It is not expensive but the quality is also not like for 3 stars. It has a good design of the building and facilities, but everything is outdated and somewhat broken. It would get much better with good reform. No air conditioning. Just over 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has 3 swimming pools plus 1 children. In the gardens there are several cats and our terrace dawned full of poop and with a mat punctured.

Despite all the refurbishing, one can see that's an old place. Some Apartments have been sold to locals who don't obey the community rules (i. E. Dumping the garbage in the right place, play with balls in the swimming pool, etc). We could hear cockroaches at night in our Apartment so I had to ask Reception for some insecticide twice. The free buffet isn't that free and the food is really bad and pricey for the quality offered. You're only allowed one drink. No refills! Not going back if I can avoid it.

Read some bad reviews before coming out here so was a little worried. But we (a family of 4) have had a lovely experience here. Buffet was never busy or over crowded so we always got a table. Food was varied and tasty. Only thing that was a bit annoying was as we went half board at dinner time the only drink avaliable to us was water or hot drinks. This was not very clear so we went for it on the first 2 nights and on the 3rd the staff noticed and informed us so we got charged a euro a drink. It did not bother us though as we are not big drinkers anyway. Always saw the cleaners hard at work and a room was alway clean when we came back. We left only the dirty towels in shower and they replaced them. Beds got changed mid week. 4 pools and the one we chose to spend time at wad never busy. We also managed to get sunbeds that adjust but not all of them do so it is pot luck. All staff were friendly and helpful altough lifegaurds seem a little grumpy but we did not need anything ftom them so did not need to interact. Receptionist (girl with short hair) was kind and helpful and spoke good English. We went with TUI so got good info on places to visit. Shops nearby and bars. Our room was on the side of the bars so was very noisy at night. It did not bother us though and we managed to sleep through it. But if u are a light sleeper it could be upsetting for you. Our TUI rep did say if they have a free room they could move you for 20 euros but we decided to stay put.

Old rooms well painted but not uninhabited. Small narrow bedroom without a real climate window no all paid TV safe.
Old and broken tiles everywhere giant insects as well in the bed called cucaracie.
I don't want to mention eating you can't call it that at least there.
Discreet pools at the end of the day from poor people and drunks. In fact, it frequented so much from northern Europeans.
Imagine the breakfasts.
Well I don't want to waste any more time it's not worth it.

The location of the hotel was good. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no air con and I had an item stolen and all the reception said was 'we dont have it'.

I’m staying here right now. This has to be by far the worst hotel iv ever stayed in! There’s no air con, constant noisy busy building work. The main pool is great by the others just look out dated. We’re staying in a self catering room so can’t comment on the food here. The room it’s self is pretty outdated and could do with a deep clean. Booked for 3 of us and have been given two single beds which are relatively comfy and a sofa bed if you could call it that. As I lay on said sofa bed writing this review I can honestly say that I’m sure the tiled floor is softer. I’m 5.9 and feel like a giant on a child sized bed and am enjoying the very loud and annoying hum of the fridge to help lul me to sleep All in all I can say just don’t! Just book somewhere else!

Dated but functional… stayed here for a cheap getaway. From the outside it does look as though the hotel could benefit from a massive paint job. Once in the room it's perfectly functional. The bedroom is compact with a very deep wardrobe with drawers and a safe, a small dresser with a big mirror and a bedside table. Better lighting in the bedroom, especially around the mirror would be a beneficial. The bathroom is a bit tight but again has everything you need. A bidet would have been nice as there is room for one but that's my opinion. The kitchenette is basic but well equipped and has a small dining table with chairs… only downside of the kitchette is the high shelf with the dishes, glasses, kettle and toaster… not great for shorter folk. A washing up liquid dispenser would be nice I stead of having to buy one. The living area has a coffee table, side table with a lamp, a sofa, armchair, sideboard and TV (You need to pay a €10 deposit for The TV remote). The balcony is a nice space to eat/relax with a table and chairs but I would agree with another reviewer who said the balcony itself didn't feel safe. There is also a wall airer to hang washing/damp towels etc. The furniture is all a bit naff but as with everything else in the room… It's all functional. There are three big pools and one baby pool along with a small play area for kids. The pools are clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The reception staff are helpful.

Very poor hotel, enough the kitchen, good the 4 pools and the location.

Internet variable and slow. Phone calls I discovered I have to dial 0044 ahead of the number (drop first number) or I can't phone home. Other phone users just seem to dial as usual so maybe just a Sony/ Vodafone thing. Room size good, basic but that's all we needed. Lots of Hyperdino and Spar supermarkets. Noisy Irish pub across the road (but the music was good). Happy Cow app gave lots of eating options in the area.

