We had a super great holiday at this hotel with our 5 year old child. All the staff are super sweet and the facility is a dream. Distance to the beach maximum 5 minutes. We would love to come back :)

The hotel impresses with its top location to the beach and center and the friendly staff — from the reception to the cleaning all super friendly and helpful🥰
The renovated rooms still have some old burdens (old and simple furniture, when showering and wc water leaks out and leaves puddles). Room a bit cramped and the bathroom directly opposite the bed, separated only by a glass door.
The food HP is ok, but we were a bit disappointed with the selection. With a 4 * system we expected better.
We had a nice week in Alcudia and Bahia despite the criticism. Gracia's 😊

What a awesome place everything was great even tho we are been send home 3 days early due to corona Alcúdia is a nice place to walk around apart from the shops all been closed or closing to go have a sleep lol the hi-light off the week was the entertainment thanks to Kyle what a awrsome guy he is thanks hotel Bahia de Alcúdia for a great week we will Defentlly b back once this virus thing has cleared.

Spectacular an amazing service. We were treated to luxury and in the bar a few professionals very attentive. Thanks Barto and the other chic@s that have a good season.

The location of the hotel is very good just a few minutes to the beach and pedestrian zone.
The higher the room, the better the view to the sea.
All in all very good hotel at a pleasant price.

Very nice hotel… from the outside already somewhat old, but inside partly modernized. Room sufficient for two people … the storage for clothing. Too small … no closet available, air conditioning helps if you have the room facing the street. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant offers something for everyone… versatile offer from sweet to hearty. Despite small flaws, we are very satisfied with accommodation and service.

Superb hotel, perfect community places, perfect food, very kind staff, but rooms are noisy and small.

Mediocre hotel, the food is fine, but by no means something special. Fries, pasta, pizza can be found every evening. If you have a room to the side of the street, you can expect sleepless nights! The showers are also to be enjoyed with caution! The water there is either boiling hot or freezing cold! However, the cleanliness in the hotel is positive!

It was very nice and family friendly. Stop not so big and impersonal. Mann quickly knew everyone.

The hotel is really top! The food tastes very good, there is a wide selection! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern! To the beach it is only 5 to 10 minutes, top location! The pool has many loungers and the outdoor area is beautifully designed! I would definitely come back, highly recommended! :-)

Nice hotel. Nice location and quiet place to stay. Food is Okay. Service is really nice.

Here, everything is top and clean. Giant selection at the buffet and all very well. Very nice outdoor complex with well-maintained pool area. I was most impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. All shops and restaurants, including bike rental and car rental in the immediate vicinity.
The only shortcoming is the slightly too noisy rooms facing the street. Price performance ratio good.

Great hotel within walking distance to the beach in the immediate vicinity of numerous shops to make a pint of several restaurants for the physical well being this year here we spend our holiday we are already looking forward to our holiday.

I don't know if that's okay that happens to the looks of your house and I don't want you to do me your order the week q.

The hotel was nearly perfect. The rooms are good but a little bit small. The only bad thing is that people with all inclusive aren't that noticed by the staff as people who pay for everything.

Everything was OK. Personell were very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel with lovely garden, pool and bar design. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always striving for the guest. At mealtimes it is usually necessary to calculate 10 min. Waiting times (end of March 2018). But again, the staff has everything under control and manages the bottlenecks. The rooms are a bit noisy, but this is probably everywhere where many people are accommodated in a small space.

Clean as well as large-scale hotel complex ideal for cyclists selection of food and drinks rich, but often not well tempered and long waiting times to the buffet.
Unfortunately the indoor pool was broken and not walkable. Thus, the expected bad weather option was missing.

Room clean and OK, food unfortunately very much fried — healthy eating is not possible here, bike cellar at the end of March very crowded, fitness room is well equipped for athletes.

Unspectacular hotel with parrots in the hotel yard. Is on a busy road.

Room quite small. Staff was overwhelmingly friendly. Food was OK but could be better. However, the hotel does not deserve more than 3 stars.

I booked through Booking. Com an extra couple of days to end a walking holiday. I wasn't dissapointed and we had a fabulous stay. Apart from a bit of a stressed check in (a queue and just one chap @ reception) everything was perfect.
An excellent range of breakfast and dinner self service menu. Fabulous fresh fruit accompanied both, and the choices of meals was immense. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool, gardens, and the whole place was neat tidy and incredibly clean.
We kept being mistaken for German. And my German is worse than my almost non existent Spanish so once we got over that hiccup all was well.
Wish we could've stayed longer. We will recommend this gem to friends and most certainly will return.

Very nice place. We didn't stay here but used the Spa facilities. Cost €30 for 30mins massage and it was ok.

Great hotel, awesome chilling areas with hammocks and proper chill zones, also has Avery with exotic birds within the gardens. Nice place.

We have been this year to 4 with the bikes into the training camp there. Usually in about the hotels, which are specially designed for bikers.
Through a recommendation we went then each occupancy in Bahia. Where locals feel it must be so good and is exactly the same.
Very clean rooms, great food whether athletes or not. This joy is absolutely great staff, always friendly, funny and nice and most important, the staff. I have still never been experienced, in most cases experience is always right. I fly away once in the year in the training camp and once with family and had never such great personnel.
We are just about to clarify the date for March 2016 and want everyone back in the Bahia de Alcudia.
The really only minus point is the rather expensive for us athletes and partly bad Wi-Fi in the room, as we upload our training courses online.

The elevators too small and are constantly occupied. The fit is only 3 people in the (without luggage). Rooms are not very tidy clean made. The maid have extremely little time per room. Breakfast from 9 o'clock is almost impossible, the courts are simply not sufficient. Afterwards, the staff that is highly motivated does not come with Coverslipping.
Air conditioning is completely unsuitable for the family room. Temperatures below 30 ° C were not to reach the rear bed. A second air conditioning or a larger sized would be desirable.
Food is very off-varied and is wonderful to look at. The pool is small but super. You will almost always also a bed. Had not our booked rooms the first day. As compensation, there was a fruit basket and sparkling wine, and 3 days ALLInclusiv for all.

All in all a very good Hotel.

We were already 8 times in this hotel. Every year, there have been improvements. When the elevators would finally even completely overhauled, the no more plug remains, give also the last star.

A great hotel for a few days of rest, close to the main attractions of the island.

Not too far from the Beach and also to the Harbor with shops and retaurants. Less than attentive personell in the bar and dinner and desert selection have quite a lot room for improvement. Dinner mostly without taste as they don't seem to season the food when cooking. To get internet connection, you have to go behind the bar and hope for a good day. The alternative is to pay 15 Euros for a week for ONE unit only. What world is this hotel living in? Lift extremely small and difficult to carry more than two perons at the time with luggage. A lot of noise from the street even with the windows closed. Our room smelled like a month old wet rag when we moved in and it took three days before they got rid of the smell (from the bathroom). The pool and the space around is minute. I am not coming here another time.

I do ech appreciate since I was there last year and before last year. It's really cool and the people beautifully nice and friendly :)

Hotel great, good location, quiet, clean, cosy, good treatment and a spectacular garden of birds.

It is not particularly drawn to 4. Rooms are very small. Shampoo for two weeks put only 1 time. A good garden. Animation is so-so. Good dinners. Close to the beach and main street. Air conditioning in the room worked fine.
