Absolutely amazing place for families. We have had nothing but an amazing time. Plenty of pool space for families, loads of loungers, many things to keep the children busy! But it’s not only the amenities the hotel staff are fantastic to name a few Vera, Juan, Luis, Alex, Carlos, luth Marie, renata, Stephanie, Roman, solvito (I hope that is how it’s spelt) these people have made us feel so welcome and we’ll definitely return to this resort.

Family friendly hotel with great facilities. The hotel was always very clean, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Great choice of food with different nightly themes. The aerobics lady was a lot of fun and Veronika was lovely with the children. Christina who I met at the bar was a joy and she made the best pina colada with my slice of pineapple. 🤩🍹😍

Third time visiting Gran Oasis and was lovely to see Renata and other staff members from when we visited 11yrs ago. Family friendly, great atmosphere and look forward to coming back a forth time. We as a family love coming here ❤️ xx.

Great cocktails 🍹 friendly staff and amazing selection of food at breakfast. Our duplex apartment was lovely with a great view of the pools. Free shuttle bus to the beach and Siam park. Highly recommend!

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff right through the hotel. 2bedroom apartment with a cracking personal rooftop sun lounge area. Reasonable food but salad and fruit selection was great nice n fresh. Would go back in the future The only small thing to fault is a parasol needed on rooftop lounge area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve had a fantastic 2 weeks at Gran Oasis, everyone so friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean and we were made to feel very very welcome. I can not recommend it enough. We will definitely be back.

Just got back from a week here with my husband and our 2 children. Our suite was spacious and clean. Our children loved sleeping on the fold up beds in the upstairs lounge. The downstairs bedroom was big with plenty of wardrobe space in the 2 built in wardrobes. We loved that there’s balcony’s on both floors. Our suite was also in the perfect location — right beside the pool and the pool bar for evening entertainment. All inclusive was great. Snacks are the same sort of stuff everyday: chicken nuggets, burgers, fries, sandwiches, pastries, crisps, onion rings, ice cream — perfect for the kids. Different themed dinners every night: Spanish, Canarian, Mexican, Asian, BBQ to name a few. Grilled meats and fish every day, which was lovely and there’s always pasta, chicken nuggets etc. The BBQ pool party was really good. All the evening entertainment was brilliant too, starting with a mini disco for the kids every night which my daughter absolutely loved taking part in. We’ve all got the catchy Spanish songs stuck in our heads! We were all so sad to leave but we will definitely be back! All of the staff are so friendly and attentive. Thank you all! (Room 172)

Very clean, great staff, value for money.

Great staff, food good (bbqs by the pool, fresh salad seafood and meats daily in the restaurant, fruits and pastries. Snacks were poor on the all inclusive side but to be expected — more for the kids! ) rooms clean and spacious. Entertainment was more for the kids but I imagine this makes families stay a bit easier! Only thing is it’s a little bit further out, you can walk into town but there’s not a great deal situated right by the hotel. The staff were so attentive and friendly which was nice. I typically enjoy being in a more busy location but I imagine this is great for others!

Just back from a lovely week at this hotel. I honestly can’t fault it. From the minute we arrived till we left. The staff are amazing everyone of them including gardeners cleaners waiters reception bar. The cleanliness was OUTSTANDING. Sanitizer’s everywhere. Food not one day did I go hungry and the was plenty to choose from at each meal. Great quiet resort ideal for families and couples. Bit of a walk to the town but can grab a taxi. Will definitely return without a doubt. Well done to all and thank you for a wonderful safe stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Rooms were cleaned everyday and food was decent I’m vegetarian and had some options but it’s MUCH more than other hotels! Never stuck as there is a great salad bar. The staff are honestly sooo great so friendly, helpful and go the extra mile with customers. (Pepe, Jose, Michuel, javier) I can’t even list them all! Only let down was the bed as it’s 2 singles and one was very loud if you toss about.
It’s about a 25 min walk down to the centre which we did daily as it’s a nice walk but would recommend a taxi back up. (Only €5)
Bar was a 10/10 lots of different cocktails included in the all inclusive, and beer was decent too! Unlimited branded drinks to which was unexpected such as Fanta, Coke Zero, sprite etc.
Could go on for ages but we had the best week ever and a huge thanks to every member of staff!

