Absolutely recommendable. Whether for a few nights or a longer break. Very attentive service, very good food and drinks offer. The view is amazing! The complex is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious.

We went there for a wedding it was amazing and the service was on point. The views are breathtaking, deffo recommend this place even for a couple of nights.
There a different pools for body healing… sounds amazing. I was blown away by the views.

A haven of peace in the heart of the nature of Ibiza. A unique formula the spa Waterfalls suspended single with a breathtaking view of the sea perched on the cliff followed by a gourmet meal prepared by a French chef. An unforgettable day of luxury and serenity.

This is one of the most fab place I have ever been to… really worth it the fantastic experience in the spa. Staff are so nice and kind. Fab views from the cascadas… lovely massage… I high recommend this lovely place.

My wife celebrated her birthday at this beautiful resort. The location is incredible, the sunsets are beautiful and memorable. I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff were all very accommodating. The food was delicious, the presentation was second to none. During our stay, we had an issue with an outside vendor. We ask if the manager could help. She was incredible. She went over and above to help. Without her help, I’m not sure what would happen. If your looking for a petit resort to relax and unwind, this is the place.

Superb location with stunning views and amazing staff.

This hotel is positioned on the sunset side of the island up in the pine hills of Ibiza. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and the view is amazing. A perfect romantic get away. Highly recommendable.

Our stay at Hacienda Na Xamena was just incredible! All the design of this establishment is really cute (think about Santorini), the view I think is the best view of Ibiza, the restaurant is so delicious (the lounge and the gastronomic), the spa is crazy and all the services are here to make your stay unforgettable! I recommend for couples, friends, families and honeymoon ;)

Awesome personnel, great design and views. 3.5 out of 5 food. The most frustrating and epic fail was missing walls and 0 privacy on a terrace with the pool in our apartment. Imagine you open the door to your sweet terrace and at the same second, you see three people on the right checking you within the distance of your hand, with a baby and with the sound bar playing music. Along with two people on the left checking you within the same two metres distance. Hilarious how they could miss building any type of nice wall or fence or installing enough palm trees. There are to arrive next season, as the manager told us, being very sorry and not able to move us anywhere at any cost. Not something you expect on Ibiza in a good hotel.

An absolutely fantastic hotel set in an unbelievable location with stunning views. The hotel its self was brilliant with a huge and deep main pool, very spacious standard room with world class view and an amazing spa. The only gripe I had was with the pool side service, half of the waiters were good but unfortunately the other half were slow and forgetful. At times you could wait 30 minutes for your simple soft drink to be delivered or part of your order would be forgotten.

My husband and I have just got married at Hacienda, and we cannot even put into words how amazing our day was.
The team at Hacienda, Irina, Paula and many others, worked tirelessly to make our day absolutely perfect and we can't thank them enough.
The venue speaks for itself, it is just breathtaking and the food for over 50 guests was just spectacular. All of our guests raved over the canapes and meal and nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful waiters and staff.
We… couldn't have wished for a better place to get married and we cannot thank you all enough for making it the best day of our lives.

My friend and I had a “Suspended Cascades” with lunch package. The spa experience was unreal — the breathtaking views went hand in hand with incredible service. I wanted to make a special mention of a young man at the reception who was the epitome of a five star service — friendly, helpful and discreet. He looked up my reservation and said “yes, miss, we have spoken on the phone. ” It’s always nice to be acknowledged by people who receive dozens of calls every day.
The young blond lady that met us at the spa was equally delightful — beautiful smile, helpful and respectful at once. Everyone from the spa stuff was on their game.
The four and not five stars is for… you guessed it — the restaurant. While the setting was amazing and the food was good (not great though), the service was lacking. We could never figure out who our waiter was because we got approached by so many different people, the cocktails came after the second course (the second round took 15 minutes to arrive as well) and the final bill had one drink more the what we’ve had.
Overall, very good experience, but the time response of the bar needs to be fixed and the restaurant can take a few pointers from the spa re:service.

My wife and I spent 5 days and "what a find" — from pre-arrival to arrival and throughout our stay we couldn't have been better looked after. The hotel and surroundings are simply stunning, rooms, hotel and of course the amazing view. In short, well will most certainly be returning and would highly recommend. Thank you again!

Great location and good views from the room and sit out and some room have outdoor jacuzzi, excellent staff who are friendly and welcoming. It interiors and restaurant eden have good selections both for meat lovers and vegetarians. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Service can be delayed at times nevertheless manageable. Wi-Fi is good and thereby a good connectivity to the outside world. Eden restaurant is excellent and the chef is personal. Surprisingly the reservation does not come with Breakfast which are charged 27€ per person. The rooms rates are very high and the location of the hotel is on the cliff with good views. Hotel does not have a beach which is a must for Ibiza.

