Enjoyed our stay, very clean apartment and complex and the location is fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed with is the lack of a courtesy room to shower when you have an evening flight, had to shower at pool and dress and dry in luggage room or bathroom.

We are here at the moment. Lovely rooms lovely pool, staff are so friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Waited hours in reception to check in as our room wasn’t ready. Wouldn’t allow us to leave our luggage and go for a walk, just had to sit there and wait, not even offered a drink. Reception area used as a playground by children. Sunbeds all saved with towels, despite the rules it wasn’t enforced. Staff were quite frankly just rude. My least favourite hotel in Tenerife, spend a bit more and go to the Arona Grand.

Beautiful hotel everything is spotless and clean. My only fault would be no music or entertainment around the pool. Other then that lovely hotel.

A little gem…Fabulous place very clean, nothing out of place. Staff so friendly. Went for my 50th Birthday. Had champagne breakfast one morning and the next got back to our room to a bottle of fizz on ice. Such a kind thing to do. We’ve actually booked to go back for 10 days in June. Xx.

Just got back from a week away with my husband. The rooms were lovely and clean and the hotel was very clean there wasn't a thing out of place it was very well maintained 😁 the staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble. It was my husbands birthday while as were there and after a day at the water park there was a free bottle of sparkling wine on ice for him it was a lovely gesture and took us by total surprise. It was beautiful and we will defiantly be back 😍😍😍

Very bad experience. They cancelled my reservation without any reason, three days before my check in.

Just home from aguamar, I would highly recommend these apartments close to everything about 10 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the taxi stands, shops etc great bars across the street, lovely clean pool and loads of beds, apartments are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and a little bag with washing up liquid dish cloth and sponge which is a nice touch can't comment on the food as we ate out every night the staff are fantastic they will go out of there way to help you, Aguamar is definitely a great place and we will hopefully return soon! Thank you for the best holiday😁

The apartments are spacious and clean, the service is great as well as the pool space.
Location close to public transportation and central to beach and the main areas of Los Cristianos.

Lovely clean apartments. Quite at night. Nice size. Nice small clean pool. Everything in the apartment if you want to cook anything. Big ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room keeps the apartment cool. We leave this Saturday and we would come back here again.

Just had a week self catering. Hotel very clean staff very helpful. Rooms get a bit hot at night and only has 2 ceiling fans but overall a very good hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing special. Rooms are clean, no aircon just ceiling fans so be prepared for sweaty nights sleeping. My advice is to go self catering as the restaurant food is bland and not worth the price you will pay. Swimming pool is fine with a child section. However, the pool bar prices are extortionate. Double the price you will pay at the bars outside the main entrance. The building is at the far edge of the resort so you will have to walk a way to get where you want to go or get a taxi. I would stay here again, but only if every hotel was fully booked!

The apartments are very nice, although they take too long to clean them. (it took 3 hours). The apartment staff both the receptionist and the lifeguard are a truster, and the night-time is pretty listless as they left one of our companions unable to enter.
Conclusion: lack of quality and qualified staff.

Rooms very clean. Could not of slept at night if not for ceiling fans in bedroom. Staff are lovely although night staff not so, can be a bit rude if returning late. Pool is nice but small and the morning rush for sun beds is ridiculous.

Staff very helpful, lovely views hotel and pool area kept very clean, pool water very cold, cleaning of pool area starts very early every morning, the pool isnt as big as you think, bathroom consists of bath, shower and a hairdryer. In the kitchen has toaster, kettle and washing up bits our bedroom had a fan too and black out curtains. Would stay here again.

An Ideal place to spend some quiet and relaxed days.
Buffet breakfast and dinner varied and quality.
Excellent Deal. Staff friendly, professional and willing to make you a pleasant and cozy stay.

Fantastic to enjoy the holidays that for that are for fun.

We are here now and it's fab nice clean and the staff are fab apartment is lovely beds are really comfortable too roof top terrace is great near to everything in Los christianos only failure is the bathroom is a bit smelly.

Beautiful apartments. We even got one with a big terrace. Modern. Staff friendly. Nothing to suspend and that at a top price! Distance to the beach a bit far. Nearest supermarket going over the neighbor hotel. Very happy with sllem!

The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly and the apartment was great. The swimming pool and lounging area was very well kept.

They are beautiful and great tranquility and cleanliness.

Good rooms, with all facilities for self catering. Cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge, television, two single beds in bedroom 1 and bed settee. Dining table four chairs. Generally good. Staff very friendly. Reception most helpful. Breakfast average, evening dinner average. Location not great but for self caterers very good.

