In my opinion this hotel's rooms are very ruff I got a few splinters from ferniter. The beds are not soft. However I did like it and the location is nice and has some good food. Plus it has a pool.

Never again. Forget it. Dirty rooms, there is a spare linen, dilapidated structure, the third bed in the room was a mattress smashed into a drawer under the sofa. Food at bufet, but junk food, we were sick already on the first day, then forced to go out and then spend more than expected. Pool inaccessible as it is crowded. Too much noise, the room was in front of nightclubs so hard to sleep. Perhaps more suitable for families but unconsited for couples and groups. Fortunately friendly staff.

Great place for less money. I can’t expect 5 stars from them but it is really great and pleased place. All staff were great. Food was good. A little to small swimming pool but it doesn’t affect to anything. We had great time and will back in future.

This hotel has lots of very mixed reviews on the net but for the price I paid I can't honestly complain. If this is your one big holiday of the year that you've been looking forward too for months you might be disappointed but if it's just a cheap sunshine break you're after you could do a lot worse. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was edible and fresh if a little uninspired. The rooms were clean. Happily there were no roaches… which is pretty unusual for this island (even in higher end hotels) All in all a decent budget friendly hotel.

It's OK we wanted a four person room and got two beds a couch bed and a pull out bed, the food is not great although it can sometimes be tastefull the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the pool is always good fun for children.

Very bad, very poor, very clean kitchen. I will never go back to this property again.

I spent 8 days and 7 nights in Caleta garden and frankly keenly that I go back.
I've been having a great week.
2 minor problems (shower shower and door handle defective glass) set with a lot of professionalism in 15 minutes by a technician, but this did not ruin my vacation.
Perfect home (thanks Google translation), a few words exchange all the same in French a staff effort that is very appreciable.
Said a super animator, with good activities and animations in the evening and the top he spoke 5 languages… room, pool, Jacuzzi, party comunun own nothing to say and we see it soon in the morning the employees to the stain to ensure a quality service.
The only downside for me that does not eat fish, it will be top to have more red meat or chicken during meals, but good a small diet for the holidays is no worse either.
Frankly nothing to complain more than keenly that I go back.

Ignore any bad reviews on this hotel, if you want 5 star then pay for 5 star. We never went hungry, if you don't like the look of something remember you eat with your mouth, not your eyes. The location was perfect for us (4 senior citizens) the shops bars and restaurants only a few minutes stroll away. Yes there are bits that need some TCL, but the beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. The biggest problem was some guests who were completely inconsiderate, we even saw one young mum put her toddler in the middle of the pool table and let him bang all the pool balls on the table while she played on her phone.

Very basic and small. Always going to be 2 star. No where near 3 star. Well worth it if you only want 2 star.

Great value for money. Staff wonderful and so helpful. Food was great standard either something for everyone. Cleaning was of a high standard. Will stay here again. Great location.

The hotel is not equipped with the best furnishings but finally completely adequate. The rooms were clean and cleaned every 2 days. The food is varied, versatile and well prepared. Nice, friendly staff. The location is great. Walking distance is good. If you want more stars and expect more, you should decide to spend more money on your holiday.

Great holiday hotel-staff cannot do enough for you-very clean establishment-wide choice of Good freshly cooked food on a buffet style — have No complaints with no problems-we will be back.

The staff of the hotel were very attentive, both the kitchen, waitresses/waiters, as well as the staff who arranges and cleans the rooms. The hotel has a lack of important maintenance and should be updated. What is true is that the price is really affordable.

I would have said this hotel is cheap and cheerful BUT it's not. It's really really outdated (think of hotels in the 70s) and I would have said clean BUT it's not again. Everything was fine as we got used to this very old place until the last night when I was sleeping and a cockroach ran across me. So the last night we've been up since 12AM. Didn't get back to sleep as we then found another roach. The food isnt amazing they serve pizza and chips everyday so if you didn't like any of the other food you can always resort to that. BUT hardly nowhere to sit when you have food, also pool Is very small for the size of hotel it was also not clean. And nowhere to have sun beds, they do have a Jacuzzi on the roof, but this was very dirty too. The only thing I liked about this horrible hotel was the flavoured water they would have at lunch time and dinner. Staff are very friendly, hotel is 5minutes from the beach. But there are many hotels you could get close to the beach. Other than that DO NOT STAY HERE if you have high standards. As you won't be happy about your decision. It should be 1 star. Would definitely return to Fuerteventura but NOT this hotel ever again.

Great value for money, the apartments need a renovation they use a little outdated, the staff very friendly and the food very well, for the price we paid I was surprised.

Hotel is a in need of an uplift. A bit tired. Not enough sunbeds. Although I had a great time, lovely walk to the beach, plenty of shops, staff very helpful and friendly.

First and foremost I have to say its excellent VALUE for money. We spent about £850 for 2 of us 7 nights all inclusive (that also includes return flight and transfers to and from the hotel and airport). Its location is ideal only ten min walk from the nearest beech and another ten to a slightly nicer beech. Fantastic walk down to the sea front from which you can follow the path to the marina along the beeches and up to a shopping center in all about an hour each way. Rooms are basic but functional. Food in general is basic but a lot of choices and variations you'll never need go hungry Staff are A* very helpful always friendly Would defiantly come again.

