Just returned from a 2 week stay. Family of 5, spacious 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need. Exceptionally clean, staff, especially Alexander in reception was extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and return.

Alexander at reception has been super friendly and has attended to all our requests, which when going with little girls have not been few. We have seen him clean and tidy up the pool, he has made recommendations for us to eat nearby, he has been doing repairs of facilities, and all that without losing the good mood.
The apartments are clean and the cleaning team lovely.
After a week of rest, I recommend it in addition to the treatment, because we are on the beachfront, with views and although modest, the pool is great.

The apartments are fine. Although the pool is somewhat small it is fine. Highlight Alexander's kindness and good availability for everything. Also the cleaning staff. Thank you.

Was a really pleasant atmosphere. Clean apartments that were ideally situated across the road from the beach. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend XQ Vistamar!
We have purchased a property since visiting gran canaria and this was partly because how friendly, welcoming the local businesses are as well as recognising how sharing their community with us because it is a living rather than choice. Thank you for a great visit and for also sharing your community.

I would recommend X vistamar large. Spacious rooms a good bar swimming pool great location across a small road to the beach all rooms have see view near restaurant shops ect friendly people and staff.

Lovely hotel with amazing views. Excellent location. Near restaurants and shops. Lovely beach. Staff friendly and all areas keep very clean and tidy.

This is the third time we are visiting XQ Vistamar and we love the hotel. All rooms with sea wiev and nice staff and lovely rooms. There is a nice poolbar with very nice man Gregory. Cool nice beers and happy hours between 16-17. We would love to came back next year again.

Clean rooms that are stocked up with towels daily.
And the pool is spotless and cleaned 5 days per week.
The best part of the hotel is the pool bar that is manned by Gregory such s great guy.

Grandparents had money stolen from the safe. Aparently theres been a few crimes there like this. Not good! police are dealing with it. Stealing from an elderly couple.

Great value self catering apartments. Cleaned almost daily and towels changed every other day. Nice pool with good value drinks and snacks bar. Fantastic location with beach across the road, bars and restaurants all around and a short walk to the shops. Can't beat it for the price!

Lovely simple apartments, clean and spacious. The ground floor apartments are located poolside and you get the sun almost all day. There is a beach across the road, shops and restaurants right outside and is approximately 10 minutes walk from the main shops.

Fantastic location. All the nightlife within walking distance. Right across from Puerto Rico beach and 15 mins along the cliff walk to Amadores beach. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with good size balcony, cleaned daily. Good kitchen facilities. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely go back.

Apartments are spotless clean and very spacious. Only small let down was that we have a 3yr old with us and there is no baby pool. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Happy with greeting on arrival, rooms clean & spacious, could do with more sunbeds as there is a rush for them at 10am. Lovely location overlooking the sea, also close to shops & restaurants. Only one downside was the inconsiderate guests above dragging furniture about for hours at time. Reception needs to be open longer. Don't know if we'll be going back.

Very clean with amazing beach view. Washing mashine and iron costs extra.

Lovely location. Appts are good size. Maid service was quite hit and miss although beds were made most days. Towels were exceptionally rough and thin. Reception was only open from 10am to 6pm and was closed on Saturdays. You pay for the location…

Very clean Very friendly, Overlooking pool & Beach. Love the poolside bar. Would like to see satellite tv. In rooms.

Just returned from this hotel and have no complaints at all, it, s a lovely clean very friendly place, all the staff are great and would certainly return.

I love this apartment complex, they are spacious overlooking the front line of the pass, the beach, the sea and the pool of the complex, it is a quiet place to rest, they are very clean as they have daily cleanliness, the staff are friendly, attentive and friendly people, ideal if you are looking for tranquility.

5th year this year. Still excellent. Rooms clean. Would highly recommend. However, pool man who used to clean the pool thoroughly and with extreme care and efficiently on a daily basis seems to have had his hours cut. This has had a detrimental affect to the aesthetics of the pool. Water is crystal clear as it is cleaned by plant but water line had scum line and white brickwork looked grubby.

All apartment have sea views kept very clean staff friendly pool lovely great location.

Clean rooms could do with a bit off paint here and there great location just across the road from beach. Toaster and kettle in room got to be careful of shower does spill over onto the floor. Beware of pool man no towels down till 1000 very unfair I think when your on your holiday. Staff on from 1000 till 1800 we arrived about 0500 Sunday and was bloke around to sort out rooms. Holiday rep around most days from 1100 till 1330.

Cozy and quiet apartment hotel. Nice staff. Located in perfect location with about 25 meters to the beach and ocean view from all of the rooms, which are both big and very neat. Free Wi-Fi. All rooms have large balconies facing the sea. The only drawbacks: the pool is quite small and the rooms lack espresso maker.

Had a lovely week here with my family, the place is immaculate and the staff we're lovely, can't wait to go back again.

Clean and location is excellent, but loses a star as sunbed policy is not enforced so there is always a big rush for them at 10am each day when the pool opened. If you don't join in this charade, you won't get a sunbed.