What a fantastic place would definitely go back it was my fiance 50th while we was there and they sent a bottle of champagne to the room how they new I don't know x.

Fantastic place for a holiday food good service good.

Standard is rather ok, but small number of sunbeds causes that everyday you need to fight for your place near swimming pool or even place at all. It`s embarassing. Service of the hotel cannot cope with this situation and didn't put too much effort to resolve the problem. All sunbeds are booked by rednecks and normal guest has to beg for a place and wrangle with service. See a photo.

Just avoid and find better place! Friendly staff! (I just have to say something good too). Apartment for 2 adults with 2 children (17&12) lacks beds. More or less they could fit 2 adults in that apartment. Beds are poor quality. Cleanliness gets 1 point. Room service had a good trick just to change towels between themselves and fold them up nicely again. It took 2 days when we soo it through :) Sand on the floors, cigarette butts on the balcony (we do not smoke) etc. Noisy! Pool has too few places compared to hotel capacity. People are waiting in the mornings to have their poolbeds reserved.

Great place! Friendly staff. Good and clean rooms (a bit old but good). Supermarket is 5min walking from here and beach 15 min. We got a room on the first floor next to a air exhaust that makes a lot of noise and we had bad view from our balcony but for us that was not a big problem. Only 50 percent from around the pool has sun. But there are a lot of beds that you can take for free. Sisi the house cat will give you a miauwfull welcome everytime you walk in. Highly advised hotel!

The apartments are a bit small and there is no air conditioning. Apart from that the place is pretty good and surrounded by lots of good restaurants and bars. Secure clean and well managed.

Lovely good place to stay for getting around very clean good service haven't seen the sunbed dance plenty people here but can still get a sunbed at 12 lunch time.

Lovely apartments very clean and comfy. Laminate flooring needs replaced but were busy doing apartments up as we left… close enough to lovely bars and restaraunt and only 15 munute walk to beach and resort centre. Staff all lovely and very friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay again.

Really nice apartments we had fans a must would I stay again yes but didn't use pool area too busy not enough beds or room for all but over all good staff are nice and helpful.

Second visit to aguamar. Friendly staff. Very clean. Close enough to walk to all attractions but. Far enough out to be nice and quite if you want to get away from the crowds. Would definitely come back again.

A very nice 3 star hotel with a great pool and an easy walk to the beach with some good restaurants. Book this place remembering it's 3 stars. The food isn't great, there is no air conditioning in the rooms and there isn't much of a view. However, the beds are very comfortable, the pool is nice, staff are friendly and helpful and all the restaurants down on the beach are very good. The heat in the rooms might be an issue in the height of summer, but I would definitely stay here again.

Me and my partner stayed here from the 7th to the 17th of June. The facilities did the job and the pool was lovely however we felt the room was a little out dated and the food to be boring and much like school dinners. The hotel itself is nice, however they do not have any entertainment on in the night which was just a ball ache. The drinks from the bar were ridiculous, I think we paid 8 euros for two smirnoffs and 7 euros for 2 larger shandies which compared to local prices is about another 4 euros more expensive. We went half board and ate in twice and had breakfast twice because it was just so horrible, we did go down every nigh to have a look as we had paid for it and didn't want to waste money, more like a waste of time! the hotel staff were lovely but didn't have good english, they also didn't react to people blasting music waking up me and my partner at 3 o'clock every morning! The Wi-Fi is so poor, especially if you are on a higher floor it just isn't worth buying unless your'e by the pool for the whole day. The aguamar tickets and loro parque tickets are so expensive and you do not need a transfer if you go to a hotel 5 minutes away where there is a bus every half an hour.

My memory of this place is 5 out of 5.

I am a resident of the island, however, I take a vacation on my own island, I have stayed in a great variety of hotels in the area, therefore I can say that this is the first time encounter such rudeness and arrogance on the part of a receptionist, should be more attentive with the supervision of staff "qualified", leaves much to be desired that it be able to take powers to deny accommodation to the resident, when the web is available. Tenerife may 3, 2013 6:15pm.

Hotel very clean, service very good, kids loved the pool, within short walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants going back to stay again next year.

The room was spotless! but the pool was mad! cud not get a bed we were a family of 5 and had to sit at the bar miles away from the pool? cud not even see the kids swimming! thank god was only there for one night. Staff wear not great. Done what they had to? but no more spanish holidayers above us were partying all night. No one came to tell to be quite? also there was no swimming after 9? but the spanish came out at that time they were vary loud.
