Playa del Ingles Apartments

We haven’t stayed in apartments for around 15 years so this was a revived experience!
We didn’t pick these either, we had been reallocated as our original apartments were undergoing a refurbishment.
However nothing to be concerned about at these apartments.
Upon arrival the receptionist was really nice. Didn’t expect to have to leave a card swipe on arrival and hadn’t been advised of that. Booking in was quick and simple.

Hotel in excellent location 5 mins to beach with lots of shops and restaurants and 10 mins to Yumbo centre lots of bars and restaurants. Shop 5 min next a few bars and restaurants.
The hotel very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious very nice. Sun terrace with plenty of beds, loungers and seating area with tables. Pool spotless plenty beds and loungers a very pleasant area. There is a canteen where you can get breakfast but I didn’t use it.
Can’t wait to go back.

This is an apartment hotel that is situated only 150 meters from the beach in Playa del Ingles. Good size rooms that are pretty newly upgraded. Thing were whole and in good condition. All rooms have balcony with sea view. If you’re a cycelist I would ask for room on the ground floor as there are dedicated space for cycles there. Friendly staff and good cleaning every day. Theres a grocery store just by, and all the restaurants are 150 meters towards the beach or 300 meters toward the centrum.

Nice apartment and comfortable bedding. The necessary in the kitchen and fridge with freezer.

Apartment hotel by expensive and very comfortable in terms of the 2 bedroom apartment. 1 balcony overlooking the pool and a second with sea view.

Summer is a horror. It is full of vulgar, ordinary people and they are screaming all day and with the music full. The police at night fixed. At reception they do nothing to avoid what is forbidden.
Complex deteriorated by not being demanding with the clientele that does not respect the minimum standards of coexistence.
There's the same thing around and no problems.

Very well located apartments, with very good views from the terrace, and the staff very friendly, I recommend it is clean and cleaning service every day, to improve more utensils.

When the taxi driver let us out in front of a lattice door, we were already a bit weird and then the suitcases were towing down a steep staircase. When we found the small room of reception where a hair head could be seen behind a high counter, we were already a bit surprised. But then there was only kindness, cleanliness and helpfulness. We got all the information in English, door card and juice key. The apartment was beautiful, clean, tidy and very spacious for us 2 people.

Great mattress, hair dryer, air conditioning.

Myself and my partner stayed here the 18th till the 25th April.
We were greeted by Cundi on the Tuesday, gave us our key to apartment nr 12. The view was just amazing and such a sort distance from the beach.
Apon opening the door, we were greeted by the fresh smell of an extremely clean apartment. As 2 youths explored the place as quick as we could. The bathroom is top notch, with its walk in shower and very large mirror and sensor light.

I spent there 10 days with my partner and I can absolutely recommend the place. Daily tidy ups from lovely cleaning staff. The area is very quiet but walking distance to all the fun. The flat is very well maintained, ac is really good too. The host was super easy to communicate with. The only small improvement could be the Wi-Fi that was occasionally unstable. All in all, fantastic place for great price that I can highly recommend. I would be happy to come back again.

The best appartement I ever had. It was super clean, and everything you need is there. The staff is super friendly. I was lucky to get the appartement with the best view, I looked right at the ocean from my window. Would recommend it to everyone.

The location is great. Freshly renovated, very clean and quiet. Top view on the upper floor.

Great apartments, can't fault them. Had to collect key from the hotel across the road as we arrived after 3pm, there was a sign on the gate to say this and it was very quick and easy. Small complex, clean, great location, lovely pool and roof terrace. Found the beds a little hard but that's the same anywhere when you're not in your own bed. Aircon included and it stayed on when you went out if you wanted it cool on return. Manager was friendly and enjoyed a joke.

It's a complex, cozy. It is in a very quiet area. You can rest very well, out of excess noise. I recommend it to people who absolutely want to be very quiet. They are renovating, the apartments and are very well maintained. The Technical Service, is a very professional, and very hardworking boy.

Great place for chilling. Rooms are basic enough but super clean and the staff are great. Dani OK reception couldn't have been more helpful or professional. He is amazing!

Room cleaned five days a week.
Toaster, coffee maker. Kettle, two induction hobs, fridge/freezer.
Very comfortable bed.
Large wardrobe.
Safe.
Balcony.
Cons:
Reception closed most of the time.
Frequent prolems with the gate key so that we couldn't get in when returning from a night out at 0200 hours as an example.
Problems with apartment key so that we couldn't enter our room easily.

Well located.
Quick check in.
Small but good.
Nice beds kitchenette and balcony.
Good pool.
Near shops and red cow.
Good value.
No parking but free one v close by.
