Have only been here one day so far, but I cannot fault the hotel or the service. The sunbed reservation system is a revelation. No rushing down at 6am to put your towel out, you reserve a sunbed at the start of your holiday and it's yours for the duration of your stay. There is almost too much choice when it comes to the food! Everything from salads to a full carvery. It's well presented and hot. If you ask for wine in the restaurant you are given a full bottle (if you are on all inclusive).

A wonderfully located, very quiet, apartment complex with frontal views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Very friendly and always helpful staff.
We will definitely be back!

We have already been there 3 times and will be back again.
It is perfect for all our needs: quiet, clean, welcoming, great staff, large rooms with large terraces.
On the terrace there is space for table x 4 and two sunbeds for sunbathing. And then there is a comfortable pool and fresh bread in the morning.
All this… Right on the sea!

Absolute gorgeous location, amazing for holidays and kids, amazing food, amazing views, nice staff, lovely rooms, lovely pools. Everything you could ask for out of a resort 💯

The staff at all levels were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the pool staff and the housekeeping. Lovely grounds and great location. Close to a lot. The on site supermarket was convenient and good prices.

Just returned home from this gorgeous hotel, ignore all the negative comments some just like to whinge. Smoking is allowed around pool and other areas they did stop that during covid when was high but now all back to normal. Staff are lovely always happy and welcoming. Yeah they was set meal times but few times didn’t go at the right time and nothing was said. I just think they done it like that so doesn’t get really busy. Lovely rooms & clean. Lots of things to do out of the hotel also!

First day but very impressed. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews but it’s just great! Great food, yes a bit busy on the sun beds, but where isn’t? There are a range of pools as I it’s spread out a bit. Mask wearing is still going on but I’m fine with that! Basically, good pool, good food… what else do you need?

It is true q I have touched renovated rooms and others q are furnished very old good are the decoration since q the hotel was made. But despite that, the tranquility and the treatment of the great staff. And total cleanliness. He recommended it without hesitation and apart from its location, one of the best. 😍

I really love the hotel and the big swimming pool and pool bar and the rooms are big.

Nice Hotel central on Playa de ingles. Great reception Service. Took a 1, 5 Massage for 105 Euros. It was fabulous! & Spa. Also 360 degree resteraunt. Great view! 😍👍🏼Nice suites. ⚠️A must for couples. 👍🏼❤

A beautiful tranquil place near the yumbo centre, excellent amenities, wonderful helpful staff and owners, large spacious apartments with private terrace and sunloungers.

The most amazing place to stay! Whenever we come back to Gran Canaria we won’t stay anywhere else other than here. It’s beautiful. Liliana was great throughout and it’s so well organised. Thankyou so much.

Just returned from a one week holiday at the monte feliz. We had a wonderful time but have to agree with another review that the people above us were continuously moving furniture around creating the atmosphere of a bowling alley at full volume. The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and the cleaners did an amazing job daily even when I forgot to leave the room cleaning card out!

Just Got Back From A Week At Monte Feliz… Absolutely Beautiful Room Huge & Clean & View Was Something Else 🥰 Staff Were Lovely & We Loved Our Stay… We Visited Aqualand, Puerto Rico, Maspolmas Beach, Playa Ingles & Mogan … Kids Did Parasailing At Mogan & Hired A Boat With Slide … Pool Area My Son Did Not Leave Loved It … Bar Area, Food & Drinks Great!

Very cozy and super quiet, I recommend it and will repeat it again.

Small quiet and very well maintained complex not far from the Cita.
Will be in the facility for the second time in October.

Meanwhile renovated 😉 but was already 10 years ago beautiful!

When we was on vocation, the first room we got, was not good at all, the water was shooting out of the sink, even when we tried to turn it off, and the bed was almost falling appart, so first night we slept on the floor. But the day after, we got great service, a new room, a nice bed and great view! So for that, this hotel gives great service.

Excellent tranquility hurts that the city council has paralyzed the pool and the community does not cater to the needs of the resort.

Excellent service, beautiful views, good food… Recommendation, check the entrance insurance to the rooms.
