Great city hotel in a perfect location in modern style with a spectacular view from the rooftop with pool & bar on the 9th floor. The restaurant on the 8th floor offers the same sensational view in a relaxed atmosphere with fantastic breakfast. Here you like to stay a little longer. The spa area is very pleasant and completely adequate. The whole team is super friendly, we got an upgrade and for the birthday some surprises from the house.
We felt at home after a week & will be back for sure! 💙 Thank you! 🙏🏼

Urban Hotel, modern and clean. We had a hab. Deluxe with jacuzzi that is a past to enjoy it when you want. Restaurant and bar are on the ground 8/9 and have views towards the cátedral! You can enjoy drinks at the roof top bar also does not remain customers! Super. On the bed sleeps very well and in the bathroom there is sufficient gel, shampoo etc, All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is perfect for shopping and restaurants!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and once again they provided amazingly friendly service, the room was clean with great Moulton Brown products, and super quiet. Considering it’s location on a busy road, adjacent to the historic quarter, the Nakar has some of the quietest rooms imaginable! If there’s a little issue, the staff resolve it immediately, and I felt well and truly looked after whilst I was there. Full marks to Eardly who was the perfect host and concierge. I will be back!

Bring ear defenders and/or sleeping pills. Even housekeeping seem to have been trained to slam every door they come across 16 times.
The rooms are nice, comfy beds and very well designed… as long as you’re hard of hearing.

A fabulous boutique hotel. The staff are very helpful. Our room had a private jacuzzi, but not all rooms have. So much selection at breakfast. Rooftop pool converts into a bar at night.

The hotel is lovely and modern. The staff are exceptional and friendly. The room is excellently equipped with individual Wi-Fi units and modern TVs etc. The rooftop pool gets very crowded — full of people that leave towels on the beds to claim them. Pretty frustrating and rude. The hotel could do a better job of policing this. The also gave us a handy kit of items when are baggage was lost — a lovey touch. Great place overall.

A lovely modern hotel set in the heart of Palma, easy walking distance to the shops and Cathedral and 15 mins from the main station. The hotel itself is clean, stylish and modern. The rooms containing everything you need and the comfort just outstanding. Better yet, the staff are friendly and helpful, from the front desk right through to the kitchen. My only complaint whould be the lack of working English language TV channels (we ended up watching a lot of YouTube instead) and although the breakfast selection was fairly wide, didn't seem to change the selection in each type of breakfast that much.

My husband and I were here to celebrate our wedding anniversary in May, we had a wonderful experience. The staff are very attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable, we were even upgraded to a Suite. The views from the roof top are stunning, rooms are modern and spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we are planning to revisit in late summer.

One of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were the BEST, chatty, polite and friendly but unobtrusive. Very well designed and organised hotel everything you want or need is at hand. Plenty of usb chargers in the room, even a socket in the safe so you can charge your i-pad when it's locked away. Breakfast was very good, great coffee and 10/10 omelette and again lovely waiting staff and nothing too much trouble. Bonus of a decent size rooftop terrace and pool with very tasty snacks and sensibly priced drinks. Location perfect for shopping, sightseeing, plenty of restaurants and 10 mins stroll to Santa Catalina. All in all really enjoyed our stay. Will stay again without a doubt, highly recommended. Very good hotel. Comfortable location, around a lot shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. (Prepeared for my early flight breakfast). New, quite, big room and very comfortable bed.

The Sunday Brunch, spectacular, very good food from the Local Chef, good music and very good service.  
Before lunch, since we had arrived early, we took something on the roof that have, without words, a view of Palma surely one of the best and with its pool, gave the feeling of tranquility, I recommend to remove the stress.

The staff were very polite and the staff were very nice.

Really bad. Birthday was completely forgotten, no decoration, pie etc. — despite notice a few hours before and later complaint no excuse. Then at following days, booked spa treatment was briskly charged, but could not be run. Because the entire city centre was cordoned off because of a affair. Well known to locals as a hotel operator. After all, he was in the hotspot with the hotel. Not to point out is extremely unprofessional, especially if you do not have your own parking lot and you depend on public options. All in all not recommended. German is not spoken there and English is already but as one does not see with success. The very nice roof terrace does not leave the in total terribly unprofessional impression.

The weekend Brunch is spectacular. The food was excellent, the location was very good.

Ideal place to admire Palma having a drink between friends… eat with delicacy or sleep peacefully.

