Das Hostal Hotel

Top hostal staff super friendly breakfast and room great can only be recommended not far to the beach.

I have just read the nasty reviews and I cannot agree with all this at all!
I myself have been travelling to this hostel for over 7 years and I can only say:
It's still a hostel (not a luxury hotel with glamour, shiand and frills! ) and it's still the ballerman and I don't know what to expect!
95€ the night also means by two (45€ p. P. ), then you should take a look around where you can still find it at the Ballermann with what the et dömsche offers!
The rooms are big enough that you have great space for two, of course there is no luxury shower and no waterbed in it but you have everything you need for a stay at the Ballermann and the rooms have always been clean!
The staff has always been the same the last few years and is super friendly, recognizes you again when you arrive after a year, also helpful if you needed something! despite the often so drunk ballermannpuplikum (which does not always make the work easier) the staff was to have fun for everyone! In my opinion, the staff lives for this accommodation and has always taught us this way!
The breakfast was small and fine but it was all you needed for a "normal and down-to-earth" breakfast!
The location is great, close to the beach, megapark and beer king proximity what more you want!
We will definitely come back to you and can recommend you to me!

We were here from Sunday to today and must say: we are disappointed!
The bathroom was absolutely dirty, and for the fact that the hostel was built only in 2017 it is really already "intheused".
Every evening we arrived, we were shouted directly at without "Hello" or anything like that, which room number we have… (after 5 nights, if the same type of night service always has the same type of service, one should think that he can remember our faces in the few rooms. Or just ask HÖFLICH …).
When we were down one day to ask what it was like with new towels or emptying from the garbage can, we were shown in front of the whole guest and at a volume, "he would have built us a climate and given us a bed the rest we have to regulate alone". Uh sorry : yes that's right, but you can say that a) nicer and b) WE PAY FAST 100€ the night … and if the cleaning lady was there (she swept the sand into a corner), then you can empty a full garbage can?
Furthermore, the other guests were partly SUPER loud in the morning … no one took care of it, or once provided for peace, you were allowed to get up yourself.
But when we came home in the evening, and quietly entertained while going in, we were really shouted at again.
WRONG WORLD?
The only one that was nice was Daniel :-). Unfortunately, we didn't see him that often, so the negative impressions outweighed it.