I love it is the second time that boy, it is just like the photos, I highly recommend it, very friendly employees, waiters of the pool of 10, especially alejandro very friendly guy kind.

Amazing holiday! Although covid has taken the evening ebtertainment and games room, my daughter, partner and I had the best holiday. Brilliant food, the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The whole resort is well kept, clean and the large pool is where we spent most of our days. The staff were always polite and made efforts in having a warm welcome to every meal. Nothing was a problem if we ever had any questions or queries. Antigen tests on site at the hotel which was easy to organise. We will definitely be back in the future and hopefully without masks and with entertainment back on! Thank you gran oasis. Gracias 🙏🏻

An amazing site, all of very good quality, the rooms are spectacular and the facilities in general. The food is very good and the employees are very kind and friendly.

In the middle of pandemic, this was really enjoyable, as it was half full and kind of quiet. Can't imagine that in full season, place must be heaving. You must be lucky to not experience noisy and loud guests. This can be sorted with earplugs.
Other than that, place is beautiful, large breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff and luxurious apartments.

Just left Gran Oasis after staying for 6 nights and I cannot fault it from start to finish, the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, rooms are spacious with lovely decor and lots of space, the food is wonderful, plenty of choice, each night something for everyone even the fussiest of waters would find something delicious I don't eat meat and there was lots of veggie options and fresh fish, the staff are friendly and helpful with smiles that can only make you smile right back (albeit under a mask but you can tell in the eyes) it's a great place, a good location with a 25-30 min walk to Los Cristianos and a warm and welcome stay, its a solid 10/10 from me, we will definitely return thank you to all the staff and covid regulations in place perfectly 👌🏼😍

We have just arrived home from our first visit to this beautiful hotel.
We had to cut our stay short due to UK changes relating to Covid-19, however at a time which must be so difficult for the hotel they are doing an amazing job at trying to keep the resort clean and visitors safe and happy.
Thank you for an amazing holiday. I hope we will be able to visit again another time soon x.

Resort is very clean and beautiful, staff and receptionist are very help. Everyday they have different varieties of food, room are always clean and comfy.

Still here now and going to book for next year I can not fault this hotel one bit everything is perfect, all the staff work so hard and are so friendly and welcoming, the entertainment team are awesome, food and drinks are great and the foam party and bbq was a fantastic family day We have had some great shows in the evening, would recommend this hotel 100% to family’s and couples and look forward to coming again next year.

Just returned from a week here, beautiful place, food was amazing and there’s something for everyone. Microwave for the fussy who say the food went cold too quick.
Drinks are plentiful and self service is the best.
Everywhere is clean and tidy.
The staff are always happy to help and always willing to speak and say hello.
The kids clubs are always doing something with the children of all ages.
The pool party was a great afternoon and one of our best days as a family.
Met some really nice people while staying here.
Hellio is one of the best members of staff at the hotel, without a shadow of a debut. Always happy, helpful and talkative. Felt like we’d been friends for years!

