Fabulous food, great choices, rooms lovely, modern uptempo feel, cleanliness amazing, staff very friendly all-in all great place for holiday.

Clean and friendly hotel. The food is good but repetitive, unfortunately you have to make a long line also to take a dish. Good location. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool is not very large compared to the guests, it has no hot tub relaxation areas. So many sunbeds and a few umbrellas, it's a struggle to get one, it would be enough for them to add them. Alcohol without limits and as a result some were evidently drunk while the water, in the evening, there is only at room temperature if you want to skip the long line of the bar. I recommend adding soft drinks and fresh water dispensers in the evenings as well and adding shade areas to the pool area.

In September we will be back at LABRANDA and are so happy that we can be there 2 times this year. For us, this hotel leaves nothing to be desired. It is then the 5th time in total that we have been able to be there and that speaks for itself!

Stay of 8 Days to 21/7, We were in Tower 2 where there was not too much noise, Spacious room, The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, lack of hygiene, lack of maintenance everywhere, let's not talk about the food (canteen) we must always queue for at least 20 minutes always grilled chicken/pork/fish and buffets are not varied as well as desserts, you should always also use the drinks the staff just get rid of. Lack of umbrellas and sun loungers at the pool (get up early to be able to reserve a seat. ) and in addition work on the road that runs along the pool noise all the time. The animation is at the top we do not get bored. Unfortunately with all this I don't recommend the hotel.

This is a fabulous resort. We stayed all inclusive so we expected to want to eat out a few nights each week to get a bit of variety. We were there two weeks and ate at the hotel every night the food was that good. The variety of food was excellent and always delicious. The staff were all lovely, we got the same lovely treatment from reception right through to the most important people — the cleaning staff who were fantastic and did a great job. The waiters and waitresses were pleasant and many made a fuss of our three year old. Even the chefs had a nice greeting for us. The entertainment team really made the holiday for us. They were fun, professional and generous with their time and attention. The organised events were fun and occasionally very silly! We have never had a holiday before where we were happy to spend so much time on the resort. A special mention has to go to Mancho the lifeguard. He was always vigilant but so friendly and generous. He knew all the kids by name and always seemed to know exactly where they were. He is a real gentleman and an asset to the resort. We liked it so much we have booked to go back next year.

We came for a week and we've had a lovely time… staff have all been very friendly and helpful, food has been very good with great choice to cater for every one. More than enough sun beds no need to put towels out. Rooms are huge and immaculately cleaned every day and fresh towels. Entertainment at night is ok, it's been mostly done in house but it's not brilliant and a lot of getting guests up for silly games but they do work hard and try to please everyone, the singer on one night was excellent though and sang for every nationality… we would definitely come back.

Medium range Establishment and we were delighted to spend our holiday at this hotel. The beach is very close, it's an asset! Few shops around, you have to walk a little but in return we are calm.
The reception is very warm and this, by all the staff as well at the reception, the restaurant, the bars as well as the room staff.
The drinks at will are correct. The catering is very good too, with really a lot of choices. Special Mention for the choice of daily fruit, whose fruits (citrus, kiwi, apples) cut for breakfast, this is really the top and very much compensates the orange juice not terrible.
We loved the small terrace adjoining our room and the quiet of it.
The whole hotel is perfectly maintained and clean, nothing to complain about. And we always found free sun beds by the pool so no need to book them as early as 7am as some…

Excellent modern rooms, clean and tidy, good food but sometimes a little repetitive (too much pork) but overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed only one afternoon since it was a stopover before arriving at my hotel but the staff were very friendly and the hotel is friendly.

Great hotel and especially the staff of the hotel… I had the pleasure of discovering a little attention in my room for my birthday… the concept of service is their priority…

I will talk about everything about food because nutrition is one of the things that give me best, here I leave my Instagram (Cathy. The hotel is very clean, quiet, with a large pool and with good attention. Highlighting the kitchen staff with good cooks and very hardworking and attentive bartenders. On the other hand the food is very varied almost everything is done on the plate, still could improve the oil they use that is neither olive nor virgin… (There are salads, fruit and vegetables pasta, cheese, pizzas, skimmed milk, natural yogurt and flavors, oats, ice cream, fried…) After lunch 15:30 they usually put hot dogs in case you haven't arrived in time.
The bad? There is no snack service or they give you anything between hours. Breakfast ends at 10 instead of at 10:30 ends because they always pick up half an hour before what they tell you. Dinner as very late at 9:20 and if you get hungry at night find your life, not a glass of milk… In the rooms you will not find a small fridge to buy something in case you are going to reveal.
Another hit for me is the pool Bar as the ice creams and pack potatoes are not included and there is little choice in cocktails to have chosen the "all Inclusive".

