It is located next to the port and close to the historic center. We had issues related to the cleanliness, but they were resolved and compensated. It is a very large hotel under renovation, which prevents proper control of the consumer.

It is in an unbeatable location. I took the junior suite and the views were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bad thing that the cleaning lady started at 8y30 and woke you up. Breakfast was very clean. I was here last year and there was a lot of things for breakfast this year not so much.

Great location. Breakfast with wide choice and good quality but half price better do it at the bar next door. The property is large but a bit 'gée type 80s and in fact it is being renovated. A star in the plus for the proximity (a few meters) to boarding to the Cies Islands.

The best part of this hotel is the reception area, receptionist man was heavy and not welcoming. Overpriced rooms for what it is. Cafeteria adjacent to hotel, not that good either. The waiter kept getting patrons orders wrong, ours too of course.

Very good hotel, although you can already notice the years. They are slowly reforming it and that says a lot about them, they are trying to modernize their facilities. The best thing is its situation, in front of the Yacht Club and the marina. The views from the rooms facing the main facade are spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I can only say that I recommend it, very satisfied.

It is currently in works, but is very well located and if you get ahabutacion to the RIA you have fantastic views. Al Aldo from the marine station for it Ablas Cies and behind part of the old zone pray to eat tapas or have a drink. In front of a laxe shopping centre.

The external appearance of this hotel is ugly and in need of urgent improvement. My room window glazing was faulty and kept shaking with the wind. There was only one lift working so it was a long wait to move around the hotel. The emergency stairs were in a terrible state. The Wi-fi is a bit sporadic in places. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The bedroom is spatious with nice views of Vigo estuary. The bathroom has a good shower. The furniture is old and in need of replacement. The food is very average. The waiting staff all helpful. The hotel has a fantastic location and apparently some of bedrooms are being refurbished. It should be so much better so the owner really should get his act together in the future as it's a disgraceful way to let your hotel deteriorate to this state!

The room is very clean. It'S a bit old and gives you the feeling of old. The treatment of the male receptionist I did not like. They Don't explain anything to you and they're not nice.

Situated beside the Ferry Port in Vigo Galacia N. Spain. Ryanair flies into Vigo. Bus ride only 20minutes into Vigo. Sarcotel Hotel Bahia Vigo undergoing renovations at present mainly to Lobby area. Hotel was central comfortable and clean. Room was standard and reasonable at present. The rooms are more spacious than other hotels. Can be a delay waiting for lift if on higher floors. Very close to the old town. Central bus stops outside hotel and quite cheap. The town of Vigo is rather hilly but beautiful. Plenty modern shops and restaurants. The Bahia staff were helpful and respectful. Visiting the Cies island is a must as the ferry port is opposite the hotel and the booking office is only a short distance to the right on leaving the hotel. I would definitely visit Vigo again and stay in the Sarcitel Bahia Hotel.

I did not like anything the food and cens terrible and the breakfasts of grief I would not recommend it to anyone that if it was very central and the room good and clean was it. Only one worth of the hotel.

Room and bathroom spacious and comfortable bedding.
Beautiful view on "Moaña" (Me port opposite) at sunset from the room… just after the steamers left (they leave in the evening).
The hotel is under construction during my visit (a lot of noise during the day in one of the elevators). Too bad, obliged to go to discover the surroundings and enjoy the magnificent view of the Ria and the Cies islands from "Fort El Castro".
Restaurants and bars are close by for those who can walk even when it goes up. The "Shopping center", the tourist office of Vigo and the one in Galicia are at the foot of the hotel.
Soundproofing of Windows to improve, but it's not annoying to hear the wind for a sailor, just think that there will be no need to climb on the bridge set sails when one will not hear it again tonight.

3-star equivalent Hote. Very good location Facilities old or damaged rooms.

Very good facilities, clean and great service. The meals in the restaurant — cafeteria are nice in value for money.

Hotel more than correct: good location at the foot of the estuary, close to taxi rank, shopping center, bar area, shipments to cies or Cangas… Comfortable Parking for the small and old which is, better with room with view to the estuary, effective staff, cleanliness in general, would return for a next stay.

