Perfect hotel to go with the family, good service, good atmosphere and very attentive and friendly staff, we repeat every summer.

The staff the area the food tastes good too and the rooms are nice and clean.

Super service, clean, you have everything you need to have a nice holiday.

Rooms clean and functional, wide range of food offered via buffet but not exceptional by any means. Staff very friendly and pools very good. Didn't try spa facilities so could not comment on those.

Very well taken care of. Very friendly waiters. It is a good place if you plan to do road cycling, since next door there is a shops that rent the bike and keep it during your stay.

Impeccable staff, buffet always very well arranged with different themes.
Pools, spa and relaxation at will.
Only downside I'm a foody dessert and there far too much dessert based on gelatin.

Recommended for families with children, the SPA is a plus, great as completion of the services offered, animation is not the strong point. Good quality cuisine, excellent assortment and rotating dishes. The beach at 100 meters is spacious, beautiful water, the bananas bar makes great drinks and paella.

Just got home from a 3 night stay here, the hotel is in a great location a few minutes stroll from the lovely beach, this hotel is spotless and the rooms are gorgeous and so modern. The bar staff are lovely and friendly and same goes for the restaurant staff, reception and the cleaners. Lovely food and would definately recommend this hotel.

Beutiful hotel, friendly stuff, very delicious meals, snack bar open 24 hours for all inclusive (ice cream, fruits, cookies, drinks — hot/cold). In Ferrer Janiero is 25m swimming pool and you can also use gym/fitness in hotel Ferrer Concord which is circa 50m. Its good gym with dumbells, barbell 15&20kg, rack, multipress, kettlebells. Plates are here 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5 and also 2 expanders are here. You can also use few machines and some cardio equipment (cycling, running, rowing). Some lessons are here daily. 5* hotel.

Very nice set, clean, nice and welcoming. The only small downside would be the difficulty of understanding and being understood when you do not practice Spanish or English. A special mention for the staff of the reception who does his best.

My absolute top hotel for my two training free time, which I organize every year in March and April for 20 people each. Best food, beautiful rooms with sea — pool views or to the sunny side. 25m heated swimming pool. For triathletes, the non plus ultra.

I can't imagine a better place for a sporty and active holiday.
From the gym and your own cycling garage, to the weekly changing sports programme and the spa (included for guests), to the friendly staff and the fantastic food, athletes will get their money's worth here. But even travelling families can feel comfortable.
Children's club, mini disco and discreet evening entertainment leave nothing to be desired.
The hotel is located on the southern outskirts of Can Picafort, to the main beach it is less than 2 km along the promenade. Small shops, buses — and taxi places can be found in the immediate vicinity. A small stretch of beach is 100m from the hotel. Personally, I find the even more beautiful (because cleaner and less crowded) than the main beach.
Did I mention the food? The offer at the buffet changes daily, there are always at least 3 main courses, a large salad buffet and countless side dishes. Vegetarians and vegans also find extra excellent food, so they don't get bored.
The desserts selection alone is enough to meet the daily calorie requirements.
If I am necessarily supposed to criticise something, it is the rather small rooms and cupboards and that there are no rooms with a transit door (as a family room). But who has been in the room on Malle for a long time?
OK, the showers don't get really cold either. But that probably only bothers athletes.

Fantastic spa facilities. Ideal set up for triathletes and cyclists. Great food, although after a week it becomes a bit repetitive. Nice staff with good standard of English speaking. Associated bike garage has all the facilities you could want.

In principle, value for money is right. The staff is friendly throughout, the hotel is neatly maintained. The pool is inviting, the spa small but fine. The massages were professional in a good atmosphere. The food corresponds to the budget of the kitchen. For my taste it might be more expensive, but more varied.
Wi-Fi at an additional cost in the room was unfortunately a disappointment, the mobile network running stable > will probably be given the first 24h. All so far no leg fracture.
Deduction is available for the irregular (because avoidable) noise between 8-16 watch. The reason for this is the lack of felt on the feet of the beds and chairs. The chambermaids rightly push the beds during cleaning. The resulting noise is loud and extremely disturbing. On holiday times to sleep until nine o 'clock was not possible …
I assume that it can be retrofitted here quickly as soon as the otherwise very attentive staff is aware of the situation. All in all, this is a good hotel!

Over Christmas, my girlfriend and I flew to Mallorca ⛱. We were accommodated in the Ferrer Janeiro 4 * Hotel & Spa. The hotel is really highly recommended, very clean, classy and elegant. A touch of luxury. The only thing that was not so nice in the room is a visible glass pane separating the bathroom and bedroom. So you have no privacy. Neither in the shower. So this invention was actually totally unthinkable. Those who value it also in the bathroom undisturbed or Would like to have its privacy, better book another hotel.
The service staff in the restaurant was very friendly, helpful and always for a little fun to have. We were able to laugh a lot with the staff and enjoyed it very much. They were also very loose on it. There was never anything missing and was really always very clean! This is the only reason I would book this hotel again. What, among other things, Also really good was: there was a large selection of herbal milk alternatives. Well suited for Laktoseintolerante. Food was always delicious and there was nothing negative except the glass wall.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My stay in hotel was at the end of March in the Radsaision in Mallorca. The rooms were clean and tidy but lacked free wi-Fi in the rooms which in the present time would actually have to be standard. The breakfast and dinner buffet was plentiful and large. Unfortunately, there was little fresh from the region and more finished true.

