Very good hotel very good room I recommend it 100%

Las habitaciones están muy bien: muebles de buena calidad, muy limpias y sin ruidos molestos. El desayuno está bastante bien. El único punto negativo es que el Wi-Fi da algunos problemas: parece que el sistema que tiene para gestionar a los usuarios a veces no te reconoce aunque hayas puesto bien la clave de acceso. Para alguien que lo necesita para trabajar puede llegar a ser un problema serio, aunque suele arreglarse solo. Si no fuera por eso le habría puesto 5 estrellas.

Very large room compared to the price but a bit overlooked (including cleanliness). Large but not quality common parts.

Very good coffee. 3 stars because to be a hotel you would expect to have baby changer. In addition the service is in the basement you have to go down stairs.

Access to the garage is not very comfortable but it is cheaper than others in the area. The squares are generally spacious. The rooms are very spacious with a very classic aesthetic. The bathroom is not small, but it could be more comfortable. A larger screen is missed in the showers. The breakfast is very varied and of quality. The service is good.

Great service and value for money. Central and at the same time with good car access. Good gastronomic offer 10 minutes walk. I recommend the breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good food. My one gripe is that the carpets have several stains, smell funny and the walls seem like they haven't been painted in a long time.

Affordable, the Wi-Fi is not going well and the rooms leave something to be desired, the shower without screen putting everything lost of water.

I only know the restaurant, I've gone several times to eat and I have always loved. The food was excellent, and the service and attention perfect. I recommend it, both for its superb menu as for its careful letter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Buffet breakfasts are of quality and with good variety for the category of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to spend a good stay. In some rooms, there may be some malfunction but nothing to prevent us from spending a pleasant stay. The room service waiter is very professional and polite, the menu plates for room service are of good quantity and the price is very good. I have stayed at more than 6 times and would recommend it without a doubt.

I was only in one of their meeting rooms and in the cafeteria and all very clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Menu of the day for 12 ' 50 €… Spectacular: First we take one longueirones and another piquillo peppers stuffed with cod… rich and abundant. Second, low temperature rib… very tasty… The service, the decor, the exquisite attention… More places like this are needed in Ferrol.

We were in the hotel restaurant. They have two different loads, a brewery and a restaurant, where you can eat from a Gourmet burger and some pecking to a monkfish cedeiresa and an octopus to Feira incredible.
The service in general was 10: A team of waiters very attentive, the food served very fast despite having enough people.

Looks like a big regular hotel but its focused to service guests with special needs. Most of guests are people with mental disabilities and their caregivers. Is ok for me that everybody have fun and take vacations at hotels but can be noisy because of the illness of that guests. They cant help to scream or behave like mature people so, for a regular guest, is an anoyance. Gran Hotel should inform guest beforehand that is a place focused on mentally ill guests.

Clean. Walking distance to the university Campus. Friendly and efficient staff.

A good hotel, with very good treatment by the staff, rooms and spacious bathrooms and an affordable price to be a 4 star.

The best are the nearby restaurants… Pata Negra and Scooby Burger.

Good clean rooms, only spanish speaking TV, service at checkin and check out was excelent. Service from room service was slow and not service minded.

Hello I only put three stars for two or three details one of them still waiters who were a little decentralized, another because I think a dinner where you pay €75 you should give at least the first free Cup and charged all the drinks, and an important I asked for a Bacard I tail and I put it on but another waiter put his fingers inside the based to get an ice, it is true that the waiter that the fact no longer put me that based Serbian other but that in a hotel looks ugly, so by that detail I put three stars, and I think that another year to that hotel would not go, sorry for being so sincere and I hope you have a good year, happy holidays to all Chao.

The staff knew a little English which was very helpful considering I don't speak Spanish. Hair dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, extra necessities like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. A buffet in the evening from 8-10PM was excellent and very reasonably priced. The free breakfast was a complete meal with everything you may expect from home. Everything you might expect from a top hotel anywhere is here. I enjoyed my stay…

First you need to understand that is no an ordinary hotel, its targeted at people with mental disabilities. The service taking care at people with mental illness here is top notch. If you are the kind of customer who want peace stay away since the regular clients get kinda noisy any time of the day and night. Is understable the screams and the disorder behabiour of the guests because the focus of the service, but if you searching for a regular hotel you will get surprised by the mood of the place and prbably disapointed. If you are a guestwith special needs is a great place to stay.

The rooms are basic and what you need. Nice bathroom with good pressure in shower. But the rooms are very poorly lit and it is a bit sparse. You only get shower gel and shampoo. The breakfasts are very good with nice range on the buffet. It is a good hotel for the price and hotel staff are very helpful and charming.