Esteve in a dance Abento and I loved the staff treatment the food lounges all very well and in the rooms a wonderful view watching the sea is a spectacle.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious, comfy beds, the whirlpool bath gives an important touch to the bathroom. The meeting rooms and various events are spacious. The breakfast buffet is very good and the views of the dining room facing the sea have its charm. But I would emphasize the friendliness of the hotel staff. I got overwhelmed with the suitcases because I couldn't find a place to park the car (they have concert with the two closest parkings), had left the car in double row. They immediately took care of my luggage and I uploaded it to the room so I could go to fix the parking issue. That detail captivated me. And so many others like that I'm not going to tell you about not extending too much. It is very well located, close to everything; To the back is the famous Stone street where there are all kinds of bars and restaurants to enjoy the excellent gastronomy of the place. I have been several times and hope to return. Good value for money.

Like other Sercotel hotels, it does not disappoint. The service is friendly and attentive both in cafeteria and at reception. The rooms are very comfortable and many of them have amazing views overlooking the sea. The truth that is so happy to wake up… even if you come for work in Vigo. They have breakfast cheaper than the buffet, also to the room. It is right in front of a shopping center and 15 minutes from the airport. In this center, there is a sports activity centre with which they have a convention.

The best place in the town.

Only stayed for lunch. The pictures of the rooms look lovely. I'd go elsewhere for lunch though.

Special place with unbelievable views but it needs to renovated immediately, it looks worn out.

Good downtown location with well appointed rooms. I was not a big fan of the open and unsecured Wi-Fi, but the rooms were great and had an amazing view of the waterfront. The staff was quite helpful and the adjoining restaurant was nice.

Good location, great room and very spacious, service a little lacking on English but maybe I was unlucky. Overall a good choice (even for the ocean view)

Bad hotel, comes from Almeria 11horas's trip to 11 o'clock, at his restaurant at 23:30 refused me to attend and said that his schedule was up to 00: 00. A room with a mattress terrible and one shower unhealthy €60, I ask with some views of the estuary and knowing that the hotel was almost empty they say are €10 more, all this without breakfast. And to make matters worse parking there in the area as plaza de garage €13 more. And all this with my small in arms of 1 Anita, ask wedge and I say that already not me it can prepare that not there is nobody to do it. So my recommendation is that at Vigo not sleep at this hotel, will be outraged as I left. And even the staff was awful.

Perfect price-quality relationship, food in the seafood restaurant-price copy, everything expected for a reasonable price.

Clearly, this hotel is not 4 star. Shower broke twice in 4 days, the cupboard smells rancid and shift receptionist was not very attentive when we arrived.

I would say perfect, ideal location. In front of the port, back street of oysters, pedra market. Friendly staff, perfect. A little old facilities, but in good condition. A little slow elevator. Problem: parking in the area, or you pay for the hotel or Park a km, at least. I recommend to eat, in informal plan, the canteen of the spring 3, right in front of the hotel.

As a 3 * hotel would be fine, but your advertising on the WEB as a 4 * it is misleading. The food is not good because it uses products foraneos low-cost instead of local products of great quality. Staff I can't complain, but the services provided are well below that of a 4*hotel.

This weekend I went to the hotel to a wedding 21/12 as well as falling to sleep, the staff of reception and in general very friendly waiters, except for (the food was rather cold, very poor cleaning under the table there were napkins other people. ) (And in them baths not had paper), the room wide and with big views (except that smelled to tobacco, was cold and not had nor blankets of replacement in them cabinets, and the wc without seal) not recommended for a 4 star.

Deplorable service for a four star hotel! My husband tends to often go on business, on this occasion I have accompanied it! the parking lot is very small and little bright, food serve it cold, room cleaning dire (the bins were not empty. ) after request a pillow took 4 h to deliver-mela. Reception staff very helpful and professional.

The service is exemplary. Evolve a lot of kindness and attention to the customer. Lovely.
