was in this honeymoon hotel and loved me I'd like to see it again soon.

Regular installations… tranquility… normal cleaning but the attention of the staff both on arrival and on departure has been harmful not to say non-existent… very unfriendly lack of professionalism and especially at any time welcome gave us or we were told that they offered services.

Unfortunately with my girlfriend we had an awful experience at this hotel. We had planned on having a successful year on the seashore, but the rooms were filthy and most importantly we have been invaded by cockroaches. The staff has warned about this incident and not even informed us of the use of poison in the rooms during the presence of the guests! Dead cockroaches were left for days in the halls as well as in the rooms! They upgraded our room the first night of dopa leaving us on the same level and the problem is repeated. We then decided to go with the consequent difficulty in finding another hotel under new year and another expense (rather high). The location could have been great, but it's really old.

Vacationing threesome in interconnecting rooms in October of the year 2015. Simple location for little money. No kettle, corkscrew apartments! Tableware. Wi-fi in the reception area. At the bar, great Sangria! The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were in the car, so there were no problems, at all beaches. Recommend.
