Great hotel. Our room was fabulous. We were nearly in the sea we were that close. Stayed in a master suite 2 bathrooms huge balcony with a spa bath on it. The breakfast was amazing loads of choice all tasted great. Location about 15 mins walk to the marina / main shopping bar areas. Normal taxi from airport only €36 euro. Taxi to Ibiza town from hotel a little less than €30.

Our 2nd stay this year & it's just perfect relaxation. The service is fantastic & personal. The amazing lady who checked us in left a beautiful gift and note in our room " welcoming us back to our beach house", will definitely be returning x.

Our 3rd visit and certainly not our last. Staff are amazing, the location is perfect and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. Our favourite hotel 100%

Fantastic hotel with the best breakfast selection that we’ve ever seen. Spotlessly clean and staff are friendly and helpful. All pools are beautiful, but the rooftop terrace and pool is a real treat!

Just a shame covid has killed the evening ambience at the moment.

Great hotel, spacious, good breakfast. Have stayed there 4 times. Only downside… no focus on customer service, no one seems to care about anything and no evening events to get people together in order to make friends.

I purchased a day pass to relax at the hotel, I thought the price of the day pass was very reasonable. Included was a hammock, towel, access to the hotels pools and a credit to spend in the chiringuito bar. I enjoyed a couple of glasses of cava and a fantastic burrata salad. The atmosphere round the pool was relaxed and the staff in the chiringuito were very attentive. Jose Luis, Esteban, Raul, Raquel, Victor, thank you for a lovely afternoon. He cojido un day pass para pasar el día en el hotel. Creo que el precio está muy bien. Incluyendo una hamaca, toalla, el acceso a la piscina y un crédito para gastar en el bar shack. En comida y bebida. El ambiente en la piscina es muy relajante y tranquilo. Los chicos del shack bar son muy atentos. Jose Luis, Esteban, Raquel, Raul y Victor, gracias por tratarme tan bien.

Very nice hotel. Not far from the city you can do everything on foot. Cleanliness and very pro welcome although the French remains very little spoken.

Gutted to be checking out but what a superb hotel. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by smiles and a beautiful scented smell that just rolls throughout the hotel. Staff quietly get on with their work and always pleasant and helpful… We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some stunning hotels all over the world and this one is up there with the best… We will be back 100%

Hotel is fab. Very clean fab food too. So peaceful lying by the pool.

Had a reservation for just about a week to stay in this hotel. Ended up cancelling immediately and left the next morning. I wish they would’ve allowed us to cancel right away given the nature of our room. Upon arrival, the hotel definitely didn’t look as pictured. They are overstated in my opinion. They allowed us to check in early only to find a room that was ready but dirty. Hair and grit on the bed. And a very small room, no cloths to wash face, etc. We were very disappointed. We are frequents of the Melia brand but this one is just a let down. Not to mention that you have to pay for access to their rooftop bar during the day; that only added insult to injury. Ended up booking a last minute hotel just to get away from an experience that nearly ruined our entire vacation.

I don’t usually care for big hotels, but Sol Beach House Ibiza was different. There really is a beach house feel throughout this hotel (including guest rooms) making it cozy and inviting. I loved my room with its balcony that overlooked the water. The hotel’s location was nice and secluded, yet within walking distance to pretty well everything in town. I give this establishment a high rating for cleanliness and the helpful, friendly staff. ¡Lo he pasado pipa! I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute disappointment. Hotel focused on foreigners who almost never leave the hotel.
We booked this hotel for pet friendly for 30o night, but the treatment was deplorable. We were forced to stay out of the compound until we had room assigned.
They sell the hotel as luxury for adults, but during our stay there were almost more children than adults.
The food is more than terrible…
A 4-star hotel of the Meliá chain, which many of 2 stars give you 200 laps…

Very helpful and friendly staff. Girl at the reception spent some time explaining to us how to find good beaches, restaurants… clean and very peaceful. Joga class avaliable, massage in the garden, drinks at the pool bar… you just need to enjoy!

Beautiful venue. Quiet, clean, amazing views. Food and drink reasonably priced. But service coukd be a little better. Definitely some language barriers. And often things not available on the menu.

The very modern structure is little matched to the natural landscape. But the wide and bright spaces make a relaxing and very new age environment. Good classy workmanship all except for the a little ramshackle wooden loungers that don't fit the chic you want to flaunt. Poor cuisine, no more. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The roof top with pool is superb. In the evening live music cheers the evenings. Overall very good but you can do something better.

Not worth it. Stay somewhere else. This place is extremely expensive for what it is. Staff is very unhelpful and at times rude. The property is under renovation; my room had a very strong smell of paint and solvent. The ocean view was block by a crane with workers all day and hammering started very early in the morning until late in the afternoon. If you are going on vacation, know that this property is on the water but does not have a beach or any access to the ocean. There are other hotels in Santa Eulalia that are on the beach and closer to restaurants and shops. If you are there for a conference at the Palacio the Congresos, the property is next to it but to the backside of it. You would have to go all around the building through a dirt path or dirt parking lot to get in to the venue. Other places like the Catalonia Royal Ses Savines is right at the main entrance of the conference center. Also if you get the all included option at this hotel it does not include beverages at the time of dinner or breakfast, and I am talking about water or a soda, not beer or liquor which of course are not included either. Also the restaurant closes vey early so if you return from the beach late which you will because is not there, the restaurant is close and you are out of luck.

Stayed here for a wedding, got a free room upgrade as part of a membership scheme. Room was the relax xtra sea view. Hotel was superb, the staff were very good. Most spoke good English. Food was really good too breakfast and dinner were served in buffet style but at both meals you could have some foods cooked fresh in front of you which made a big difference.