Very large hotel with spacious rooms and great location. Sore note are the poor services included in the overnight stay.

Very large place, 3 pools, bar restaurant, there is everything, many things to charge, but all in all it is not bad, the rooms are spacious and large with nice balcony!

Holiday at Christmas 2017, not to be repeated: reception not very friendly, hotel not nice as presentation agency travel, from the presentation had to be there a heated pool negative, cleanliness apartment negative, internal services negative, Hotel cleanliness, negative entertainment, nothing for young people, self service services with all inclusive good staff very nice and patient.

A bit basic, receptionist a bit bitter, little variation of food at breakfast/lunch/dinner and when the room had a bit of a smell to the tobacco, you had to pay for everything but the others were perfect.

Good points Exceptionally clean place must compliment cleaners they work so hard. The reception are lovely. Pool areas very clean and lots of sunbeds. Great location. Bad points Loose balcony very dangerous Needs painting outside Foods bad.

Well not all inclusive hotell. You will need to pay for the save. Internet. And the water that you will consume during your period. The food is a joke even if have different themes during the week you will get almost of the same food all day of the week. If the restaurant closes you will not get any food if you dont pay for it. Snacks are nlt food here even thought had plenty of hamburger at lunch time and pizza. The bartenders at the bar are great and helpful. The rooms are clean but really bad and old. If you want to watch the TV you will need to pay 10 euros for the control. The hotel has potential but is bad administreted. They really need a better costume services sometimes feels that a pay guest are doing a favor for be here.

Very spacious clean apartment in a great location. The bars across the road can be noisy until the early hours but I didn't mind. Really comfy beds and a relaxed stay.

This hotel is basically past its sell by date. Although there is refurbishment going on, I think that it would have been better if they shut down for a while to get it right. Having said that, the staff are very good and although my room is very old looking it was clean.

Stayed here for a week and the location is really nice, it's very close to the beach and there's restaurants etc all around it! If you like to go to sleep early like me I wouldn't recommend it as there's several bars across the road which you can hear in your room until about 4 am and it was too hot to close the window (so you couldn't hear it as loud) as there was no air conditioning! The pools were nice but I cant comment on the food as I didn't eat there.

Terrible is all I can say. For starters, building work going on and starts early morning so wakes you up. The mess is left ON SITE so kids could potentially get hurt here. The maid service is decent BUT the towels and linen arent changed everyday. Its a hot country and people sweat. You NEED clean towels. Reception isnt any better or helpful. Gave us wrong information so we had to re-book our day trip for the following day. Seem very reluctant to help if can get away as well. All inclusive was a waste of money too. The dining area is small and there are queues outside. The food isnt varied and the 'english' option is laughable. I have eaten out every night. I definitely wont be coming back thats for sure and I am glad to be going home tomorrow.

After reading bad reviews we were a little bit afraid about quality of the hotel, but I must admit (after passing weird and old reception desk) we've got a cosy room with fully equipped kitchen, table and sofa. Everything is little bit old but clean. Food is very good with plenty choices of meat, vegetables and sweets (also with 6 types of ice cream included). Hotel also has 3 or 4 swimming pools. I traveled to different countries and a visited a lot of hotels of different quality, and I must say this hotel gets 80% rating from me :) so don't trust the bad reviews ;)

They almost charged you for breathing. You have to pay even to watch TV!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and the reception was very good.

Already on our arrival at our hotel we are frightened for the first Time. The fridge was leaked and the floor was completely underwater, but nothing was done to our complaint at the Reception. At dinner the next blow hit us when we found the buffet with a sparse selection and tastefully Ungeniessbaren food, moreover, not all hotel guests had a place in the dining room. The pools were partly dirty and outdated. The public hotel toilets rarely had toilet paper. But the best thing was the sleeping Situation. We booked a 3-bed room, we got a room with two beds and a small narrow sofa (i'm with my feet and head at the Sofalehne angestosen). The room was clean and the bathroom was very comfortable and the staff were very welcome. What didn't matter to us, however, were the cockroaches in the whole room, in the shower and in the CUPBOARDS. We are really fond of the love of the place, but there is also fun Somewhere. Also, it was not 5min, but a 15 minute walk to the Beach. This was certainly our first and last visit to this hotel.

