The hotel is unfair, but the pool is shared with people who are not from the hotel and it is still a "public" pool. Nice detail to leave me a little detail on my birthday. Large quadruple rooms with good views. Well maintained facilities. Clean.

We hired a room to give a conference and the organization by the hotel was disastrous: when we arrived, the event was not announced at the entrance of the room, creating confusion among the attendees; the projector was not compatible with the computer that we were going to use nor did they propose a solution, with all the damage that this meant in terms of the presentation of the event. Also, the staff addressed us at all times as if they were doing us a favor. We will not repeat the experience and recommend to anyone to contract this type of services at Hotel Finisterre (NH).

Located core of old city and decent room conditions with tubs equipped but little disappointed attitude from staff. They really were not kind just I am only asian there.? I dont know. I Even spent 2 nights there.

Hotel located on the seafront of Coruna, a short distance from Piazza Maria Pita and adjacent to the pedestrian center of the city. Since there are no parking spaces in the immediate vicinity and the road is narrow and winding, better to park momentarily right in front of the entrance door and entrust the car immediately to the valet car service: They are very efficient, they retrieve your car in a few minutes At need, it costs 17 euros a day and therefore much less than any fines.
Coming to the hotel we were housed in a large and well-furnished junior suite, with a large bathroom and well stocked with hygiene products and adjoining dressing area. Wi-Fi is everywhere and free of charge. A bit lacking the TV offer.
Remarkable breakfast, served in a room on the first floor with views of the city and the sea, rich, with abundant supply of hot and cold dishes, salty and sweet.
The staff is extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I was not long, since attending a graduation party, I was only 5 hours, is near the walk. They offered very good food and the room was cozy.

Excellent hotel in first line of sea and with spectacular views of the suites. Spacious Suites very well maintained and retro-decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. You have direct access to a sports club just below the hotel with outdoor seawater pools and hot water, jogging area and tennis courts. There are spectacular views to the cargo port of the restaurant, breakfast with these views is priceless. Too bad I only stayed one night.

Site to scout with the best possible location. Upgradable facilities to be a 5-star. Deveria Update the offer of leisure to be more consistent with the price and otherwise a good site.

I got married in September of 2017, and the dinner was served in this hotel. We also take this opportunity to spend the night. My wedding was small but not the attention and the mime were minor. The attention was exquisite and the room that provided us with excellent. The breakfast I loved it, you can choose between multiple options. The parking is a little further away from where you will find the entrance of the hotel but they themselves will take the car and you bring it giving all the facilities. My special congratulations to the event service and the waiters who looked after us that day.

The truth is that it does not meet to the expectations that they want to give in this type of hotels, it is an old hotel, renovated just enough, to give an image of luxury hotel baths with tub old shower curtain, which I think is unhygienic, breakfast very expensive and poor quality, pastry, past, meats of laughter, a bit of ham in abundance, and two slices of chorizo and salami. The very big bed and the pillows are comodisimas, is the only thing that is worth it, yes to clarify we have paid x a suite, I understand that the beds are the best, as well as the very spacious room.

Very comfortable quadruple room and great personal treatment. Spacious and varied breakfast. To return.

I have gone on several occasions to events organized by various companies. On this occasion I have tried the brunch that they organize on Sundays… A brunch that starts at 14:00, it's not a brunch, it's a lunch. The facilities are very good, although the room of this "brunch" does not excite me. The staff were attentive and polite. Good food, but no great pretensions, just like the wine they serve. A 5-star hotel should be concerned that everything that serves is 5-star. If I based my score on the food or the drink would not go from 3 stars.

The NH Collection Finisterre Hotel does not detract from any of the international chain.
The room I used was worthy of a five star hotel as is this. Both the bathroom, as the beds and as the room in general were excellent.
Another point to highlight is the attention of the staff at all times, which was without a doubt exceptional at all times.
The reason my score is four stars is for two reasons that sealed my experience at the hotel: it is quite inaccessible, and although they will give you the car for you, getting to the hotel is not easy and the instructions that Google Maps makes you get They go through places that can't be traveled.
Both the spa and the swimming pool are outdoors, and although the water is at a good temperature, during the three cold months of the year it can be a challenge to take a relaxing swim in the spa. To all this it is possible to include that this area is not part of the hotel, but it is shared with more people of the outside although the users of the hotel have access.

City centre area. Well connected. Good facilities and very friendly staff.

The hotel does not do justice to the photos. It's pure luxury. The outdoor heated pool is amazing, being able to bathe in the middle of winter. The entrance to the hotel with the car is very difficult. Yes, you have to get in the tunnel that long underground, you're not lost. There is a very large parking nearby on the street (2 minutes walk) which is not paid, they are street squares.

