Apartment is very basic never go HALF BOARD they cater for the French or Germans for breakfast one morning we got PEAS AND CARROTS instead off baked beans and the buffet food at night is even worse.

Had a really nice week there. Nightlife is awsome although there are only two clubs; pasca and chinawhite.

Good hotel, dunes are a long way off.

Location The beach is close, near the elevator to the beach. Supermarkets are close. Apartment with ocean view. The rooms have everything you need. The cleaning is good.

Very Close to the 100 metros beach from La Playa.

Central location, partly refurbished, size swimming pool, food not reichweis.

Very small apartment and no reform. The old resort and with the reception stinking of Fritanga. I mejot the reformed pool. It has a good location in the English and quite close to the beach.

Dirty simple rooms with bad furnishings and broken kitchen utensils. Hardly anyone understands English at the reception. That was the first and last time in these descents.

My apartment very clean 519. Good size baloony. Kitchen spotless. Great price. Friendly welcome central to everything. Beach a short walk away. Unable to recognise what other people written on here with what I'm experiencing. Always the same moaners always want more than they pay for. It's an economy apartment get real. Having a superb time for about £400 for 8 nights. Eating out with great choices and prices. Sun is out and it's 25 degrees. February 25th 2017. Email ahead and request an upper floor. They are the best ones. I used Google translator and they appreciated my effort. I'd definitely return to these apartments.

Helpful receptionist on arrival. My room in the 7th floor was spotless. It had a separate kitchen with every appliance you could wish for. The twin beds were V comfortable. I could find no faults. Everything worked and the décor was modern. Really enjoyed stay.

Bad room with very few amenities. Uncomfortable beds, outdated furniture, housekeeping not every day. Bad situation of the hotel if you are looking for tranquility. More economical hotels in the area with much more amenities than this one.

Has all you need for great holiday in Gran Canaria. Swimming pool, friendly staff a few minutes walk from playa del ingles beach.

Cheap apparty for the pence, everything is there.

They are very simple but I am very comfortable with the people who work there and then with the tranquility inside the apartment although it is in a place with enough gear around.

Cockroaches in the rooms. Hotel horror. Hot water is not.

Room in downtown close to everything, comfortable but just because in downtown very disturbed at night.

For my stay I chose the formula only overnight… The rooms are filthy and full of dust.

For the price that we paid and from the info we gathered, it met my expectations. Although I can comfortably say that it is VERY dated and could definitely be doing with a refurbishment. In fact, that could probably go for the entire resort (Playa Del Ingles). The majority of the place is run down/closed/shabby. That aside, the hotel is very basic, everything inside and out is rather old looking. The rooms are spacious enough and the balcony is a decent size, especially if you are on a corner which I was. The furniture really needs replacing. It's so old that someone scribed a name and date into it… dated 1993! which is beyond a joke in my opinion. However, these were half expected as we never paid a lot of money to stay here for the week. We had a small fridge with a top freezer, utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls etc. Hot water was a water tank so heated automatically as and when it was used. We had single beds but as we were a couple we were happy to push them together, we never bothered to ask about a double room as we just wanted to settle after a long, delayed flight. There is enough sockets in the room but they looked a bit dodgy, they were quite loose and sometimes became looser when you unplugged something. There was no air con in the room either, nor was there a kettle or toaster. We asked for a fan and a kettle and got it without a problem. But I think they should be there for arrival, at least the kettle should be giving that it's a self catering place.

The breakfast was not the best. The rooms are clean. Everybody was very polite. I enjoyed the time here.

The best location and very well accommodation, large swimming pool and tennis court. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Very friendly staff, some of whom speak very good English, rooms are a good size, beds are a little hard but they are acceptable, got a nice little food area, good pool and brilliant location right by the beach and next to lots of shops, clubs and restaurants.

Magnificent beachfront location on one side and the Ecumenical temple on the other. Mattresses Nuevitos where you sleep great and apartment Q seems recently refurbished. Great value for money!

Well situated near bars/restaurants and 5 mins walk from beach. Has pool and cafe. Room basic but clean.

Decent place to stay but the building is old and need some improvements. Good place for older people but not a ideal place to stay with children. Poor Internet connection even if you pay for it except place near to reception, cold water in swimming pools.

Everything about the Hotel was very good. The staff could not better. Nothing was too much for them to do, many thanks for the first time I was staying here.

The hotel has come in the year, but the prize money. Some in the room are in need of renovation. Nevertheless, it is clean and the service is true. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, only if one wants to use it in the room you have to pay for it. If the hotel is not so important, one like me, because it spends little time, it is perfectly alright.

Staff very friendly and responsive.
We had a great time over Christmas and new year's Eve.

Third bed is a sofa die and makes a heat inside that stop ce a better oven look for another site.