Just got back from a 7 day stay here and the food was fantastic and really good choice every day and the staff are really good and attentive our little boy enjoyed it loads as did we. Rooms were good but basic but all you need for a base and were cleaned every 2 days to a really good standard. Free Wi-Fi in the bar but takes a while to get on it. Thankyou Willien (i think) and the other bar man with glasses in green you were both great and always there for us and made a fuss of our little boy wearing his Barcelona kit! Should won against RM!

I'm not going anymore.
When I walked in there were two garbage bags between my room and the one next door, the next night there were three, bad smell and liquid on the floor every time I walked in and out. They took them off the day I left.
The drinks they offer are the worst.
If the children wanted a slush, ice + coloring, they made you pay even having the all inclusive.
In one E The meals, the children caught some nuggets, purple/pink inside, and a horrible smell. We talked to the waitress and communicated it to the cook, this told us that they were good until we left one to prove it, to what he refused, assuming that they were not good and withdrew. At the time waitress came and told us that the film was from the supplier, at no time saw detail of apologies, rather annoying for having caught their attention.
Two vigilantes for three pools.
Had to pay the Wi-Fi! … gentlemen, that in any cafeteria you give it without cost!
The TV also had to pay to see it.
I do not recommend it to anyone, is more, if someone tells me that will go convince him otherwise.

Cockroaches in the room, we were left half the week with no clean towels or toilet rolls. The term all inclusive should not exist at this hotel as most things are excluded, they wouldn't allow me to top up my water bottle in the dinning room as they wanted me to buy water from the shop which I had anyway. Music at the front and back of the rooms till the early hours every morning. The hotel itself is an eyesore.

Well located close to the beach and the leisure and party areas, normal rooms, the service very friendly and attentive.

Very basic apartment, no microwave, no air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, no free TV, something noisy, uncomfortable bed mattress, somewhat bland little nice the receptionist, breakfast buffet medium Well although very limited the hour.

Very nice hotel, although noisy room, no air con and staff don't understand English very well. Food is very good and pool is lovely.

They need a major reform. Although money is logical.

The worst of the apartments that I have gone in 20 years South old rooms with restaurant food smells but the worst the Director miss with an arrogance and a lack of total respect for the client but will be consistent with the type of apartment that represents the best the friendly receptionists and professionals should change the Director out of office.

Enjoyed the place so much will go back again very friendly staff.

The more pork was to discover the mattress with large and multiple spots of blood. They are passed by backing up to the theme security: on the terrace had detachments of the top slab and had installed a network to avoid to fall remains (looked to the rebar), was missing the map of evacuation in the interior of the room, the lifeguard you never knew… The best food not to mention. And the noise is to live it, because if I tell sprees that the address of the hotel allows a certain type of client until the wee hours, don't believe me. This is the type of establishment that should be closed and demolished of form summary, and its responsible disabled of by life to manage something that was more big that a kiosk of pipes.

The site is not so bad as they paint it, the facilities correspond to the price (at least to you pay).
What most upset me is that only you can see three free channels on TV. The Wi-Fi is pay, there is no hand SOAP or scrub dishes or if you want a pad in my case use shower gel I brought (was going to buy one and leave it). There is no oven or microwave.
Noise in my case many people complaining I've slept great without problems. Soooo complicated is to park free in the area, and the parking of the hotel is tiny and nobody out their cars.

My worst holiday ever. Food was awful and there were cockroaches everywhere. I had to shake all my cloths off before I left to make sure I didn't bring any back home. This hotel has to be demolished.

Rooms dirty, cockroaches, sounds of racing of go to know what in the ceiling of the bathroom, the bath a disgusting, broken shower. Bugs, bugs and more bugs. The beds are very uncomfortable, mattresses should be laminated because go escandalera. The staff left enough that wish and the furniture is ancient. My fault, the coming year does not pass me this.

Horrible food, the great rest.

For me it is paradise, led from ke had 15 years coming holidays, cm is my second home in the South, and I have 44 years old aki have everything and especially lad friends ke I have, and personal ke me has seen grow. My paradise.

The front is of the hotel by the bars is very noisy all night, the pool was full of Spanish families during the day also noisy. Rooms were clean tho the maids only visited every couple of days. No air con is a bit of an issue as the rooms are very hot and as stated if the windows are open you will not sleep till after 4Am! still noisy when closed tho! I agree with most of the comments/reviews about this hotel v. Noisy staff are poor, we had to wait an hour to get are room on arrival which was a Sunday lunch time. If you can afford better I would suggest spending the money! But for something like lads holiday on the cheap would be OK. Not a relaxing family or couple type place. The TV is coin operated! lol.
