Just came back from spending a week there with my daughter. Had a brilliant experience there, rooms were really clean, staff were friendly and helpful especially James he helped with booking excursions and told us the best places to go around there etc. Had an issue with people drinking and making lots of noise opposite me at 1am so phoned reception as I couldn't stick it any longer and within a few minutes the security came and spoke to them so it stopped… great response! I would definitely stay there again!

If you want to stay quite simple and everything a bit out of date, but still stay super clean, this is the right place. Each Apartment has either a Mini-ten Or Balcony. Breakfast is Also freshly prepared and perfectly adequate. Price/Performance are right in everything. About 4 Mins To the Beach.

Good attention. A little old inside. There is No microwave or mistol to scrub. But a place well located and comfortable to sleep.

My bf booked himself an apartment to join us on holiday. Other apartments were better kept, better presented, roomier, had actual double beds and had a Bede where as his room / apartment didn't. His apartment has a couple of single beds and kitchenette, a full length mirrored wardrobe and bathroom, even though next doors apartment is equipped with a Bede and double bed. Other than it feeling like a low end apartment with no fan and no air conditioning, it seems we are supposed to keep vents in A single window open to keep cool… The staff howevee are polite, friendly and more than willing to help. Small pool which we didn't bother going in as so many guests there was no room to lounge and water was freezing any way. The general area is clean and the view from the balcony was particularly nice. They are currently refurbishing downstairs and next door so we did have some knocking and banging at early hours. Hopefully they are making the apartments nicer as much could be done to make this place a fabulous hotel. We struggled to find the apartment as they didn't take us personally to the room due to only being one concierge.

Economy Series very quiet and cozy Site with a very friendly staff.
The deal is familiar.
The rooms a bit small.
It'S close to the airport.
Lack of illumination in the outside area.
It's a little off the beaten path.
But the overall rating for this site is very good given the value for money and the atmosphere you breathe and the good treatment of the staff.
In Addition to having close to several beaches and being crowded but at the same time very quiet.
I Recommend this site to everyone who wants to spend little money.

Basic but clean friendly staff shop just beside apartment. The downside is the noise havnt slept a night the whole week traffic noise doesn't stop the whole night and the sound of suitcase wheels and people coming back after a night out its very loud. Also the sliding doors aren't very secure the bedroom one was broken and didn't even close and we were on ground floor.

Awful place, please stay away, we booked for 10 days, we left after 7 to go back home, they didn't tell us that they were renovating the apartment next to us, all day the drilling, banging, we complained to that fat guy Carlos the receptionist but he just laughed, what a argonaut horrible smelly guy, they wouldn't change rooms, we just got ignored, the food was rotten, bland and cold, the apartment was something from the 70s full of ants, this is our worst holiday ever, please stay away, pay a little extra to get a better hotel than that dump.

Lovely place, only breakfast was disappointing. Lukewarm at best and same selection every morning. Would definately stay here again, only eat somewhere else. Pool area was my favourite! :)

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit worried about staying here but we found it fine. It was only going to be a place to sleep and it clean and quite, our friends apartment was newer and nicer than ours but with no view, ours was tired but with an amazing view and I wouldn't want to swap.

Nice clean apartments with all amenities including safe. Economic!

Good cheap place in centrum of playa de las americas.

Good basic accommodation in Las Americas. Pool area and snack bar well kept and supermarket close by. Our apartment was cleaned daily and plenty fresh towels and sheets. Also when we had a small issue — it was dealt with promptly by staff. We had a great holiday here and would recommend for a cheap break.

Great location. Fast on the beach and promenade. Facilities are good and clean. Nice and cheap bar by the pool. Ideal for holidays!

Price — performance ratio OK… Equipment OK. Bathrooms need to be refurbished (but is in planning) location good… quiet… and still close to the promenade. 3 min walk… Bar by the pool with reasonable prices. Rooms are cleaned up to two days a week (as only waste disposal) daily and towel change.