The rooftop has wonderful views of Palma. Varied cocktail menu at affordable prices. However the attention of the staff on the deck was not as I expected.

We chose Nakar after researching Palma online. The hotel received woderful reviews and the photos looked amazing so we figured we couldn’t go wrong. From the moment we walked in we felt at home! Eduardo was incredibly warm and kind and checked us in early. The room was absolutely beautiful. We loved the modern touches and how our every need was anticipated and met: the bar was fully stocked, the bathroom had everything you could need and more, and the room itself had plenty of power outlets and usb plugs. Oh, and the bed… it felt like butter. After settling in, Eduardo directed us to a fantastic restaurant and told us the best local beaches to relax at. When we returned to the hotel later that afternoon we went straight to the roof where we drank and bathed in the infinity pool, surrounded by amazing city views including the cathedral. We later walked a few minutes to the best nightlife the city has to offer. We only spent 36 hours in Palma but wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re reading this, choose Nakar. You’ll be very happy you did.

This hotel is in an excellent central location in amongst all the shopping and eateries. It's small and classy, clean and sophisticated. Service staff are well groomed and professional. Rooms are small but well equipped. The room I stayed in even had its own private hot tub. Very happy with my stay here. Thank you.

We are on day 2 of our 4 day holiday. The view from the roof top pool is amazing.
We ate lunch on the first day up on the pool terrace which fantastic. A fresh burger cooked medium rare pink in the middle which was unbelievable.
Breakfast choices are plentiful and again cooked to perfection.
We are in room 16 one of the jacuzzi suites which I must say are worth the upgrade.
The hotel are very attentive providing molton brown products, a bottle of fizz on arrival. …
Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location can't be beaten for shops, bars restaurants.
From the roof pool you can sit and Watch cruise liners pulling in and out of the port. Some of the ships are absolutely huge.
I would expect that this hotel will quickly overtake some of the few hotels above it on trip advisor and become numer 1 within the near future.

Cute hotel, great location, reasonably priced. Good choice if you like to collect hotel points (it's one of the Starwood's design hotel. Great view from the top floor restaurant and pool deck. Though would've been better if the pool deck had umbrellas. Strangely they added a bunch of beer and snacks onto our room bill. We told them that we didn't touch the mini fridge at all and they removed the items. Also they might want to work on the bathroom door and shower door. None of them close properly…

Wonderful location and service!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Just returned from a 3 night stay with my wife and couldn't fault a thing. Everything was perfect, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and our room (junior suite) was fabulous. The roof top pool area, although small, is ideal for relaxing in between exploring Palma and the rest of the island. The location is excellent too, smack bang in the middle of Palma, every restaurant and tapas place we wanted to visit, the cathedral, etc were all just a short stroll away which meant we didn't have to get taxis anywhere. If you are thinking of visiting Palma the Nakar Hotel is *THE* place to stay.

We went to the Brunch held on the Sunday. It was perfect, the food was very good and the service impeccable. It was the birthday of a friend and helped us to arrange a little surprise. We will return without hesitation.

Nakar Hotel has to be by far one of the best places I have ever stayed. We were a party of 9 women and from start to finish we were treated like royalty. The rooms, obviously being new, were perfect and had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine. We had plenty of room for two women sharing and the beds were very comfortable. Another huge factor is that, although the hotel is situated in the centre of Palma, it is completely silent at night which ensures you have a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and choice and more importantly the coffee was great, I was able to have a morning latte and then take another up to the pool! The location was ideal for the bars and restaurants in the city but you could also walk easily to the nearest beach for a dip in the sea. The rooftop pool was intimate and a lovely calming place to spend an afternoon in the sun. You could also ask for waiter service by the pool which was fantastic. Above all however was the attitude of the staff! All staff whether it be on reception or in the restaurant were friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. They put up with 9 excited women and were beyond accommodating. We asked for recommendations on bars and restaurants for which they furnished us with a map and a list. They booked restaurants for us (which were amazing) and when they couldn't get us a table they ensured they found us one somewhere else.

Just returning from some fantastic days at Nakar.
Concluding everything, this must be my best stay at a hotel ever: perfectly situated, gorgeous staff that had answers and good advices to any questions, beautiful rooms, nice breakfast and one on the best lunch meals ever on fish — not to mention the roof top terrace with a gorgeous view and also a DJ!

Beautiful hotel! Great location! And the staff are outstanding especially Eardy! The roof top pool and view is to die for. We had a room with a small garden and hot tub which was amazing.
