Good value. Very friendly staff and probably the only hotel in Cartegena that accepts dogs. Highly recommended!

Lovely family run hotel, excellent staff and very clean. Great value for money.

It is divided as in 2 hotels and I was in the se the hostel part, nothing to do with the photos. Good service but very bad impression. Without half board I do not recommend your stay.

Friendly attention. Clean, comfortable. The restaurant's moso, Jose, is excellent at doing his job. The food dishes offered are very rich and plentiful
I didn't like the mattress and the double bed had a single big pillow.

Bed bugs/chinches/bettwanzen! worse experience ever. After I have found two bed bugs, they wanted me to go to the room next to the one I was checked in. Hello? By leaving the very next morning no one said even sorry! The worse of all was that I have unfortunately brought the bugs with me home and within not even one week I needed to call a company to get rid of them, which confirmed that the contamination in my home was at the beginning. I have been bitten around 40 times. After calling the hotel to speak to the manager, the same guy from that night answered the phone and said: Oh yeah I remember you but the manager works only until 14:00 o’clock, so call tomorrow. REALLY? So poor! After talking to the Manager today, she wouldnt even let me explain myself and said they wouldnt have any bed bugs and if they did, then because I have brought the bugs to her hotel! Strange that she didnt even know about my complain the night I informed the reception… there you go how they care. Im in the process of making my complaint official. Do not take any risk, ist really not worth all the trouble. Stay away from this place and ist poor Management.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. And in the bar-restaurant, despite arriving a little late, we catered great and with a good menu.

The hotel is cheap, in need of improvement, and the situation is close to downtown but not in this, better to take a taxi to access this. Servicioo of public transport right at the hotel.

The value for money is amazing the deal is fantastic the cafeteria and the prices are great and the rooms are fabulous.

It leaves a lot to be desired…

When we got to the room, the panel that covered the inner part of the shutter was on the floor, it was all full of dust. As soon as we communicated, they moved us out of the room and fixed this.
Another day in the shower, all the water came out, along with the maintenance lord and the cleaning staff, we got to collect the water.
The man at the front desk helped us a lot when it comes to locating and taking buses.

Very clean, espacious and quiet room, the male receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming, time was taken to explain to us a bit of history of Cartagena and adviced on places to visit. small dogs are accepted which was our case. (Not on buses though! ) Sweets and coffee offered at our arrival. I would definitely go back!

We spent the night there, good place to sleep in Cartagena economic and clean.

The price you have in my opinion is excessive. €190 for two nights in a room of 4 people and with only one bathroom, the beds quite uncomfortable and the views to the inner courtyard with the air conditioning… horrible. The good thing is that it has a more than affordable restaurant and a fairly large parking lot. Another drawback is that it is quite far from downtown Cartagena.

It leaves a lot of k to wish, the hot air didn't work, not much cleanliness, a lot of repeated d, and for desserts s spoiled the elevator and we had K climb the third by the staircase, and at dinner much out of control and we had k ask for things two or three beces a chaos for the Canti Dad D people had… a lot of intentions but…

Everything ok so far, heating unfortunately did not go room therefore very cold.

This is the worst hotel in Spain there are cockroaches in the closets and bed Bogs if you gave 5000 € I would not stay again And all the room are cold.

Hotel located on the outskirts. Receptionist very friendly. Spacious and comfortable room. Neighborhood a little bit conflicting.

I only went to take a soda to the hotel bar, and I can say that the service was friendly and the prices very reasonable.

Looks a bit classical. Lots of facilities nearby. A nice place to stop for a night or two.

Basic pension, but very close to the bus stop to go to the centre.

Clean and tidy interiors even if the hotel is not very recent. Very good and at affordable price the catering.

Nice personal not fare away to the centrum the bus stop outside the hotel and with taxsi it cost 7 eur. The only thing we thouth was bad was the beds. No good madress. Wifi and television in all room.

Basic budget accommodation. Clean, and free parking was a huge bonus. Good for one night's stay.

Not worth the 3-star rooms just 2 plugs and hidden, a strange and blade noise was heard during the night, not bad for price, but what was said, the quality is not a 3 star.

Great showers, has Wi-Fi, is cheap. Exactly what we wanted.

All super good, I recommend 100%. Room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and also Wi-Fi was going very fast. The staff was also super nice and the food was delicious. The parking is private and free and has a bus stop that at once you are in the center right in front.

Cheap and cheerful. Breakfast (included) in the cafeteria next door. Get bus number 7 or 14 from Plaza Bastarreche (€1.15). Lunch or dinner at Yembé on the same street, number 53. Delicious, cheap, medium-sized pizzas but other stuff as well. Good cheap wine.
