The couple who manages this hotel are simply lovely. They offered us great advice on hiking and restaurants. The breakfast was simple but delicious with fresh fruit, great coffee, cereals, and pastries. Eggs were offered. The mattress in the garden room was fabulous — nicely firm. The location is just close enough to the town center to be convenient to restaurants and sites, but far enough to be quiet and serene.

Run by the most amazing young couple, Przemek and his wife Sandra, this is a little slice of heaven. On arrival the impression is of relaxed chic. The small number of bedrooms and the fact that it is adults only creates a quiet and calm space. We stayed in the Soller Room at the top of the house. Lovely views to the front of the hotel out over the village. Comfortable king bed and a fantastic bathroom. Air con so never too hot. The larger suites and the twin bedroom over the garden and pool and mountain. The breakfasts are plentiful and served on the beautiful terrace, weather permitting. The gardens have plenty of tables chairs and relaxing loungers in different areas so you almost can feel you are in your own private garden. The pool is a good size. We were there for five nights and ate in some wonderful restaurants recommended by Przemek. Everything is within walking distance. Beautifully maintained it is the trojan management of this hotel that stands out. There is nothing these two will not do or organise for you. We felt so well looked after that we are returning in a few weeks!

Relaxed atmosphere but very high culinary service coupled with friendly and professional attention to detail. Our third visit and I'm already looking forward to our return.

Unique boutique. Top level but unobtrusive service. Beautiful antiques. Very comfortable beds. Books and DVD library should you need. Incredible dining experience. The gardens are a hidden oasis. Lovely views to the mountains and about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Sóller.
Penelope (the massage therapist) was brilliant. Four days of bliss. Thank you to Sasha, Patrick and all of the staff.

We have just stayed at Hotel Salvia for the 3rd time and its still our all time favourite place to spend our holidays. If the views of the mountains from the courtyard arn't enough to bring you back, Patrick, Sasha & the whole team at Hotel Salvia are so attentive you'll feel like you are holidaying with friends. From the rooms, to the wonderful food… everything is perfect. If you can't stay, they open the restaurant to the public and you would not be disappointed with the food. We had the most tender suckling pig followed by a soller orange desert with white chocolate fudge which was out of this world. We would recommend Hotel Salvia as a special place to stay and will certainly be making a 4th trip in the near future!

This small boutique hotel sits within walking distance of the main square and is the perfect retreat after a day exploring. Superb service and attention to detail and set within a beautiful quiet garden. The bedrooms are all individual with lots of small detail to add comfort and plenty of gleaming white towels. The dining is superb and the guys who own the hotel are always there overseeing client comfort and satisfaction.

Absolutely amazing experience. The best food I have had in my life. A must for a romantic evening in the island.

The portions were a bit small for the price we paid. We enjoyed the sweet patat frites and frites with truffle cream. The artisjoks didn't taste fresh. It's a beautiful garden and quiet place. Friendly staff.

Nice farmhouse located in Sóller 5 minutes from the center and 3 km from the port of Sóller.

Had dinner here twice and on both occasions it was superb. Easily the best we had in Soller or the Port. Hope to come back for a long weekend now.

E stayed here a couple of days in April and we would love to go back. Two things stood out; one was the fantastic service. Friendly and relaxed and very forthcoming in a way you don't find in a bigger hotel. Second was the garden in the back, it's not huge but a fantastic place to spend a quiet afternoon before dinnner. Pool is small and yet big enough too cool down if it's hot. Rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated, we stayed in the Garden suite which was spacious with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast offers limited choice but everything on it is good and the coffee is great.

Lovely food and setting nestled in amongst the old town of Soller. Definiately worth the visit. Book at least a month in advance to eat at the restaurant though. It is very popular!

Heaven on earth! It would be better not to describe this epicurean place. My husband and I will remember for a long time this unique, highly romantic evening, where everything was perfect: excellent taste buds, extremely courteous service, every view of a feast of eyes and generous candle lighting. We will come back to Mallorca alone because of this hotel and this exquisite restaurant. Keep it up! You're fantastic.

Quiet Hotel very close to the center of Soller.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Hotel Salvia. Patrick and Sacha were perfect hosts and attentive without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail and small touches in the hotel was wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent, small and intimate and would highly recommend for dinner which is open to non-residents. Location of the hotel is great, just a 5 minute walk from the main square and 10 to the antique train and main tram stop taking you to the port of Soller for 6 euros. Fabulous base for so many great places to visit. If you are looking for something a little special, and a romantic get away, look no further! Sylvia McCafferty, April 2016.

The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Mountain views from the bedroom and the enjoyment of a great wake up in the morning. Best of all we were very well taken care of and Patrick Sasha he will ensure that the experience was perfect. They spend time with each guest everyday to make sure that we have everything we need. Park was very good and very well taken care of and fortunately the weather was warm on the outside to enjoy the sunshine breakfast and lunch.

First time at this restaurant and I can't recommend it more highly. Fresh and seasonable food at a reasonable price in a stunning location. The fish in particular was sublime. See you next year!