Between pines, cliffs and sea, you will find Posidonia, the Spa of Hacienda Na Xamena.
When you arrive, the treatment is somewhat cold, possibly as it is a spa within a holiday Hacienda 5 * North of the island of Ibiza.
By wanting to access the SPA without prior reservation, have not put impediment and have allowed us to enjoy the waterfalls suspended. Meanwhile, the wait has been made in a small outdoor space in front of your private pool where a single coffee and a soda served in plastic cup has cost €10 (One star less for serving drink in plastic cups in a place like that, I imagine for security in case of fall and proximity to the pool but it is not pleasant a service that way) as you pass towards the waterfalls, the treatment becomes friendlier and closer while a scent of bergamot completely relaxes you before passing through the halls that leads N to the ' pools ' circuit The views, once there, are STUNNING, and the girl who tells us how to make the pool changes is very friendly. Despite having read some opinions on Google against the variation in water temperature, I have noticed a change between the distinguish areas of the circuit. Possibly because in the first hour, the sun does not fall on the waterfalls completely suspended or because the circuit is thinking that way but yes, it is noticeable temperature variation in a pleasant way.

If you want to spend an unforgettable holiday or just take a break it is the perfect place.
All the staff are at the care for your greater wellbeing.

I've given Hacienda Na Xamena 5* for its overall experience. Nothing can beat watching the sunset from inside our room's private jacuzzi. The hotel's sweeping views of the sea & mountains is stunning & you'll never get used to how lovely it is. The room was beautiful, very clean with plenty of amenities. Staff were friendly & helpful at all times. Pools were great, and breakfast next to the main pool was gorgeous. The food however is really overpriced for what it is. The hotel is at real risk of disappointing customers if they don't either lower prices or improve the quality of their food. We went to the Giri Café one night for food & it was much better priced & tasted amazing. The hotel is very isolated, perfect for 3/4 days of relaxation, if planning to stay any longer then guests will require a car or scooter.

I would not recommend for anything the waterfall Posedonia, we were yesterday for Mother's Day and it was nothing special, some of the pool were empty, cold water, no difference between the pools all have the same water jet and you can not take pictures, "Solo"puede do the personal photos, oneself can not even take pictures! You pay a fortune and you can not have a nice memory because the staff can only make a picture where you see empty pools and a hurdle roof and at the top made it with a lot of bad desire with a stone of the edge of the pool that cuts the whole body and above say They will send by email and send them all I wrote to remember to send and answer me saying that they were sorry però at the time of our departure the deleted without realizing that the mail was missing the photos. In order to go on this site is just throwing money for nothing I would not recommend.

Great service, perfect place if you want to recuperate on the island:). Good food, but alas the choice is not rich if you plan to stay there for more than 3 days.

No service (daycare) is planned to keep the children while Mr and Mrs agree a little relaxation. Shame.

Amazing Place. Perfect for a romantic getaway where you can find everything! Magical and Beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved the location. The view from the resort was spectacular. Our room was fabulous. The plunge pool, the hammam, the jacuzzi. It was brilliant. 2 concerns: 1. The hotel is located in a remote location. So getting to any other major part of the island takes a bit of time and is expensive. So this resort works to stay for a few days away from it all 2. The food left a lot to be desired. The resort needs to up its game significantly. Add more tapas. Add more choices. When people say for 3-4 days, the same small menu gets old quickly. The taste wasnt upto par either.

What a lovely resort. One of the best places I have ever visited. It is like paradise with an amazing panorama, the food is delicious, very friendly staff. Will I ever go back? Definitely. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the Hacienda. It's a fantastic place. And we will definitely come back. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Service was great, location is unique. Only not so good was that you have to pay for the hotel's flagship, i. E. The spa pool 40 euros. That made us a little angry.

The paradise of the white Isle… We just recent used Hacienda Na Xamena as the venue for our wedding ceremony and what an experience it was for us and our guests. The views are incredibly stunning day or night, which goes without saying. In addition to this, the staff made everything absolutely perfect for us from organising guests to the right locations, right down to making sure our glasses were not empty at the reception. So humbly grateful for everything they did to keep a smile on my now wife's face. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to wed in Ibiza! So much so its going on my blog Maketh-the-Man.

The hotel is gorgeous, the room and the view just incredible. The service however is just bad! For the price we pay, I would expect to have bottles of water in the room everyday, fresh towels, enough hair conditionner replaced everyday and toilet paper. We ordered room service twice, and twice there wasn't enough cutlery. The pool is not heated and thus freezing cold, no one is getting in it. The service super slow.

The hotel was beautiful and in an amazing location, unfortunately the food was a disaster throughout. We arrived and ordered some lunch, for the accompanying fries to come out cold. We asked for them to be changed and instead they came back re fried full of grease and only slightly warm. Dinner that evening we were sat for one hour before our wine and water arrived, which came once we finished our starter. Despite us reminding the waiter several times. When our mains finally came my chicken was cold and my girlfriends side dish too. This was after nearly 2 hours. We left and although the manager refunded our meal, three tables next to us received the wrong dish, raw chicken and no drinks also for an hour. It was a shambles and will prevent us returning unfortunately. Charlotte the front of restaurant was amazing but even her charm and professionalism couldn't hold the mess together. So shockingly bad for a 5 star hotel. When we complained the following day the lady on the desk just looked and said, 'funny we had so many complaints last night', with no apology and just brushed it off and handed me the bill.

