Nice Hotel, very friendly staff, food very good, only the private music at the Pool was annoying and just under 40 degrees and you should not leave the Pool open longer.

This Hotel is absolutely not recommendable! Staff unfriendly

A cozy hotel where you feel in good hands at all times. The staff is friendly and accommodating at any time of the day and night. I would book here at any time. As far as food is concerned, one can certainly be divided, but this can be done even if it is ordered in specialty restaurants frog legs or oyster. I liked it and it was good. Therefore, I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality.

Chico the best barmen in all mallorca ;) without him and Christine we would be lost in translation. One star less because the other staff knows only German language.

Great hotel, despite the fact that only 3 stars. Can safely claim a large number of them. The staff are all very pleasant, the maids don't steal, the air conditioning is there. Of the cons: paid Wi-Fi and crowds of Germans (if it's minus at all). The big plus — alcohol is not diluted. Even with a litre of sangria for 6 euros you can drink.

Nice hotel. Many german people. Rooms are clean and modern. One girl broke his leg and man from the reception carried her up the stairs, friendly staff. Thank you and see you again! Best regards from Finland.

Hotel lovely food good but very noisy we seem to be the only English hear full of Germans in large groups banging on doors at two in morning vodca bottles all left on there. Balcony wouldn't advise this.

This hotel is very poorly organized. Towels every two days, juice & coffee machines are switched off at point 10am. Red and yellow cards are distributed here several times a day. Staff are partly not friendly, especially the boss very unkind. Would never book this hotel again. Breakfast made spartan for this price. There are significantly nicer hotels for this money! Never, Never.

Very clean hotel, good food, enough variety of morning and evening buffet, very friendly staff. Single hook: one of the reception staff, who during the day was for the most part at the front desk, was relatively unfriendly. Nothing a good flight, no matter whether it has pleased us, nothing. Rich Buffett, clean and cosy room, was friendly and Nice, nice resort, top location.
Deduction there is a star for the very poorly equipped fitness room and the paid Wi-Fi.
