Clean, modern apartments with friendly staff ☺️

Well what can I say, my husband Mally and myself Booked this hotel on Sunday 5th of August to fly out on the Tuesday 7th of August 5 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived to very modern apartments. A lovely welcome from the gent at the reception. The staff are extremely polite and the hotel is kept spotless. Ricardo on the pool bar with the young guy who's the lifeguard round the pool work very hard, with impeccable manners. They have made our holiday. As we don't go home until Sunday 12th of August and we stayed in room 505 with a stunning view. Also the sister hotel you can use next door called the cala d'oh also a beautiful place. We went to a barbecue night on weds paid €12 each, the food was fantastic, followed by an Elvis tribute, also the staff were very polite. We've stayed here at Easter time for the past 2 years. Fabulous apartments, friendly and helpful staff. Ricardo the barman makes a mean cocktail!

Excellent accommodation. Only problem we found was location, it's a staircase of 181 steps up from the centre or 3 Euro taxi. Noise from the nightclubs goes on till 4 am, not a problem really, just go out and join the party!

Very noisy until 04.30 due to nightlife been close by loads of steps and hills to access the hotel. Rooms nice and modern but maids quite rude bedding only changed once in 9 days and we had to ask. No entertainment its all next door. But lovely view.

Great rooms, pool, poolside bar, shop etc. Friendly efficient staff. Walking down to the commercial centre for food and drinks — no problem. The 186 steps back up are challenging though!

This was a very nice place 2ith a beautiful view. The beds aren't the best but are ok and to get up you do need to go up over 200 steps.

Very clean nice pool area, only down side is the noise from the bars and clubs starts around 11pm untill 4am over all nice place would visit again.

The apartment block is well maintained and the apartments are well kitted out. However there is no air conditioning at all, but fans are on hire from the reception. You'll probably need money for taxis every day or hire a car as it's up the top end of the hillside in Puerto Rico. All in all, for what you pay, not bad. Views are from the balcony.

Nice apartments. Just an uphill trek to get to them from the main shopping area.

Nice place to stay, like others have said be ready for the walk down and up the steps or be ready to pay for a taxi. We rented a car for the week however, good luck with a car parking space at the hotel as it is first cone first serve. There are some good views from here, like others have said they are really good at standards including cleaning and customer service. The only down side to this hotel was there was no air conditioning but you can rent a fan subject to availability. I could not sleep at night because if the heat, open the door for some air to cool you down and you are faced with loud music until 3am. This is because of the club's in the valley but this issue would be shared with every hotel in the area (at least at the same level). Not sure what it would be like further down the valley. Not so bad when door was closed but I would have sufficated! If your lucky you will get a good sun set too.

Modern, spotlessly clean well equipped and designed apartment. Staff very helpful. Only drawback is 187 steps down to shops.

Very nice clean apartments with everything you could wish for. Great view of Puerto Rico from the hills to the beach from the balcony.

Nice clean apartments with friendly helpful staff. Balconies are massive and in good position to catch all day sun. 24 hour shop on site. Would definately stay here again. Only complaint was from noise at neighbouring hotel but this was only 2 night's out of 7.

Top accommodation. Staff very pleasant. Note 187 steps down direct to the shopping area, or a meander down the sloping and winding roads. Onsite shop very limited and double the cost of the local dinomarkets. Pool was very cold but the sister hotel next door has a heated pool that is free to use. Our apartment was cleaned regularly and they took out the trash. Wifi and safe expensive to use. TV was rubbish so download before you get here. 60min free Wi-Fi avaliable. Great for a max family of 3 but cramped for a family of 4

Really nice apartments and friendly staff. Pool was too busy to use with the usual race to get a sunbed. Not really an issue for us as we spent most of our time at the beach club instead!

Alright! Just alright! No air con! And that's a must in july! No ceiling fans! Be prepared to sweat! Pool area good, and staff great! Noise from commercial centre can be annoying at night.

Clean, tidy and modern with great views of the area. Can be noisy at night due to the way the sound travels from the commercial centre in the valley below. Fortunately for us we had a fan to cool the room which also covered the noise.

Nice modern rooms. In good location, not too far from the shopping centre. Wi-Fi and satellite TV a little pricey.

Wonderful place clean and tidy with modern kitchenette. Staff so friendly and nothing is to much trouble only down side is the music that goes on till 4 am but to be honest u don't notice it to much with the double glazed patio doors. Really enjoyed our week here and really cheep hotel fabulous.