Lovely place with the best staff in Tenerife ❤

The famous and amazing PEPE! My father husband and I visited the Gran Oasis Hotel for 7 nights the week commencing the 24th November. There is absolutely NOTHING we can fault about this hotel. The service was just fantastic right from the start! The hotel is just fab! I couldn’t wait to meet the famous PEPE as everyone’s reviews mentions him. We had a super friendly welcome from Pepe who is Scottish and WOW we can see why he is mentioned in so many reviews! He is just fabulous! Our duplex room was just lovely and very spacious and had the most amazing view of the swimming pool! The room had two balconies one on each floor. We could not have asked for a better too! I have stayed in many, hotels worldwide but I don’t think I have ever been so overwhelmed with the view just AMAZING! It was just perfect in every way and spotlessly clean as well. The gardens and outdoor space was beautiful very clean and tidy. There is free and very fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We booked on an All Inclusive basis and the food was fantastic! There was a different theme every night. There was so much choice for everyone. The hotel offers free shuttles to the beach which was fab. Taxis are very cheap in and out of town and reception will call you one and they turn up in seconds. All guests can continue to use the all inclusive facilities until departure time which was a very pleasant surprise as most hotels cut it off at lunch time.

This place is amazing, staff, hotel great family friendly place, will definitely come back 5 star treatment.

Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make our holiday go without a hitch. Especially good for people with food allergies. Everything clearly marked and a chef showed us what not to try at every sitting.

Had a fantastic family holiday for my brother in-laws 50th birthday. The staff where so nice, rooms are very spacious and food was very nice had so much to choose from, the entertainment was a bit hit and miss but the kids seem to have fun. Would I come back? yes maybe in a couple of years time.

We have just done 10 nights all inclusive family of 5.10/10 for us. Food was brilliant, staff were amazing, resort and rooms are kept spotless. The suites are brilliant (they are like a small house with upstairs and downstairs). No complaints from us. Will definitely be going back again. Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆

The accommodation is gorgeous, the pools are very clean and great selection of food and drinks in the all inclusive. Also the people that work there were super helpful and friendly especially to the kids! We will definitely be going back!

I’ve visited Gran Oasis three times. 2013 & 2014 at ages 10 and 11 and at that age alone I could honestly say I had the most fun ever. The daily activities are so fun and friendly, making children love this place and for the adults even the littlest things such as water polo makes this resort exciting as it was easy to meet new people and friends. The staff are amazing and truly make you feel at home, especially the entertainment staff. I’m now returning in 2019 to revisit at 16 now and I hope it’ll be just as fun!

Fantastic resort, staff are all friendly, professional and helpful, food was lovely great choice everyday, the resort is clean, the pools are all clean, child friendly, child entertainment in the day and disco at night for them, great entertainment for adults and children after disco. Late checkout was great as had a late flight home and was able to stay in the same apartment all day until 6pm! Definitely be going again and we were all inclusive.

A wonderful place to holiday fantastic pool's, food and staff absolutely love it here. Tonight I'm listening to the abba tribute and they're brilliant as has been all the entertainment. I've been to other all inclusive but this has been the best, it's smaller with less people and does not feel like a holiday camp. I'm so impressed I'm coming again. Brilliant you simply will love it.

Fantastic… two weeks of fun and laughter. As a family of two adults and three children ages 16, 12 and 9 we were all completely over the moon with our accommodation and facilities at the Gran Oasis. Yes, entertainment was a little tired and certain aspects of the complex needed updating but as a whole this place is fabulous. The staff are absolutely brilliant nothing is too much trouble.

Just home from our 2nd holiday here. Absolutely amazing yet again. Great to see the same faces as it puts you straight at ease as soon as you enter the front door. Our boys were happy to be greeted by Pepe (lots of football talk) he is one in a million.
Everything from the rooms, food, entertainment is top quality. Our only wish was we could see the white party lol and stay an extra week. We had the privilege of seeing the fancy summer party and the guys done themselves proud. Well done Renata, Stefanie, Suzanne and Romen. It’s a great feeling when travelling with kids/teenagers that they are safe inside the complex with lots and lots to keep them busy.

Fantastic hotel, lovely spacious rooms. The staff need special recognition they go over and beyond every time. Food is fab there is something for everyone I have a picky son but he has easily managed to eat something delicious everyday. Salads are just to die for freshly prepared! resort. Superb for families cannot recommend enough!

