Tisalaya Park Apartment

Serves its purpose as a base to travel out from. Wasn't pleased with having to pay 200 euros for breakages on arrival and checking in.

Nice apartments in relation quality price, quiet place, well connected and easy to park.
The only "bad" thing is that when you arrived the sheets were dirty, we asked to changed and the new ones also came with stains.

They're nice and escandaleras.

Quiet & internally appealing but access on foot difficult!

The apartment is spacious. Bedspreads are not clean and in the washroom the taps n flush were not properly working. If you are booking there it's best to carry bedspreads, towels n toiletries.

The facility has come a little bit in the years. So you should replace one or the other furniture. Chipped edges on tables highly scratched worktops. The facility itself is well maintained.

No problems with parking and hot water. Heated pool. Be quiet. But you can hear the neighbors.

Greater place to stay, restaurant & apartments rather tired, restaurant offering poor. The one man band Gil, amazing. Swimming pool needs adequate heating. Grounds are lovely and the whole place well maintained.

Very basic accommodation and as per the previous review the location is a bit out the way with either a 40 minute walk or a 5 Euro taxi ride. Was booked at last minute and served the purpose.

In general we went out happy. Many little things Q improve considering the price. Quiet place and well located d easy access.

Lovely apartment. Cleaned daily. Staff friendly. Shop and restaurant on site. Great pools. Shower was like a power shower when turned on full which was a pleasant surprise.

Location from a tourists persoective is fairly isolated ten minutes in a taxi to the beach/strip, 10 euro in total for a taxi there and back which adds up when you're there for 2 weeks! Pool An over excitable/strict lifeguard was on duty During our time there. Told off several times for walking around shadowing my daughter inside the baby pool (she cant swim). Inflatables were also an issue with her and how many small toys we could actually have dispite only us being in the pool. We noticed it's wasn't only ourselfs who found her to be putting a slight damper on the holiday experience. Facility's fairly standard although you'll be disponted playing a game of pool as NONE of the cues have any tips on the end of the cue also a dart board with no darts Reception hours are bizarre as they shut for a few hours mid afternoon not ideal when we were checking out as we were waiting at the poolside for 3hrs in 30 degree heat trying to seek shade it affect our three year old daughter the most To summarise an isolated location staff were friendly enough facility's needing a little updating food average and perhaps a word in the lifeguards ear to remind her people are there to enjoy themselves safely and she isn't auditioning for a role as an SS guard Also no Wi-Fi as it "wouldn't reach our room from reception" despite our apostle times being one of the closest to reception very odd.

The truth that the place is better the old apartments the maintenance scarce, cleanliness well, the restaurant did not have a lot of variety and the food lousy and the breakfasts also, the staff if they catered nice and nice. The site has is to rent car to be able to get out of there to the beach or any place.

At least a 40 minute walk to the beach & faro de maspalomas area — quickest route is along the dry canal near holiday world. Bus stop nearby & taxis about 5 Euro to the beach.

They are nice, the place is tidy, but the beds… Can't sleep well in those.

Great location, nice and comfortable apartments, pool in front of the house and equipped bar… top Holiday.

Good complex of apartments, clean good location, the best, the staff.

I just spent a weekend, the apartment is very nice and all renovated. The area is very quiet, everything is very clean and well kept, and best of all for those people who have pets is k can lead to dogs up to a maximum weight. I recommend it if you are looking for tranquility and vacation with their pets. Seemed without a doubt.

This very well care and pretty quiet because it is very familiar. About the Wi-Fi charged me €3 per day or 10 EUR 5 days. The truth a great failure. As I could not load the consumptions of the pool room bar.

A very good stuff out there especially restaurant's one. Smiley and helpful people… the place is so charm… was a nice experience.

I have said q is good but I have not gone yet I would like to know if you have dietary pq no one speaks any more q of the stay nothing more I want to go all-inclusive if there is one thank you, please & nbsp; answer.

I liked the cleanliness of the reception and the apartment, I also liked that the door to give to the pool of face but. You get charged for using the internet, while in the majority of sites is free, I can also see well charge you for using the tele apart, I found the bath a little rusty, the curtain of the tub a little slut and stains on the mattress pad in the bedroom. When I was packing up to leave I was called to the telefonillo 30 minutes before 12 (departure time) to "remind me" that I had to leave the room, I felt pressured, nor am I gonna be more time and just close the door again to call the telefonillo, it was 11:55, by which, to return to that site. I pay 45 euros per night, with these conditions, only for sleeping, it is not a profitable investment.

Tisalaya park apartments is for the elderly me and my 2 friends went there last year (2012) an it was the worst hotel experence EVER! we were put next door to an elder couple who 'lived' there and were about 60+ me and my friends were 22-23 we were threatened to be kicked out the first night we got there because of 'drunken noise' we wasnt even drunk amd hadnt been makin noise eventually we were asked to leave on our 4th day of our 7day holiday were forced to sleep 2nights in the airport we then had to pay more than my holiday for a room for the night. Absolout night mare! hotel is boring the man who works there is rude in ignorant! it was more like an estate than a hotel! NEVER would I recommend this hotel to anyone under the age of 45! even my mum would have had more fun in the middle of magaluf! and shes 45! ha.
