➜ I found a wonderful hotel, well equipped and good hospitality.
➜ Terrible customer service. The person who is at reception for mornings does not know anything, is not able to book, you leave the order to call you who does take the reservations and after two days or appears there, and when he does not call. You need a remodeling and please put someone who knows what you're doing to work. Lousy.
