We had a great week, perfect welcome, perfect housekeeping, perfect location, in short only happiness. Thank you very much.

Absolutely love this place…. Clean throughout and beds and towels changed everyday…We upgraded this time and stayed in the “Tui” apartments which have all been refurbished…great place and fantastic “Motown bar” next door…. Roll on November to go back again.

Staff are friendly apartment are nice n clean 3 pools any problems it done with straight away. Free Wi-Fi.

Had a nice time outwith the hotel, but they refused to change our bed sheets, they never got changed thw whole week we were there and they only gave us clean towels once every 3 days even tho there was 5 ppl sharing the apartment, every were else was nice, great food outside the hotel, but defo wouldnt go bk to apartmento celeste.

Absolutely right in the centre of everything and the accommodation is lovely.

Basic but clean … perfect location for shops, bars and the beach. Beds comfy and no bath only shower which is great for me with my disabilities.
We were booked into an upstairs apartment but the receptionist changed it to ground floor, very nice friendly and helpful.

Ideally situated. Friendly staff. Kept clean. And very spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was brilliant, walking distance to the beach, restaurants n bars. Hotel staff from Barbara n Claudia on reception, housekeeping staff all very helpful n friendly. We were on Block 3 which is Adults only, it was so peaceful, no queuing for sun beds, enough for all residents. Lots of space in our apartment, large balcony area, could have had sun loungers on it if needed.

Love the place called Celeste and best wee bar around the black bull.

Both times I have stayed had massive apartment and right near the pool and pool bar very clean and everything you need to hand fantastic!

I’d stay here every time if I could. It is traditional in design and the staff are so friendly and always say hello. I like the little blocks and even tho the pools are small you never have to fight for a bed. It is a fantastic location. Just in the outskirts of everything but within a 5 minute walk to everything you could need — beaches, shops, bars, restaurants.

Needing a little updating but still very clean with very friendly staff and very good value for money.

Value for money is amazing close to the beach and main drag been 4 years in a row now and will be another 4 years at least.

The location was okay. The apartment was really rented and really broken everywhere. The pool was cleaned every morning, but so around 7.00 a. M. And not exactly quiet. If you just want to sleep there, it is okay, as the proximity to the beach is fine, but only accessible by heavy stairs. The water pressure when showering and washing was zero. There is a washing machine, but it costs 4 euros and washes only about 30 minutes. Poolbar is a kiosk window.

The location is absolutely classy. You are fast on the beach and fast at the restaurants and bars. Supermarket and shops of all kinds just around the corner. Doctor and pharmacy too. The way to the beach, however, goes via several stairs, which is nothing for strollers or people who are poorly on foot. Our apartment was quite large but extremely habitual. It was cleaned often, but quite thoroughly not for a long time. The beds are rock hard. From 7 o'clock in the morning the pool is cleaned, there is no longer any thinking of sleeping. The pool is cleaned every day, but is very small and around it there is hardly any room for the few loungers that exist. We always sat on the balcony and then went down to the pool. But mostly on the beach. Almost only English, but most were really nice. Verdict: Location top, the rest well. If you are looking for cheap accommodation in a top location for beach holidays and tours across the island and do not make any demands, this is the right place. But if you are looking for chic apartments, a great pool area in a spacious complex, you are wrong here. We felt quite comfortable, but wouldn't book this accommodation anymore.

Basic but vey clean. They have everything you need. Pool area is cleaned every day and the staff our lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of pubs and restaurants near by.

Great place to stay good staff motown next door serves great meals. All in all had a great time here all you want is near at hand. Have booked again for December. Apartment excellent and clean. Thank you all at celeste.

Wonderful place to stay all staff so pleasant apartments a little tired but have all that is needed can't wait to return.

Good location, close to amenities, main gate needs attention to stop the banging when anyone enters or leaves and I would prefer the towels changed more frequently otherwise okay for price.

Cosy but in need of a bit of tlc. Staff are friendly and moved us to another apartment within 12 hours when they realised the one we had been allocated wasn't suitable as my wife has to use a walking stick and had to walk over wet tiles near the pool to reach it. Value for the money we paid.

Had the best time here, apartments clean, comfortable and practical… staff all very friendly and helpful. Would return with out a doubt x.

Great apartments. As others have said needs updating but this is due to start in November. Staff really friendly. Perfect location for all the bars and restaurants.

I’ve been here many times, it’s very cheap to stay and a lovely calm atmosphere there are 3 blocks, one which is adults only. The apartments are spacious but basic, although upgrades are evident since I began visiting. Staff are all helpful and respond quickly. Location is key backing on to the beach and the main restaurant square which provides a variety of cuisines. The number 3 bus stop is opposite with destination down to Puerto del Carmen for 3euros. In walking distance is the aquarium and a variety of mini shopping centres. There are two beautiful beaches at a stones throw, one next to the grand Teguise hotel has a man made lagoon that you can see the beautiful fish at a glance. Another lovely visit to the Celeste and a great relaxing time was had! We were fortunate enough to have the Lanzarote leg of the Spanish Rally whilst here, the pits just outside the Celeste for a couple of days, very exciting experience.

Rooms clean overall place was tidy. Staff pleasant and near to beach and bars.

