Perfect location, was on the fourth floor and the property has no elevator but I guess that's not too bad of you are in mid 20s. Beach is quite close, gets rather busy in the nearby coffee at the weekend so going to bed around midnight can be challenging. Overall the property is a good bargain for the money. Bear in mind there's no parking but I was told it's fine to park at the restaurants parking opposite to the place.
The personal is very friendly and you have good offers for renting bycicles and cars. The price was really good for a apartment this close to the beach. You walk one minute to the beach. You can partially see the beach from the balkony. To the downsides: There is one grocery store in the close area (not even a one minute walk) however it isn't very cheap compared to bigger supermarkets like Eroski. To the Eroski it is more like a 15-20 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Now to the apartment itself: It has pretty much everything you need. You can see it from the apartment description. Wifi, washing machine, kitchen with a cooking place, microwave etc. The worst thing in our apartment was that we had ants. First we saw them on the bottom of the balkony door, but when we had sweets in our kitchen, we had them all of the sudden concentrated in one drawer. This was disgusting. They definately have to get rid of the ant problem. We used baking soda to get rid of them, but it took quite a while.

Perfect location: next to the beach.
Our apartment was on the ground floor, renovated, with a huge fenced terrace, air con, equipped kitchen and a private free parking nearby.
It's great value for money: the cheapest accommodation we could find in the area (and quite cosy and clean).
On the negative side: not enough dishes and utensils, the air con is programmed to turn off every 4 hours (you have to get up during the night to re-turn it off), slow (or quite often non-existent) Wi-Fi; when you take a shower, the boiler capacity does not allow several people to shower one after another: you have to wait a little bit for another portion of hot water to warm up.
If in doubt — take this apartment, as I said, it's great value for money.
