Not actually staying here this time but have done in the past and remembered the fabulous buffet at night. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely return.

Love this hotel/apartments. We have stayed here many times in the block at the back. The staff are brilliant, really helpful and welcoming. The place is well situated for all our favourite places.

We just spend the most amazing week at Hotel Andorra — it was a true pleasure. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We had made sone special requests upon booking and all was met when we arrived. The hotel was kept SPOTLESS clean all the time and they took COVID-19 very serious and ensured that we stayed safe. Only minor item I would like to mention is please change the lightning in the living room, it’s like 200 watt cold white in all lamps and it would make the apartments much more cosy with a little less watts. But one thing is for sure — we will be back to this hotel.

The best location in Playa Las Americas, impeccable facilities, with the best attention, there is no doubt, the best beach 50 meters away. I highly recommend it.

Love staying at the Andorra staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and pool area is great. Location is perfect Looking forward to our stay in October.

This is our 8th year here its central for everything the staff are great and very clean yes there's work going on this year but they have to up grad sometimes we'll still be back in October.

Awful. Noisy building works all day. Couldn't have doors open or sit on balcony. No apology.

Rooms great, staff good and friendly, sunbeds need upgraded but everything else good 4.5 out of 5.

Lovely place. Stayed there 5 years ago. Staff lovely and friendly. Go back there again. Big supermarket around the corner. Bank near by. Beach only 10 mins walk. Lovely.

This is our third time to stay at the Andorra. Excellent location… very pleasant and friendly staff and good food. Cant understand why it is only rated 3 star. Some years ago recommended it to a friend who had a handicapped daughter and she stayed here on a number of occasions and was very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend it and would return.

This was our first time in Tenerife and in Hotel Aparment Andorra. Its really lovely place. I warmly recommend it!

Very convenient Location in the centre of Los Cristianos, close to the beach and the bad pedestrian where you can go jogging in the morning. Well furnished room, comfortable bed, swimming pool very enjoyable with heated water. The restaurant leaves a little to be desired especially for the poor choice of dinner dishes.

Very nice hotel, good situation. Only one person on reception when we arrived behind a group of 10 people checking in. Rooms were good (Main block. ) but hardly any sunshine on balcony, asked if we could swap room, we were told the hotel was full. Staff very friendly. Food reasonable choice (4 night stay. ) but a bit lacking in flavour. Heated pool could have been a bit hotter. Nearby: As much sea front to walk along as you could wish for, with lots of small eateries offering cheap food and drinks. Hard Rock Cafe impressive, Harry's bar and Musical dancing fountains area very nice, although a little more expensive.

Good rooms eat breakfast and dinner are of poor quality.

Fantastic complex! Been with friends 3 or 4 times now. Relaxing pool area and Carlos from the pool bar is friendly and very funny. Highly recommended.

Nice clean rooms with a small outside place ideal for early morning sun or last sun of the day depending what time of year you visit.

The worst hotell ever! Cochroaches in the rooms, no proper Wi-Fi, unfrendly manager/supervisor. A lot of noice from the streets around, the breakfast was poor. I Will rather recomand the neighbor hotel park la Paz, or even better Cleopatra at the beach.

Nice mid-range apartments close to the sea. Quiet and you get what you pay for. P. S. Look out for the witch, she can catch you unawares! ;)

We were four nights. Staff nice great room provided everything. We had a great time even in the pool and also great the Kiosk service at the poolside with reasonable prices. We'il be back.

Terrible and similar breakfasts! Don't change towels! Don't update bathrooms!

Good location, nice clean spacious apartment/bedrooms with up to date kitchenette (we were in the main building) but no kettle. Large balcony. Our room looked over the mountains & sea which we liked despite traffic noise. Breakfast & evening buffet was adequate. We didn't use the swimming pool area because it was too small for us plus the sunshine didn't get around until lunchtime. The bar area was too small for us so we didn't use it. Very pleasant & helpful staff.

Fantastic place. Booking again for next year. Staff very friendly, great location, amenities are superb.