Just home from another fab holiday here. We had the best time. Thank you to Enrique, Pepe and staff on reception nothing was too much trouble, thank you to Katy, Santi and staff in the restaurant for always making time to stop and speak to our boys especially our one year old who just loved Katy and a big thanks to Steph and Roman for the great entertainment, our seven year old loved it. Our apartment was fab and the food was lovely.

Had an amazing long weekend here, wish I could have stayed for longer to try all the different foods each night! Amazing selection for breakfast lunch and dinner with cuisine changing each evening throughout the week. Lovely clean pools and decent entertainment for all the family in the evenings too. We found the evening entertainment does cycle weekly too and so if you're booking more than a week you may find the entertainment is repeated. The rooms were very clean and included a lovely large shower and radiator towel rail which quickly dried all our swimwear. The rep that supposedly holds talks at 10am no longer provides talks which was a shame but the receptionists are really helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. All the staff are really friendly from the serving staff to the cleaners. A limited amount of buses run from the resort, with only one to Siam Park each day and two into town. It's also worth remembering buses don't run on Sundays too.

Great hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Duplex apartments are nice and most have just had some form of renovation. Good mix of food and the all inclusive drinks aren't bad at all. Pool areas are clean and well kept. Good games room and a nice little supermarket on site. Only issue is lots of stairs to apartments, although there is a ramp it is also quite steep. Definitely recommend this as a nice family hotel.

We are currently staying at this hotel. It really is lovely. The food is lovely with plenty of choice, there is entertainment every evening for both adults and children and our room, which is for four people, has plenty of space with a modern and spacious bathroom. The pool tables are chargeable and so is the table tennis. The gym is adequate and so far rarely busy. The pools are heated and are a lovely size, there are two. I can see that sunbeds maybe a problem if everyone wants one and at times they maybe in the shade due to trees. My one complaint and the reason for 4 stars is the outside flooring. It is very slippery when wet, I have witnessed a few people slip down and on hard stone it must hurt. The cleanliness of the whole hotel is perfect and as such they clean this floor at the end of every day. But this does make it slippery all over and again people do fall. There are plenty of walks outside and around the hotel, we walked to the beach but there is a bus. The staff throughout the hotel are happy and helpful especially the reception staff.

Super friendly staff. We had a top room. Underground car park available for the rental car. There are 4 stars because eating hasn't blown me away now. But nationwide it was good clarify recommendation.

Urgently needed repair, all the lost and shabby furniture.

I am currently lying by the pool at the Gran Oasis very very friendly staff you get treated as a individual and not just a room number we have only been here from Sunday the 29th April to Sunday 13th May. 2 days ago when we went for lunch the waiter knew our room number. I would advise anybody to come here All Inclusive definitely not for Stag or hen parties. Overall fantastic they live for there moto BE HAPPY! I would like to thank all members of staff for there fantastic service. So thanks again! From the family at room 175.

Contemporary theme with a room layout unlike anything I've experienced prior. Entertainment was top notch, especially Mister Sister, as well varied enough to keep us enthused for the duration of our trip.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice.
Good food, even if the buffet does not suit your tastes (it has to be rare, although with children it is possible, are offered to make another meal always within your means).
Comfortable rooms and facilities.
Ideal to go with the family, highly recommended.

I could not fault our stay at the gran oasis the staff were friendly and would go out of their way to make sure you enjoyed your stay there a good one. The choice of food was really good and there was was always entertainment on, on a night time with entertainment for kids too. You are also not to far away from the strip/ beach if you miss the free bus the taxi ride is cheap at costing about €3 — €4. I would definitely go back there again.

Fantastic resort. Great for families. Plenty of sun loungers. We we all inclusive so plenty of selection of food and drink. The tables were a little tight at meal times although it was ok. 30 minute walk down hill to Las Americas. Or 5€ each way in a taxi and well worth the price as the hotel is in the hills. Large games room for all plenty of day and night time activities for all. Be prepared for walking up hill to the room. Loads of steps. Overall very nice 9/10.