The hacienda enjoys an environment and a privileged location, but the hotel is not at the height of the beauty of the place. SERVICE: inexperienced, awkward, and almost the whole, has never worked in a 5* nor is it qualified to do so. ROOM: we asked for one that had sun all day because we didn't want to go down to the pool, and gave us a filled with plants and umbrellas. The structure of the hab is pretty, but in a 5* you expect a careful decoration and not a cheap flea market (curtains, bedspread, cushions, tables, sun loungers and mattresses, broken…). ROOM SERVICE: not a single day, we boarded what we asked for, in addition to the letter is ridiculous, and dishes with names pretentious and poor quality (ex: gems of asparagus in the oven with vinaigrette passion fruit=plate of lettuce with 2 asparagus pot… ¡¡pot! ). For vegetarians and vegans almost ZERO protein, and that there is soy, an allergen. RESTAURANT: the tables are beautiful but so uncomfortable that I had to eat out of hand. The staircase with a little door at a very low level, very uncomfortable to open, it is very narrow and steep, a real danger, especially if you're wearing high heels. Shading with leaves artificial, are bound with a horrible nylon rope. Italian chefs very badly spoken, making a fuss and using terms like "cazzo" and compliments similar.

Unforgettable stay in a special hotel in a unique environment, where they take care of all the details. 100% recommended.

An impressive place. The only thing the waiter service terrible they are all students and no one directs them. Bring you a coffee with a big spoon and take twenty minutes to bring a beer.

One of the most beautiful places we've been to. Stunning scenery, really lovely staff at every encounter, fresh & tasty food. Loved the pool, the cascadas are a "must do" experience for its beauty. It's tranquil. Great hidden walking trails along the cliff. Interesting mix of guests — not one region dominates.

What a wonderful break we enjoyed. A return to the Hacienda was long overdue. Still has the same charm and magic. The restorative food and facilities left us feeling refreshed. As ever the staff really do the Hacienda owners justice. It still feels like a family run business but all were so professional, kind, fun and genuinely give the impression of enjoying their work and making guests feel welcome. The hotel itself is wonderful, your enclave does it all. The decoration from ibiza-very neat gives you a touch too warm. Exceptional service. The food is surprisingly good. The only thing to improve are the pillows, which are not of a 5* hotel. Very high and not comfortable. Is the only point that would improve. Otherwise, an amazing stay and dream.

13 years ago I had the privilege of enjoying a few days in this super quiet paradise.
I still remember with nostalgia, sunsets, reading in the balcony of the room until it was hiding the last ray of sunshine.
The times that I have returned to the island, although it is nearly an hour of Eivissa, I have always returned to drink in the cafeteria and keep the good memories.
Recommended 100%, that if you don't get the wallet at home.

This place is amazing. Unfortunately only visited the restaurant but I think it is probably my favourite place on the island to watch the sunset. The views are great, the menu is fantastic, the service is slow but why rush when you're in such a beautiful place?

On September 19, 2015, my boyfriend and I got married at Elements Benirras — Ibiza, rent a villa in the north of Ibiza, but to make it all more "special" my boyfriend booked 2 nights at Hacienda Na Xamena, I don't remember exactly the number of the room, but I think it was 113 or 133, but I have the number of the booking 765638548, with the aim that on the day of our wedding my court and I can do together, but it was a big surprise that when it comes to Na Xamena the reception staff did not want to let go of my court, nor to the people that had to fix as is the make-up artist Nicole Shenton, nor to the stylist Claire Best, nor the camcorder, Jose Tarazona, the only excuse that receipt put was that my room was reserved only for my partner and me, but what Na Xamena did not understand was that we were NOT asking for the court to remain to sleep in our room, the only thing that we were 2 hours to do, put make-up on and be ready for my wedding, after both make them enter in reason they let me pass with the makeup artist, the stylist and the camera person.

Very rude staff. Not a single one of them apologised for ruining a brides wedding day. Terrible.

Unique in its category, a privileged place, a spectacular, two years in a row going and eager for the next.

We were on a location shoot with work when we stayed here. It was amazing! The view from our suite was incredible, the rooms were very comfortable, there was a good selection of drinks available in the room and the on site facilities were very good! The main pool was a good size and the terrace pool looked pretty incredible (although I don't recall using it) as I say we were "working". Definitely consider it an option for your next visit to the sunshine island, also be sure to check with the hotel how to get there as it's on the north west tip of the island and could be potentially tricky to find if you don't know where you're going :-).

Heaven on Earth. It is here looking for those seeking absolute relaxation. Not exactly cheap — but worth every penny.

Ok — I've been to other 5 star Hotels have seen, and belongs to the best it certainly is not. It is also a bit overpriced. Spa is very good and price is also ok. Nevertheless, I know in Ibiza nothing else like it. It is certainly one of the Top addresses — and rightly so. The views and ambience is truly unique. Certainly not for a 14tägigen beach holiday with the family, but for a more upmarket getaway to Relax, for example, For your wedding day perfect and special. By the way, the Restaurant is very good (top chef) and also for guests from outside opened. However, nothing for the small purse.
