PR Tambre Guesthouse

I had a reservation here for the day yesterday for four days, until Friday. Due to a problem with the flight (Ryanair…) Finally I could not fly to Santiago. I tried to call the owners when there was still no flight, at about 22:30 (was scheduled for 18:30) to explain but I did not pick up the phone and today I communicate that I will pass a fee for the cancellation. I understand because it stipulated the reservation, so it is legal, but I also understand that not to introduce or cancel because you do not feel like going is different from not introducing yourself because your flight has been delayed so much that you do not have to arrive, even more so when in those same Conditions it is also stipulated that if he arrived after midnight they would no longer receive me. Would it have been better to show up there at two in the morning and pound the door, see if they're lucky and open me up? It's 30 euros, they won't ruin me and they're right, but no one I know will tread this place if I can help it.

Very nice room, clean and quiet rooms. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious, I recommend it.

Very good, clean, I its owners are charming, you can park without problems the cotxe and the center is within easy walking distance. Recommended without any doubt!

Good place for a stage. Nice room, missing AC and the elevator. Lunch not included. Good home.

Very good service and spacious room and clean. Maybe a little noisy but by the fault of a couple of dogs that were barking. A little further out of the centre but walk is about 20 minutes walk. Despite c not indicating when parking let us park in his private. Highly recommended.

Good hotel near north campus of USC. Economical area than other part of Santiago but a bit far from city center and other areas.

I was living here for 3 years and this is a good place to be if you are student. During the summer, in the tourist season, despite that they don't speak english, they try to do their best serving the customers and the owners (Alcira and Pepe) makes you feel like in home. Absolutetly recommendable.