The arrival was somewhat difficult by car. Good attention. I can't comment on the breakfast as we only slept. Adequate room, bed and great pillows. Bathroom below expected for a five star. It did not give time to know more facilities but it has a great sports complex.

This hotel has the advantage of being attached to the La Solana Sports Centre, which takes advantage of the facilities to offer its guests, 3 swimming pools, one for children, the large with seawater and air-conditioned. Sauna, showers, cafeteria, extensive jogging tours, tennis courts, is located next to the sea and close to the old town's historic quarter.

The only 5-star hotel in the city. Very well located next to the city Hall and the beginning of the promenade.

The hotel is very good. The location is very comfortable and allows for a very nice view despite being in a central location. The building is something old and it shows. However, some details like the double door, the lights in the cabinets or the quality of the amenities and bathrobes, counter with this. The lounges are awesome but the parking and signage are a mess. At the front desk they have drinks and sweets for the guests but we have not been offered.

An elegant hotel located in a beautiful enclave. Ideal for celebrations like weddings or farewells for retirement. The halls in which to hold the events, depending on the number of diners varies. The attention is exquisite.

Good value for money We chose this hotel for being 5 stars and see the pictures on the web. The reality is that the hotel is very left and needs urgent renovation, the pool area says it is air-conditioned, but it is only one and it is cold. The only good location, but I think there are more choices for this price.

It's ok. Nothing crazy for a 5 star hotel. Rooms are comfortable but some details are starting to look old/used. Breakfast is really good. Usually there's free parking space in front of the hotel.

Is the best hotel of A Coruña in all those fields. Its 5 stars are well deserved.

Only 5 star hotel in Coruña, on the paseo del Parrote beside the Town Hall. Service impeccable, beautiful areas common and rooms own of the level of the hotel. Parking with valet parking (outdoor) and very careful attention. Great Sunday brunch of events on the terrace overlooking the sea in summer and winter. Watch out for access by car as there is to go through a tunnel instead of directly since the area is forbidden to traffic except for buses, taxis and hotel guests.

I just went for a coffee, but there are good views, good service and price is not excessively expensive. Very happy the truth.

Unique 5 star, free parking at the hotel, and embedded in a recreation center that is open to its partners or the public in general, this not it is. I want to say that the pool is the recreation, the hotel's Center, although you have access to the same. The cafeteria, as equal. If you need something, maybe to the Recreation Center, while summer nights evenings open also a terrace pub which is next to the hotel.

The most elegant 5 star hotel of the city, unbeatable views over the Harbour and a full super sport area.

Does not deserve the 5 stars that has. There are hotels in Coruña that have fewer stars and offer best rooms and affordable prices. Worst of all is the service of reception that have.
I book two nights through Voyage Prive in the sea view Suite. The day of entry call to confirm the room and all right. Upon arrival we were in a room that was not contracted. To download and to communicate this we were told that it had been a mistake and that the next day they would give us the correct. It was not error since they know well what they gave us, twice said Suite sea view which was ours and got us into the other. If I could sneak them put us into a room below we had hired that why we were going. The worst thing was not that they would like to try fools, the worst was the face of the receptionist when (already warned by the receptionist at the previous day) gave us another room key without apologizing or anything looking at us with a certain air of superiority.
In short, to not go back or recommend to anyone. Not only the treatment but the stay in general.

Beware of the apathy of the staff at this hotel, when it comes to warn that the car that its guests parking in the area the hotel has for that task just at the entrance, can be removed by a crane without warning local police, since in reality there is a sidewalk. We imagine that the hotel does not pay any sanction by the urban development infraction which is build on a sidewalk, but this is another issue.
A hotel that clear lack of professionalism of the staff of the reception for your customers, by allowing that they stop their car at the entrance area of the hotel, without any kind of warning, which could be considered as even a scam. It is not the treatment that we would expect of a hotel, which only reflects its 5 star rating in the poster of the door.

Spectacular entertainment area.

Hotel for those who measure the quality by the number of stars. It is fairly well located, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. The room of medium size, with outdated decor and a poorly maintained (I guess that it will have them better). The hotel has no parking, there is an Esplanade where is the car outdoors, even indoors, and they charge you €15 per day! (courtesy of sea gulls and pigeons, exit car, direct-to-wash). Pool, spa, etc. It is outside the hotel. Finally to the partitioning of the star hotels in Coruña, they are plentiful, and put at least one in this. There are many better options in A Coruña.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room we had had the most comforable bed I've slept in and the breakfast ranks among the best (you can order what you wish from the chef in the corner of the buffet). Free and functional Wifi was also a good surprise. The outside pools are seperated into therapy, kids and swimming and are seawater fed. They make for a relaxing morning swim.

This hotel is the best in A Coruña, it has a delicious food. Great.