Good food nice staff slightly upscale ambiance. Street disturbs something. 15min to the beach. But bus goes about 7 min.

Since we arrived we feel very good. The receptionist helped us at all times. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. We did very nice stay. The rooms are cozy and functional. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Each room has a small balcony. The accesses to the hotel are very good for people with motor disabilities.

A really good hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is not a star food and certainly has some shortcomings, but is really acceptable for a buffet and very varied. One of the few shortcomings is the small pool, which is a bit cramped for the large number of people.
The rooms are quite freshly renovated and really nice.
My conclusion is that anyone who is on a relaxed holiday and has no problem with young families is right here and will have a wonderful holiday!

One of the best hotels I have been to, for the treatment of all the workers and the service, all a charm, have made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
On the other hand, the hotel is very nice and the rooms beautiful and very spacious with terrace, also very clean. The beach is less than 5 min. Walk, it's next door.
The truth is that my partner and I have been delighted, and especially for the treatment of employees and all the facilities they have given us.

Brilliant hotel staff so helpful had a birthday while there came back only to find a bottle of procecco waiting lovely touch, food ok plenty of choice the cleaning ladies do a marvelous job spotless, maybe the lady at the pool bar could smile more often all in all a good experience.

What makes this Hotel wonderful is its staff; Attentive friendly and with a sense of familiarity of the Canarian character. It has the right facilities and a wide range of activities. The rooms are fine, with comfy beds and all have outside terrace. The food of the buffet is of quality in all its gastronomic offer, where I emphasize the breakfast.
If you need to trust the fairness of my comment, tell them that we stayed during bachelor party, and that I had no chance to intervene in the reservation. Delighted with the service provided for the quality price of the Hotel.

Good service, helpful staff and clean rooms great. If I go back to Gran Canaria I think I will return to the same hotel, I was satisfied of everything.

The exterior appearance does not correspond to the careful minimalist decor. Excellence in its facilities and cleanliness. Exquisite restaurant and assortment. Special mention to all hotel staff. The hotel workers treat you with courtesy and are presented by their name (this surprised me). Definitely a great choice to come back to.

I stayed a few days in January and was delighted, especially with the friendliness of all the staff whether they were reception, public relations, entertainment, Lifeguard… all with a smile on their face. The room was nice and the area superb chillout. If I go back to Playa del Ingles I will repeat!

Good hotel with very appealing exterior. Very good service at reception and all service staff (restaurant, housekeeping and bartender). Room larger than expected. Very clean. Large TV with 15 German channels.
WLAN often breaks down and is slow. The food is average. Ultra All inclusive has hardly any significant advantages. Only in the evening at the bar you could get more alcoholic drinks than with ' only ' all inclusive. And you do not need to pay Euro per piece and change as an environmental lump sum for the replacement of the blankets. A deposit of €10 per bench towel must be paid. When you return the towels at the end of the stay, you get them back.
A key to the safe must be rented for a fee.

Positive: + very friendly staff + nice building + everything very clean neutral: o Pepsi instead of Coca Cola (possibly for cost reasons) o The quality of the food is similar to that of a German uni-Mensa negative: — Noisy expressway directly on sun beds and pool — Only difference between the Ultra-all-inclusive and all-inclusive are about 15 drinks, which you have more to choose from, as well as free exchange of bath towels (which you get on bail) — "All inclusive" only affects the food. Drinks include soda, beer, water, etc. Included, with alcohol only the basics are free and ultra-all-inclusive have about 15 drinks more to choose from. Drinks such as Jack Daniels are charged for both all-inclusive and ultra-all-inclusive. Drinks and snack vending machines are of course also available for all costs.
All in all a good hotel that certainly meets all the criteria on the checklist for 4 stars. Nevertheless, I see it rather as a 3 star hotel — but that is also all a matter of entitlement.

The food is excellent, and the year-end exceptional. The staff is very friendly in general, it is worth highlighting the team of animators, especially Matías and Marina. The pool is heated. He has a club and children's activities. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended for families with kids.

This is a good hotel. The pool is big and warmed in winter. They cook great food. The service and cleaning is great. The location is good that you can walk to the centre and to the southern beaches. The only problem is that the internet in the room is very poor, but it is better by the pool.