We were not satisfied at all. Had a room to the street with a loose manhole cover and traffic like on the highway. At least every second car drove over this cover. The problem, however, seemed to be an old one, as we were told after a complaint at the reception. But no one was interested in a solution. We didn't get any other room. The breakfast was not great either. Canned fruit. Eggs, bacon, white beans, rubber sausage and cheese. After three days you'll be tired of going to the breakfast. The location was not bad at all. But for us never again.

Nice hotel if you like quiet and calm and don't mind the 70-90 aged crowd. The studio room was refurbished and spacy with a view of the pool. İt's quite a big complex with several buildings. Staff doesn't speak much English except for front desk. Good location as its central to everything, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops.

Great location, rooms are clean and modern, air conditioning a great bonus. Wi-fi very good and with no fee payable. Large flat screen TV in living area with English channels. Will definitely visit this hotel again.

The price quality is the best in Las Americas.

Super Place to Stay. Just a fairy tale, I recommend it here. The three star hotel is located on the outskirts of Las Americas. The staff is very friendly, the food is great. There are 2 bars and two swimming pools on Site. It is a 10 minute walk to the Beach. Nearby there are supermarkets and all infrastructure.

Great place to stay and very close to the shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the cleaners came in every day. We stayed in October and while the hotel was busy we were still able to get a sun bed everyday.

Hotel Andorra is located near the beach zones in Arona. It will only take 5 minutes by walking to get there. The rooms are really spacious, and equiped with a very large flat screen. It also has a very nice pool, big enough for the guests. The staff is nice and friendly. The food can be improved but it is more than enough.

Have been staying here for 30 years since it opened. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. We come twice a year. Staff so welcoming and accommodation is faultless. Nothing too much trouble for them. Lovely meal selection. Would recommend to everyone to give it a stay.

This is our 3rd time here at the Andorra. Would not think of staying anywhere else. The rooms have just been beautifully upgraded. Nice fresh and modern. The staff are so friendly. Already booked for next March and September. The only thing that lets it down is the bacon and sausages. Lol. Will be so sorry to leave here tomorrow.

As always I can't fault the place. I always enjoy my time here. Some apartments are being renovated at the moment but for me this caused minimal to no disruption to my stay.

Lack of air conditioning, ant infestation and very noisy from nearby bar music at night. But friendly helpful staff and modest facilities make up for this. Oh and a reasonable buffet for dinner.

I'm not telling you about this hotel being in an ideal location and that the rooms in the hotel and apartments are clean and tidy that the pool area is great because if I do there won't be any room for me.

Very quiet this week around the pool. Very clean and staff pleasant. Good location for restaurants and bars. Not too noisy, just road noise around 7ish. But if you've had a heavy night… would stop here again.

Aggressive price, great location and free pool for guests. The rooms are large and well kept, an excellent destination despite being a 3 star.

This is a great value hotel. The hotel has two parts, the Hotel part and the apartment complex. The hotel part is the best which is very clean and well equiped. It's nice and quiet to with signs stating quiet at night. It's a lot better than the 3star rating. The apartment complex is 2 star rating but I would say it's better than that. It's clean and well equipped but a bit dated and is more suitable for family's. Both parts are in an ideal spot in Las Americas just mins from the best beach, best restaurants and best shopping. With the night life a short walk away but out of earshot.

Good breakfast, staff ok, very noisy rooms in the road side, very poor wi fi in the upper floors. I do not recommand.

Excellent location close to the strip and Safari centre. Rooms a litte old fashioned but have newly installed flat screen TV with English channels. Pools very clean with plenty if befs available. Friendly service and dome freebies if you book direct. Recommended.

Stopped here many a times. Absolutely lovely place. Most friendliest staff ever. Great location also. Ideal for families. Traveled with my son and mother. See ye again soon x.

Booked this hotel last minute for some December sun. Rooms spotless, large and very well equipped, breakfast was excellent, reception couldn't be faulted free Wi-Fi in reception area, 18 euros for a weeks access anywhere. Even the weather was far better than expected up to 30 ° c during day and short sleeves adequate for evenings. Will be returning next year.

I like this hotel, but its shortcomings cold pool when we tried in the room the first time he neotkryvalsâ had to invoke the wizard.