The hotel in terms of treatment and services is fine for my taste it fails the food, the buffet is terrible and what they call pool bar leaves a lot to be desired, they could at least give the option to order a burger or sandwich and Q would do it at the moment.
The rooms are good especially for a large family like ours.

3rd time back to the island 2nd time staying here. The resort is lovely. Very clean. Staff are outstanding. Lots of entertainment. Food is definitely 5* so many choices. Would recommend the jeep safari up in the mountains so wonderful and the views are amazing. We always visit Siam park too. Over all lovely place and lots to do and see. Well done guys keep up the good work.

Great food, good accommodation and brilliant service from all the staff members. My only gripes were the equipment keeping the food hot at the buffet didn't keep the food hot enough so by the time I got to my table my meal was actually cold … EVERY meal. The location might not suit everyone as it was quite high up and was a good 20 — 25 minute walk into town so a taxi was needed to return as it's uphill all the way. Taxi's were cheap though at between 7 10€.

Nice Green Hotel. Abundant food but not varied nor very good. Rooms very poorly insonorisees. Average home.

Nice resort Area Lasamerikas, here is much quieter than the coast. The rooms are two-storey with a kitchen area-apartment. Very spacious, clean and overlooking the ocean. Good variety of breakfasts, there are some animations for children. On the territory there is a small shop with everything you need, paid parking, laundry. The pools are not heated, in the winter swim is not comfortable.

Fantastic holiday in October. Spotlessly clean good sized apartments. Pools great plenty sunbeds. Staff all brilliant and child friendly overall. All inclusive well catered for all tastes. Had a late departure but couldn't keep same room. Alternative room we got was fantastic. 2 bedroom with ensuite roof top balcony felt like the 'Beckhams' for our last day. Will definitely be booking for next year and depending on cost upgrading to the roof top apartments. Would recommend a stay.

Repeating over and over again! The staff were very nice and the room was very good. Great and varied food! And the best staff, DSD K Yegamos all were incredibly sympathetic and attentive and always ready to help! Really k a hotel luxury! I hope to return soon! Xd.

A family hotel with very, very many children who have taken over the entire pool area. Nothing for couples.
Maisionettzimmer with kitchen which is unfortunately inadequately equipped.
But the rooms are nice. We didn't have a view, but OK.
2 German TV programs and bad WLAN.
Breakfast buffet was super class, everything was very noisy and the staff didn't come after cleaning the tables and the floor, beds were great and at night it was quiet.

The location is OK. It's a fair walk into town but there's a free bus and a taxi rank a short walk down the hill. Has secure underground parking for €3 per day. You get a card at reception for it and pay at the end. The rooms are great. We stayed self catered which has a decent kitchen and lounge upstairs with a balcony. Downstairs has a good sized bathroom and double bedroom. There's a verranda out the back with a double lounger. The staff are exceptional. Very friendly, the best part of the hotel. The only complaint I'd have is the usual problem with other guests reserving sun loungers by the pool. There are signs saying not to do this, but it's obviously not easy to police. As I write this there are 6 people in the pool and probably 40+ toweled sun loungers. Overall very clean, pleasant, and sunny!

We are waiting for the shuttle to the airport and are planning our return! Wow! I was worried this place would not live up to the write up and photos but boy it did and more! We loved everything, the room, the resort, the pools, the food, the cleanliness of the whole place but most of all the staff! A big mucho gracious must go to all your staff, in the bars/reception/restaurant/cleaning, etc they are all super friendly welcoming and very helpful and this makes the Oasis a true gem of a resort!

Lovely hotel, atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Rooms are amazing and spacious. Got a free upgraded room which was amazing. Staff have been friendly and welcoming since we arrived, Pepe on the front desk was brilliant. Buffet kept well stocked throughout the day. Pools are nice and clean, loads of loungers. First visit here and would definitely come again without a doubt. 10/10!