Great structure with wide spaces and a good furniture. I appreciate a lot the garden and terrace in front of the sea with a wide buffet for breakfast. Very beautiful also the location of the swimming pool. Good the rooms and the location but nothing special.

This is a fantastic hotel as u can be totally relaxed and even pampered the staff are all very helpful and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends even family for a great holiday xxxx.

Wow fabulous hotel so peaceful relaxing atmosphere,,,, from the moment you step in such friendly warm staff so helpful,,,, our room was on 5th floor what spectacular views were we saw sun setting to riseing from our bed,,,, spotless clean everything you want bed so comfortable,,, maid service also asked if u needed anything at all we wanted more pillows and she brought to us straight away,,,, food amazing from breakfast to evening meal so much choice and meat/fish cooked fresh,,,, yummy desserts,,,, two pools on different levels with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas,,,, bar with so many different cosy comfy areas with lots of padded cushions,,,, we loved the evening entertainment so classy and relaxing fantastic bands,,,, bar with lots of choice cocktails staff brill,,,,, we love ❤️ sol beach house chain and will be back and recommending to all family/friends a real gem,,,, thank u,,, you sould be proud of your hotel and staff xxxxx.

I was here with a friend at the hotel and am shocked by the service here. You have to wait more than one hour for the service. In Hienaus, the cleaning completely destroyed the clothes of my friend.

A perfect hotel if you are looking for tranquility, exquisite treatment and relaxation.

The breakfast is good but could also be a bit more varied. The pool at the hotel is great. The room was very small and although we wanted a double bed we got two single beds which ausseinanderrutschten more often!

Very nice hotel, the staff is top notch! Paradise nothing to say it's clean it's beautiful it is just perfect. The buffet breakfast is just monumental, you won't be hungry until the evening and it is the expense of quality! As terminator says : I'LL BE BACK!

My wife and I are staying here at the moment. The hotel is clean, has nice decor and design and the breakfast selection is great. However, service is very poor. From check in to ordering drinks or room service, everything takes an age with poor or no communication from hotel staff. We ordered bread and hummus to our room and it took over an hour before we got fed up and cancelled the order. Two salads were ordered by the pool, they took an hour to arrive. Really poor service especially considering the hotel isn't particularly cheap. We will not stay here again.

Style over substance… great location but the customer service is poor. No info at check in and had to wait far too long for anything we requested. We had a junior suite, which in my experience was over egging it a bit. Walls were paper thin so was disturbed by the neighbours on each side. Good luck getting a sun bed if you're civilised and don't go down at the crack of dawn to put your claim on one with a towel! Wifi was terrible. Would not recommend the hotel but definately recommend Santa Eulalia.

Excellent Adults only hotel, great pool space, DJ plays a great afternoon set most days, good outdoor bar. Exceptional breakfast. Rooms are a little on the small size. Great location and short walk to the marina, where there are excellent restaurants for all price ranges.

Don't place 5 stars for the antisocial behaviour of customers in the pool, able to leave your towel on the chairs in the shade throughout the day even if they are not, as long as not removed from the site. Could put a poster on what was said and remove them (we're talking more than 2-3 hours the towel alone, and even more). The rest of the hotel is the paradise, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet and very friendly staff.

Great hotel! Modern but still has an authentic Mediterranean feel to it. The pool area is superb with great views over the Ocean. Great service too.

Is simply spectacular. After the renewal has been great. The atmosphere is very Ibiza, all very white, cosy… The best? They do not support children under 16 years old!

I was really impressed with this hotel, it was far better than I expected. The rooms are a bit on the small side but clean and modern. The food was fantastic, and around the pool was beautiful, with plenty of beds, hammocks and deck chairs. The overall decoration and attention to detail was to a very high stand, I don't think the photos don't quite do it justice.

The room was basic, the bed was hard, and the bathroom very stuffy as no fans. The air con does not work and the TV doesn't work in the room. We stayed in two rooms and both rooms TV did not work and only had a few channels, non of which were English. There is also no lounge area in the hotel to relax and watch TV. Our first full day was amazing it has to be said. The receptionist (same who checked is in) helped us book a car and gave us a map of the island, highlighting the best areas to visit. Breakfast was also lovely and overall very impressed, only criticism is the staff do need to make the guests feel welcomed and relaxed. At times they charge around, shouting and cleaning. However things did go rapidly worse for the rest of our stay. On our third day the sun was beaming and we decided to chill round the pool. The hotel decided to have gardening done all afternoon. Loud equipment and the gardeners shouting and smoking. Not relaxing at all and what made it worse was we has spent two days travelling and exploring Ibiza and now we were ready to relax. The same night we could here a constant banging above us on the roof it seemed as there were no other rooms above us, no idea what it was, apart from it was very annoying and stopped us having a peaceful night. We ignored it the best we could and didn't complain or raise it in the hope it would go away the following day. The same evening (tue) we decided to stay in the hotel and go down for dinner at 7pm.

Clean and modern would be the only plus. Most of the staff are unhelpful and at times rude. Given the impression guests were a hinderance to the staff and we were never made to feel special at all. Beware there is often loud music playing in the pool area long into the night, one one night it was a private party and guest were not welcome.

My wife and I have just returned after a week at sol beach club. Overall amazing hotel. Great views and small but well done rooms. If you want relaxing and restful with a lovely stroll in the evening to the harbour where the lovely bars and restaurants are this is for you. Breakfast incredible choice and fresh and sit outside and have as much local Cava as you like with soft music classics with a twist. But please stop people putting towels out in the morning before breakfast when there is not enough sun loungers and many times people didn't even use them all day. Very surprised on check out we weren't asked how was our stay but overall fantastic. James.
