Everyone was very friendly! The amenities and the room service were fantastic. The bed, linens, and pillows were extremely comfortable. The late check-out option made our stay in vigo much more laid back.

It is a very well located hotel. Although it is not overlooking the harbour, it is in a very central area of the city; it takes very few minutes to any reference point.
The redesigned rooms are very modern and functional. Perfect for a work stay. The breakfast room is beautiful and with an unbeatable panoramic view of the city. And the buffet is quite complete; while the room staff is not as nice as you would expect.
I have been to better hotels in Vigo, but also in some much worse.

Good value nd in prime location.

The hotel has a very good location to be able to visit the city on foot. Everything is very modern and new. The room we got on the 9th floor, very spacious and with a nice terrace overlooking the estuary. The bath has gel, shampoo, body cream, handkerchiefs, toothbrush and comb, besides having hair dryer (large with power). What was most uncomfortable is that to get into the tub was too high, a little dangerous for older people.
The breakfast was very good. Pastries of the day, sausage, toasts, yoghurts, counted fruit, grated tomato… They also had natural orange juice, skimmed milk, Cao Light cola, sugar-free biscuits and a series of more "special" products.
The hotel does not have its own parking, but they offer a discount in two nearby parking.

Hotel very central and with efficient communication channels to move around the city quickly. The facilities are modern and well maintained, and has all the amenities that purports to any client status medio_ high. Good restoration and staff polite and helpful. Recommended.

Hotel near Urzaiz railway station and about 15 minutes walk from Guixar. Modern and cosy Hotel. The staff is efficient.

Modern Hotel and super workers. It has a lot of difference between the rooms that overlook the inner courtyard and those facing the outside.

I travel for work and I like to come to this hotel because it meets the conditions of comfort I seek. Friendly and helpful staff. On Sundays at night there are no dinners and at reception I got good indications.

Hotel Zenit My flight got cancelled so I had to find a last minute booking late at night that would accommodate my animal! This hotel was great! Located in a good area and there were a couple restaurants open that were walking distance (for late night meal) Check in was a breeze — they didn’t even ask for a cc for incidentals. The room was spacious (I had two doubles) my only complaint would be the shower. It was not draining very well and next thing you know, the bathroom flooded. Maintenance came up right away to fix the problem. Breakfast in my opinion wasn’t so good. No fresh juices. Bf left his jeans in the closet and the hotel called to say they found it. Beds are comfortable and we had a pretty view of the street. When we needed a ride to the airport, the staff called and the taxi came in 2 minutes. I would recommend staying here!

Had a late night arrival and early start, so really didn't get to see much of the hotel, but what we did was great. Restaurant food very good and well priced, decent breakfast. Room was large with lots of plug sockets.

Very well located. Good and clean rooms. The worst thing that doesn't have own parking. Just a step away from El Corte Ingles and close to the pedestrian shopping area.

Good value for money The breakfast is very good the rooms are very comfortable and clean! I would definitely recommend it! You can go to the train station walking and travel economically to Pontevedra or Santiago.

Good location, right in the centre of Vigo. The hotel was fine. The worst the breakfast that if you get a fair bit of the closing time and you do not repose anything and you have to eat what is left. The waitress who was in the buffet very unfriendly.

Good location, friendly staff. Room didn't have much of a view anything with 11 at the end of the room number will have the same view which looks onto a brick wall. Rooms are clean and tidy. There is a TV but no English channels I could find. You need to use public parking just down the hill from the hotel and they give you a voucher to reduce price to €15 per day.

Vigo The city you don't expect.

The rooms are nice, bed was good, breakfast is okay. There are many small things I found a bit annoying though in retrospect. For example most of the staff does not speak English which can be really troubling if you want something else than a taxi. At one occasion I asked for fresh duvet cover for a blanket which never arrived even though I showed photos of what I need on the phone. The reception phone is often not occupied, I called multiple times without anybody answering. Also noteworthy is the weight machine in the fitness room which is broken to an extent that it poses a health hazard.

Great Hotel Nice staff comfortable and strategically located near the best places in Vigo.

Ideally located, with a short walk to the port and connections to most of the city, and only 15 mins drive from the airport. The rooms are large and well furnished, with a choice of a room with a window to the street, it a quiet room with virtually no window so it's dark. My choice was the quiet room, after all I only need a good night's sleep, a desk and a shower. Bed is comfortable and clean. The air condition is great. Breakfast is good with a wide selection and decent coffee. Any bad bits? Rooms next door to each other transmit noise easily, my sink trap was leaking and the shower head needs looking at but really these were very minor issues. All in all a good hotel.

This in the main street, so park the car impossible, there is no more remedy than to leave it in a parking lot. To be in the center of these next to many shops and have access to urban buses. The service is always attentive and friendly.

Hotel very modern, fairly new, very reliable and staff very attentive. The receptionists, are very friendly and will resolve the reservation for your cruise to Cíes and Ons at no additional charge.

The hotel is very good and the staff great. However, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, the dishes are not as described on the menu, and the staff seems a bit disorganized.

Hotel is good but rooms are very small and the ultra-modern concrete effect on the walls does not suit it's repertoire of 4 stars. Also there is no bar in the hotel which is a bit of a let down.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, modern infrastructures, cosy and clean rooms, comfy beds anda selection 4 different type of pillows. :-). It's centrally located. I stayed there for business during 3 nights and I can say that it truly felt like home away from home. Don't miss out on their fabulous lunch and evening menus at their restaurant, if you don't feel like heading out of the hotel to grab something to eat, it's worth it.

Best ultra model hotel I've ever seen. Just everything is perfect.