We booked this through a travel agent (Thompson) for a great price and we were not disappointed. The hotel is outstanding for the cost, from the room to the pool to the rest of the buildings. The staff are all absolutely superb, welcoming and friendly. Our room was excellently furnished and spotless on arrival. Don't let the location cool you, it's a 5 euro taxi journey or 15-20 minute walk at most.

I stayed here with family for 10 days. The rooms were lovely and had air conditioning upstairs and downstairs and it was very clean. The three pools were great but the biggest one was filled with floaties after lunchtime so it was a bit difficult trying to find a spot where you weren't being attacked by inflatables. The location wasn't too great as we were in the middle of nowhere but there was a promenade near to where we stayed last year so we took a taxi down to walk by the sea a few nights. There was a shop on site which was helpful but it closed and opened at odd times. The restaurant was nice and the staff were very friendly. The people at Reception were very welcoming and enthusiastic. It's a bit of a struggle as there is no ramp to take your suitcases down so you have to drag your suitcases down or up the stairs. There was 2 bars and one was quieter than the other as one was nearer the entertainment that lasted until 11:30 which was extremely loud for people staying nearby the biggest pool. We enjoyed this holiday but we wouldn't come back.

Horribly small main pool, far too overcrowded, not enough space for sunbeds, no beach, not enough space/seats at restaurant, ridiculously hilly, no nearby attractions. Rant over.

Nice hotel bit far away from the beach. The room was a bit dark, since it only had windows in the entrance. It was clean, but the extra folding bed was old, rusty and very uncomfortable. The food is ok, standing out the breakfast, which the kids loved it. It has probably the worst entrainment crew I’ve seen in Tenerife. Hardly anyone would join in the games. The best of the hotel, the staff, all of them were very friendly and helpful.

Just home 3 days ago. Lovely hotel very clean. We stayed at the very top of the hill so had 55 stairs to climb. We just took our time climbing. We couldnot eat until 1p, m as the cafe was closed for paying customers. All inclusive got served first. Our only complaint.

Lovely place, lovely rooms, food's good but far too many screaming kids! Not the fault of the hotel. You have to ask why irresponsible parents take their children out of school during term time. If you are one of these parents 'shame on you! '.

That's great. Unforgettable. 5 years in a row to go to the same hotel on vacation, as our House.

The resort was very good, accomodation was great but the food was luke warm the entertaiment was poor it was all for kids overall except for the accomodation very good but not for couples if you are a couple don't waste your money.

Ideal to go with children. I have only words of appreciation to the staff of the great Oasis. We will return soon because my son got me insane. Do not change. Carlos, Mary and Michael.

We are coming from a weekend at the oasis golf resort, the hotel is in very good condition, TI. This very well, facilities, meals, apartments, swimming pools, the staff, excellent. The buffet is small but it is varied between what fits into their meals, for my dinner is the best of the day. Eye the pool floor is 1 bit resbaladiso, and 1 Council when they go to breakfast carried a few towels, for they separate the sunbeds at the pool, so then not are looking for where to site. Conclusion price and quality remain very well, so I recommend it, I hope to return soon.

Just returned from oasis 18 sep lovely hotel 30 min very slow walk down to to the bottom of the hill then 10 min walk to beach in both directions would recomend this hotel to anyone good apartments big enough th live in ther were 4 bars but the only down side was only 1 by the pool was open the whole 2 weeks we were there and plastic glasses day an nite the only time u got a glass was in resturant were u could sit in side or out on a balcony which was very nice were others said birds flying round all the time by the food that was when u were on the balcony so you were outside what do u expect because every think an everyone was so nice didnt even ask why these bars were closed EXCELLENT would go back again to this hotel if u could take it out of TENERIFE some scruffy places hadnt changed in 19 yrs HA.