A very nice clean hotel with hardworking friendly staff. A varied buffet with all meals. For those who want it, a program is offered in the evening. The only drawback is the shape of the houses. They are round that means some to go backwards to the road and turn away the sun. Like to come back here.

The best hotel ever! I have been working here for six months and I couldn't have wished a better hotel neither for the guests to enjoy their holidays as for the employees working here. Everything is well organised and from good quality. The location and the animation are very good. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Just had a great holiday. Good, clean rooms. Excellent food. Lovely staff. As for the dress code for dinner… anything goes — scruffy shorts and tee shirts with black socks and sandals should be perfect!

Very nice area, the staff were very friendly and helpful… The good value for money… only in the bar where the animations are made, if you ask for a drink and you are Spanish they fail the type of soda tap as it is not even the tap of barrels, but that English faucet that makes the mixture with water and powders in the My multiple control, … ask for the cup alone or spoil it, — since the cups are paid at least they could be with quality sodas. Otherwise excellent.

First of all a very clean and beautiful hotel … but every day at lunchtime animation (we overlooked when booking) directly on a busy country road (am off the land) and still too many Englishmen without behaviour and decency! The staff are very friendly (even sang for my birthday) and they are very eager and helpful! The rooms are very clean, but at one or the other corner the attention to detail is missing! All in all, recommended!

Arrive on October 1, with all my family, total 5 adults and 1 baby, ESPECTALULAR, starting with Repceción, ending with the maintenance, which were offered to help you with any questions.
The Good morning with a sonrrisa from ear to ear, not lacking in any time of all the staff, the waiters/ACE super attentive, the cleanliness super cared, the food very well, the location good animation in the Chilao good.

Hotel is in Playa de Ingles and not in Maspalomas as stated on the Jet2 Holidays site. Rated as a 4 star hotel, I would rate it as 3 star at best. The choice and quality of the food is poor to say the least. Most of the time its either cold or tasteless or BOTH. Pictures of the resturante food on the Jet2 website and the Hotel own website was the main reason I booked this Hotel, what a dissapointment. Would not return to this Hotel. Apart from that the Hotel is clean and fairly well situated away from nightclubs etc. Staff are friendly. Had to problems finding a lounger there seems to be plenty to go around, but if you want a poolside lounger be prepared to get up before 7am. Overall I would rate this Hotel 6/10.

Everything was fine I cannot complain about it. The room was nice and cleaned on a daily basis. There we aplenty of food which was also good. Four stars due to tiny car park.

Just returned from our holiday. Wow wow wow. This hotel was absolutely amazing. Very clean, light and airey. This hotel literally thinks of everything. The cleaners excel themselves! The food is exceptional. Something for everyone for all different tastes. From the presentation to the choice. Plenty of clean sturdy sun loungers (maybe a few more parasol's would be better) The staff bend over backwards to accommodate guests. The animation team were amazing and lots of fun! So jolly and again designed a programme to suit everyone for all ages. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I could not find fault! And I am a fussy customer! Keep up the good work. Will definitely return one day.

The food and accommodation are very good, staff are very professional and caring, great location great pool excellent service. What more can ask for. Highly recommended.

I was with my husband in march for a week and I have to say that the attention of all the staff was excellent, a 10. The common areas we see that they were restored not too long ago, very nice and clean. The normal room, no mini bar, it appeared it 1 star. To the bathroom as much I would give 2 stars: small, needs a good reform, it escaped the water of the shower and much, to the joints of the tiles and the floor could use a good review with bleach. In the buffet, amazing! in the country of bananas and there was no one, a day they put lamb chops and they were as stones, inedible. Food very repetitive, seafood and serrano ham or a only day.

Great hotel with a great deal of outside space so you never feel crammed in. Been twice and would definately go again. Great deal on upgrading from half board to all inclusive for only 9.5 Euros a night. Reception staff were great as were other staff. Really nice crowd staying at hotel.

Directly at the highway, Breakfast buffet, no variety and hardly any fruit, but fruit from the can, no gym and no Sauna. Nice staff and everything is clean, but for longer than 3 days is not recommended.

In all respects an excellent Hotel. We will come again next year.

The food was almost always cold, the rooms were disgusting, I and my brother had on a folding sofa flaccid. The room had two rooms, the bathroom and bedroom living room and study.

Had a nice holiday. The staff was very friendly, is a nice Hotel.
