Lovely apartments, would definitely stop here again! Nice and friendly staff, really helpful, some great entertainment on at night too!

Stayed all inclusive between 15/6/19-22/6/19. Myself, my partner and my daughter had a great time. Staff very friendly and hard working. Food was fine. We never went hungry. Entertainment would be my only disappointment. That said, there are bars and clubs no more than a hundred meters away. Thanks for a great week.

Lovely hotel sat right on the top of the mountain giving spectacular views. Very clean and well maintained. All inclusive drinks good and food average. 2 small pools but only 1 bar. Entertainment ok but only 45 mins 4 days a week. Not much for children.

The hotel is very nice and the members of staff very kind. The bathrooms in the rooms could be improved. It is to be noted that the hotel is on the peak of the mountain, a trip to the beach is quite a walk but it might be worth the view.

I stayed 7 months close to Europa centre. For shops bars n places to eat out. Staff I loved them ALL And cleaners happy to come in when I desire some help it was happy time mostly and loved meeting danish Finland scandi holiday makers I've been playing guitar over 30 years but had 2 strokes 4 years ago in August 2014 so I didn't know if I could get back playing guitar but I did n the more we played the happier it was and having three pools and panoramic views I loved my time there X.

We stayed there for a week. Nothing to complain about. Everything was clean, the apartments were very nice. The food and the drinks were good, and the staff very friendly. Very good value for the price that we paid.

The room was nice and the food was decent sometimes. The drink selection was really good. The pool area is lovely. We also had a great view of Tenerife from just outside the hotel! The only thing that let this hotel down was the unhelpful receptionist staff and the fact that the cleaners kept leaving our window open even though we complained about this multiple times.

It was so peaceful on this side of Nido (away from the restaurant) We stayed in 6a (upper level) which was perfect for 1 reason. If you'd rather not lounge by the pool amongst others to sunbathe, then the sun would hit the balcony at the back between 12 and 1pm up until about 7-8pm (this was at the end of May). That's what I did anyway. There was 1 issue though and that's the door! It's not secure at all! For instance, one of the days when me and my partner happened to be in (the door was locked) and the maid didn't unlock it… she simply lifted the door and slid it open with ease. Not to say the employees would help themselves to your belongings but what's to stop others from doing it? So i'd recommend hiring the safe or keeping your stuff in your case and locking it before you leave the property. Better to be safe than sorry. That aside, I very much enjoyed my stay.

Great place, good food and really nice rooms. Wi-Fi is expensive Near Europa centre.

Very nice place not too big or busy. Food is good. 3 Stars as reception failed to inform me of a ramp they have and watched me and my partner struggle up and down stairs with our baby and pram! Other people staying here told us about it xx.

Apartment spotless. Daily maid service pool are clean has the basics of what you. Not suitable for wheelchairs or people with walking difficulties. The food is awful. Cold greasy no variation and strange choices.

Very for Guiris, the room smelled stale and we had to give a hand to Findo of lye. To sleep and it's over. At least the price was good.

Lacking in entertainment on all night's and also quite poor when it does appear. Rooms clean and tidy. If not all inclusive drinks are reasonable.

I was here last week and had a wonderful stay, maybe a small kitchen/livingroom but big enough for the time you spend there. I didn't go to Gran Canaria to be inside, but to enjoy the Island, the weather and the water. It was all very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I only have positive memories from my stay and I hope to come back again soon.

No Aircon, couldn't remove a lizard from my sink, no noise controll from other piss head tourists so little sleep, TV only plays music. No remote and buttons broken, I'm literally looking at dirt in the corner and dam the pillow is horrible.

For the price okay. Unfortunately, the catalogue concealed that a large remodeling takes place and therefore the large pool is not available. The staff is committed friendly. Food very tasty. Without a car you are a little screwed.

For its price you won't fine anything better in the area. Although it is far away from the beach.

Very nice apartments location is a little out of the way but walkable and taxi prices are fair the hotel staff are very pleasant and the food is of good quality always has evening entertainment.

We were 4 people there, from the agees of 38-50, in december 2016, and it was wonderful, nice food, nice clean rooms, and for a cheap price. We dont have children, so our rooms were put with other adults, which was really nice. We really do not recognise the bad rewiews here, the staff was super nice and helpful, we had the all inclusive, and even though we also like to go out for dinner we chose to eat here 5 out of 7 days. It is so close to the center, so there is plenty of choices to go to for a night out as well. We will come back for sure. Thank you for a great holiday:

Hotel nice and clean, I would recomend self catering as the food isnt brilliant! Also is very high up so I hope you like lots of steps and hills!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Full of English drunks. The food vomitiva. The drinks in the all inclusive imbebibles, each time brides a bottle out 2 or 3 roaches. There was a chocolate fountain with fruit cut into pieces, the bowls of fruit were full of cockroaches. Go there I do not wish even my worst enemy.

The bungalows are nicely and reformed but the food is terrible and they have 4 bad things. The pool is a pool di minuta.

Just back from weeks holiday, apartments good and clean cannot fault them. We where all inclusive, breakfast was good, lunch not till 1 oclock not really eatable, dinner 7 oclock was recycled food from lunch time and all was also cold. Any all inclusive iv been to has snacks in between meals. no snacks at all ice cream only at meal times, any drinks had to be in paper cups (not only at pool) with our meals paper cups also a big sign ALL INCLUSIVE PAPER CUPS ONLY AT ALL TIMES, made us feel like outcasts. Cocktails your allowed onlty 2 per day, in our opinion not all inclusive full board with food u cant eat, we would go back only as self catering customers as it was a waste of our money.

Holiday with a large family ages ranging from one year to 70 years, hotel was very supportive and staff could not have been any friendlier. Food was basic but plentiful and catered for every taste and the restaurant/bar staff worked so hard to ensure guests were happy and we could find no fault. Rooms were basic but clean and ensured you could cook if you needed or wanted to. If you are expecting exclusive first class treatment then you should go elsewhere but if you are looking for a good holiday which all the family can relax and feel at home with then this is a great place to go.

My partner and I spent the weekend in these apartments, and unfortunately we have had a bad experience. With respect to the room, as positive aspects, the kitchen was renovated and the also built-in wardrobe. However, the rest of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom smelled very badly, they had not swept (therefore live with the dirt of previous guests) and finally, early in the morning appeared a total of 3 large bedroom cockroaches. The check in time is at 1, but make you leave at 12. In addition, we had to sign strict and useless rules, in which even includes a fine of 50 euros by bathing in the pool after hours. The rates of internet and television use were exorbitant. The pool area is very small and very dirty and hammocks are in poor condition. The last day, to leave the room, please stay more time in the pool, and the receptionist refused outright, citing House rules. Responded you that the signed paper not contained anything about, and she continued to refuse and with very bad attitude. We ask you to talk to a superior, and also refused. In addition, while we attended, did not stop calls frequently and even got to leave, ignoring our words. In short, the value for money is not and we sentidoofendidos and evil served as customers. We will of course not go, nor recommend anyone do it.