Very friendly helpful staff, great location just a very short walk away from the main strip. The apartment we stayed in was in need of renovation BUT it was clean, everything worked and the beds were very comfortable.

Absolute kip! Our travel agent suggested this for a young couple. Im going to complain to them. The hotel discriminate younger people and charge €100 deposit to stay. And not older people. Thats €100 from our spending money! No clean towels, no clean sheets, have to hose down the bath from ants before u can wash yourself. Have to bring out our own rubbish. And have to beg for our room to be cleaned. Disgraceful. Not worth my hard earned money.!

The rooms Pool poorly maintained.

There's no air conditioning in rooms, rooms are very dated and dark, however, they are clean. You can rent a fan for ten euro but it's just not the same as A/C. The pool is really small and full of families. Our travel agent suggested this place for us, a young couple looking for a bit of life. The pool area has no music and again is quite dated and full of children. The hotel is in a good location. It's okay for somewhere to put the head down but I wouldn't be spending any of my time here.

Back to the… past! Booked and paid for apartment with air conditioning and kitchenette. Found a 12 sqm room with no air conditioning: hot dirty and animals walking on that sort of kitchenette. The bathroom taken from the… Psyco Movie!

Awful dam awful not for children at all. Staff rude infested with cockroaches I mean it was Insane how they can actually be allowed to let people stay here. I never complain but this is ridiculous my daughter has just fallen down a drain and covered in human waste if she had fallen all the way down she would of died. This place is dangerous and should be closed down.

Clean and wonderful people.

Hotel was a good location rooms got cleaned just about everyday for the week I was here it's not the cleanest but it's OK to sleep in for the price you are paying what more can you expect the rooms could do with a freshen up they are very dark inside.

The place is nice. The structure is nice and a wall of concrete… A few steps from the center from the boardwalk and the beach. The cleaning nn are done every day… the food sucks.

Rested twice, November 2011 and July 2012 g. Excellent apartment for down-home travelers. Kitchen, plumbing — all working. Rooms were cleaned regularly, although the apartment. Pool clean regularly. If there will be quiet neighbors, the rest would be ideal. Good location, in a quiet area, all beaches in 10-20 minute availability. A large supermarket Merkadona in 10-15 minute walk. Near the bus station, you can ob′ezdit′ the entire island.

The hotel is not the best by far, since I spend almost every year at Tenerife 2 weeks with my wife we have experienced and seen but worse.
The hotel has a very good price for money. The breakfast and dinner is perfectly in order.
Annoying, the English are arrogant, greedy and not a bit helpful to pure Egoists. But who ever was in Tenerife, white English everything have do the like small children.
The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly, in my opinion all too often, towels were changed actually daily. Also, you'd think that the locals have not a lot of money for the right work ' and thus a tip very excited about where you have to give much don't need. We have in the average daily given 50 to 70 cents and were operated from the front to rear. Repairs are carried out usually quickly.
This super beach near the hotel which brings many plus points.
The reception is quite good in the German language and always ready to help the guest. I would consider no book this hotel again.

No plugs in bed rooms no bed side lights very dark no toaster no microwave very bad signage room service cleaning good.

Hammer house of horrors. Room was not what we had booked. Bed linen was not changed in the 5 days. Cleaned twice towels changed twice. Was like fort knox trying to get to the apartments especially at night time all gates are locked and no one around to help.

Returned from two weeks in Paradero 1 apartments whch is part of the Paraiso complex on 07/06/13. Best value holiday I've ever had. Was all inclusive so no drinks or meals to buy when I was there. Staff were excellent, maid service was superb and the bar, restaurant and reception staff were very good too, Food was good and the menu varied, they had everything you could ever want to eat for breakfast, never seen so much food. Special thanks to Nurea in the bar Natalia, Nicola and Dai in the restaurant. Room was very clean with a south facing balcony which got the sun all day. I would certainly recommend this accommodation and will be going back again.