The rooms are very nice and modern, the staff is invariably friendly. Spa area could be a little bigger, but that's okay. The additional Unterhaltungsprogramne are great!

Perfect hotel for sport. Food buffet sometimes not so good, but mostly quite alright… Salads were great. SPA is quite awesome. Good hotel.

One week in February was just too little. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel. The stay was beautiful. Everything was just right here. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
Who can, should book the hotel outside the holiday season and enjoy the ambiance and the island. In the kitchen every day is conjured up, even for vegetarians the choice is great. Because here, because of the good training possibilities many athletes descend, much emphasis is placed on food variety. In the spa you can relax and be pampered. For entertainment in the gym and the bar, the nice animators Sabrina and Alex are at your disposal. The staff at the reception will immediately solve any problem and always convey a good mood. The hotel is very clean and modern in style. Cheap is the car rental hiper (tip: In Germany about Check24 rent) just behind the hotel. Otherwise there is also a bus stop at the hotel. The beach Promenade invites you to take a walk.
Here you can really relax.

Clean rooms and good service. A coffee maker in the room. The spa area is definitely worth a visit. The food is varied and healthy. Almost every room has a sea view and a balcony. 25 meter swimming pool heated in winter.

Very good facilities and the staff lovely. Varied and good Buffet. We've been coming for three years and I hope to return forever They are always making reforms so that customers are more comfortable.

Excellent hotel in a unique location, they are leatherback. Definitely a great combination. Reference in Majorca as far as sports hotels are concerned. Exquisite, clean, modern treatment… You can't ask for more.

Good facilities to spend a holiday in Majorca. Swimming pool, spa, breakfast buffet. Quite acceptable.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the truth is that we were very good. The spa is small but has everything you need and is very clean. The buffet is very good and there is variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Maribel, the girl who attended the service on the terrace. Attentive, pleasant and very efficient in their work. It made us feel very comfortable.
The facilities were very clean.
The only one but that would put serious room cleaning service. They passed (at least in our case) about 15:50 H and they caught you resting. Probably the girls carry more rooms than the bill.

We have just returned from a week in majorca staying at the ferrer Janeiro. Well what can I say… possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed in and we've been to some lovely ones over the years. The location is perfect just across the road from the beach and nearby shops and bars and with a stroll along the front to nearer c'an picafort which has more shops bars tavernas etc. There is a great market on fridays which starts just outside the hotel and goes on for miles and has everything you could ask for. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Always smiling as they worked. The hotel was so clean and tidy. Food amazing such a great choice even for fussy eaters. We had a very late flight coming in and food was laid on for us when we arrived at the hotel at 2.30 in the morning and we were starving! The day we left there was a room to store our luggage and even a lovely shower room for us to get changed in to go home. An absolutely amazing holiday staying in a fantastic hotel. Would recommend it to everyone. Will be looking to go there again very soon!

Great place loved it would of gave 5 starts if there wasnt a window going though to the bathroom so people could see you the food os beautifull an looks great my mum aslo has gulten free an they treated her amazing.

Hotel all inclusive very good, I recommend it to rest and forget about everything.

Hello, after going out and have been a long weekend in FERRER Janeiro. I should mention that the human personnel of the establishment is the very best that I've found. The rooms, dining and spa correctisimo. Advisable. Do not change. To another.

Very good spa at a good price! Open all year round!

We got an apartment with two children. Unfortunately there was no real space for two adults and two children. The living room was equipped with two beds for the children. Also, very thin walls and the master bed room is very noise. Great hotel for singles or couples, but not for families. Clean place, great food and very friendly staff.

The site is very good, the people super nice, as a waitress named Fatima, the food super good and such. The problem comes when we called the spa to see if under the age of 15 years can enter with adults, and say that if, at any time. And when we go to the spa won't let us pass, this is a scam, as if we had been told the truth, we wouldn't have booked a room, but as they want to earn a paste because… we feel very cheated, and that's why I put 3 stars. Personally, if you are going with children I recommend the stay in this hotel, besides that there are new people attending both in reception and the waiters, etc. And are not informed of all that is good or ready to be there. The truth is that removing all of that, the service is very good, when you exit and leave the room, we have been given to the director personally a pass to enter when you want to spa, that's why I put 3 stars and not 0.

You were all very nice, especially the waiters; the food was very delicious and varied, the idea of themed dinners were nice. Too bad for liking Italian dinner that starts at 18:30 and ends at 21:30 is restrictive.
The rooms are spacious with balcony, the bathroom had a tub but you have to treat it and this had halos.
The entertainment was not very present, and the nightly not in Italian (I'd recommend live music or other things that do not contain words)
In conclusion, this Hotel would recommend it due to the presence of a nice SPA, location very close to the sea with a vast beach.

Feel like us here in the hotel very much and would come again at any time.

Everything's clean, the hotel is near the beach. Overall design in room is kinda poor but in whole hotel it's splendid. Two pools, with hot tub and wellness. Wi-Fi is available at the bar but it's paid in rooms. I don't miss here anything at all.