Staying at aqua viva 5 directly in front of this hotel. We Paid €600 euros for Easter week to be greeted by the builders working at this site from 10am to 5pm HAMMERING AND NEAUMATUC DRILLS ALL DAY LONG. It is not fit for a holiday as yet. Please look at photos.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The facilities are very clean and well managed. We have holidayed here for years. Very convenient for beaches shops and restaurants.

Ideal position with staff very very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the apartments do not match the staff. They are very basic, well used, need a refurbishment. Its a roof over your head. Couldn't possibly reccomend this place. Pools are very well looked after and clean, as are the rooms, but no warmth or atmosphere.

Lovely setting. Each apartment has it's own outdoor space. Reception staff brilliant. Will definately try to book here again next time. Perfect location close to everything.

My third visit, still needs a lick of paint but value for money as always so I'll be back.

The location is great. The beach is a five minute walk away, there is supermarket right in front. There are several restaurants and cafes in the same entrance to the apartments. And at night there are bars nearby to party. The worst, how outdated the rooms are and the cleanliness.

5-day stay with family.
The description of the place corresponds to reality! Everything is arranged in a quiet and comfortable area to reach the sea on foot in a few minutes.
Spacious and well-ordered apartments! Every morning there is the cleanliness that I have to say be very cured!
In our area there was a small swimming pool, comfortable for those days of wind.
The island is very nice, maybe not suitable for children too small!

Good price. A little old apartments, the water has little pressure, but they go to clean daily, and the maintenance service is correct. The water came out of a pipe, and then we were sent to the maintenance staff Q did the repair. With swimming pool.

Love this place. Second time here. Ideal for all the restaurants. Accomodation is basic but clean and tidy and has everything you need.

Aparts are in a great locaton on hand for every thing they are basic but very clean value for money.

I love it here, the pools outside your door, close to everything you need and backs on to the beach, staff are helpful and polite, beds are hard but good if you get bad back like I do. Theres a kid free zone and a two sides for family's. Its clean and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need for self catering.

Cheap and cheerful you get what you pay for Celeste is less than 2 mins from the beach and in the middle of Costa Teguise not far from the shops bars restaurant's.

Loved it well worth the money we paid! Clean tidy only downside the pool is tiny but would recommend it to my friends and family.

Cheap and cheerful, and the staff are extremely friendly/welcoming (also multilingual). However be prepared to pay for any extras e. G. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, oven, high chairs etc.

Nice clean basic apartments friendly staff and cleaned everyday fresh towels 5 times a week. Small pool but kids love it.

Great position block3 the best room 307 great sea veiw reception spot on very helpful, only 4stars just needs little maintenance.

This place is OK for the money if is all you want to do is sunbathe… The block we was in is very small and once the loungers are out it makes it difficult to get round to your apartment. I wouldn't take children here not big enough. The apartment and block was clean, my main gripe was that the safe was in the main reception so after a certain time you didn't get access and it was very small.

Clean (ish) but very tired and dated, cracked/missing tiles. Balcony doors wouldn't lock. Main apartment door rattled in the wind. Ok for a budget week away. I wouldn't return. Rude little man behind reception needs to work on his customer service skills.

Quiet place good location for bars and restaurants. Friendly staff very clean. Only gave 4 stars because water pressure not very good and apartments a bit old fashioned. If you need to relax make sure you request the block for adults only at the time of booking. Would return again though.

Just returned back from celeste, stayed in 2 bed apartment, had no problems whilst there, apartment does need updating but what you pay I do think you are getting a good deal, cleaned 5 times a week and the area was kept clean and tidy, receptionist helpful and friendly and overall is a lovely place to stay.

It is very well located, close to the beach, but the apartment is extremely dirty. Note that nobody has cleaned for some time.
You can find objects of previous tenants such as tablets, soaps, creams… things that should have shot.

Loved it, great base if you want to be central, and like JDaniels at 17 euro a litre. Paradise bar great Chinese buffet fantastic at 4.99 euro can't go wrong can't wait to go back I June, September and January so far book it now x.

Just back after a great time stayed in the celeste apartment athe place is very clean lovely to stay friendly staff would recommend anyone to stay here very central :-)

Have visited the Celeste several times and have never been disappointed. Always clean and staff really helpful. Going back in 9 weeks can't wait.

Basic but clean and in great location. Close to main square where much of the evening entertainment is centred. I like to rate these places on whether I would return and I would here.

Excellent value for money. We paid the equivalent of £28 per night, in Octrober 2010, in my view better value you will not find. The main reason is the location, it is next door to the one of the most popular areas of Costa Teguise the market square, 5 min walk to beach. We have been twice this year, and plan on going back next year, met people who come back year after year. Some apartments have sea views. They are a good size but basic (as you frankly should expect for the price), however come with TV, Kettle, Toaster and Microwave. NO HAIRDRYER, however overall more than adequate for us. The last one we had was over a restaurant, but did not cause us any noise or smell problems. Only negative. At times the loo did have a mild unpleasant odour in both apartments we have stayed in. However please don't let that put you off. The location for us makes up for any minor short comings. When getting to the apartments incidentally, take a taxi should cost between, 18 and 22 euros. As they are located centrally transfer companies go all over the place before getting there, took as 1.5 hours this time. Never again.