Stayed there March 2017. Nice hotel our room over looked the road which was OK, not too noisy. Our room was spacious and clean comfy beds. Breakfast was tasteless & lacked verity. Lunch and evening menus were a bit better best not to be fussy.

The cleanliness is very good. The staff is busy, but especially at meals completely overwhelmed because apparently not enough service staff is employed. The food is okay, the pool is almost tiny and badly in need of renovation, like everything in this hotel. Outrageous are the additional costs, ranging from the ridiculous room safe to the offer offered to us a paid upgrade to a supposedly better room with pool view for a total of 70 euro surcharge. We rejected it and were happy about it, because the highly acclaimed upgrade would have brought us half the room with an unlikely amount of noise and a practical basement feeling. The cockroaches ran around in the foyer during the day. We have been on the road for almost the entire time and have explored the island, glad that the island has fascinating beaches. I can only advise everyone to spend their holidays there, unless you value it with a lot of tourists in the hotel at the much too small pool with lots of alcohol to spend.

You can't make a vacation worse.

Very clean, rooms can be updated but Very clean. All inclusive food, great breakfast, lunch & few dinners we ate were good but just like to eat out a bit too. Would definitely come back for the price it was very good.

Along with my partner and my son of 4 years we have stayed a few days in this hotel in the month of January with the all-inclusive. The experience has been rather positive. Quality and price exceeds the expectations. The location is very good and is very close to the beach. It is fair to say that the pool was closed because the are reforming (something positive in the future), but gave us the option of being able to use the other complex practitioner to the next, and be able to use in this bracelet are all included. It is also true that the rooms need a renovation urgently, but the cleanliness is acceptable. Without a doubt, the best thing of all has been the personal, attentive and friendly at all times. From the reception, to the waiters going by the animation are the main dish of Caleta Garden.

The rooms need a refurbishment as the decor is dated… The pool was under construction but not given the option of going to a hotel to the side to be able to enjoy it, in addition we were able to enjoy also there the all-inclusive. The buffet food is very good (quality and variety) and the workers are all very nice, always try to help you, to make you feel at ease and are lovely. Without a doubt, the staff is the best thing that has this hotel!

The hotel is very bad, filled with cockroaches the sud director pesimo never working the receptionist caring very wrong not to treat you well need to improve the staff and do not have an evening service I never stay in that hotel was terrible they are all incompetent.

Dirty, bad home room with poor insulation lets you imagine the noise at night. The food is not at all top. The rooms and apartments really leave to desired on unsanitary and dirt! Flee I advise against! And the staff does not communicate between them in you promises another room but finally the new receptionist decides that not.

So soon great we arrived yesterday and everything very good attention to the cleanliness of the food we are very happy to see these days, the staff very attentive with us.

I am just after returning home from 2 weeks here. I would definitely return again soon. Location is great, located close to restaurants, shops and beach. All staff we met were friendly and great at their job. The food was ok most nights and had a great verity. Our rooms were on the ground floor at the back of the building and were always well cleaned and never saw any bugs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good cheap holiday.

Very poor Hotel Very dirty restaurant room. The rooms are cleaned every other day… The TV is has payment like the hair dryer! Poor food there is no choice… place does Avoid.

Rooms are basic but nice and clean with running water and small kitchenette. The front rooms are situated onto the strip so can get a little loud. But all in all not too bad for the amount we paid for it. Cannot grumble.

Very nice budget hotel, food good, clean, the only downside is the pool area is not very big so quite crowded but they have 2 adult only roof terraces which we used and just came down to the pool when we wanted a swim. On the whole very good value for money.

The place is informal without any pretensions.

Cheap and cheerful. Food was better than expected, though the alcohol wasn't fantastic. Rooms were clean, though you could easily force the back doors open on 2 of the 3 rooms so not that secure. Nice friendly staff and reasonably sized pool.

Very friendly helpful staff for 3 star it is what it is rooms are clean and comfortable cleaned every 2 days situated for all amenities, beach is maximum 10 minute walk from the beach depending how fast you walk we wete absutely taken with the white sandy beach with clear blue sea WOW We ate definitely coming back — LOVE FUERTEVENTURA.

Only been here 4 days of a 14 day days stay, and it's very good here, food is lovely rooms are clean when we arrived hotel staff are friendly and hotel is clean as well.

Brilliant place value for money. Could do with a bit more staff but nice holiday no problems at all.

Well for 2 stars the hotel is on the whole no longer to act.
The rooms are run down and the bathroom is a little small but on the whole it's okay. When the hotel is renovated the whole thing looks different. If you're a lot out there, it's good. You can't say anything negative about food.

Bad ruined and dirty for German!

I went there for my birthday I loved it.

We went for a fortnight including xmas day. Havent been here for 2 years and things have changed for the better. Food has improved by a mile. New chefs and a good varied menu. Cleaning staff marvellous. Rooms cleaned very regularly but always has maintained high level of cleanliness. On the downside Tony no longer on entertainment. He's now a waiter! GiGi now on animation, nice young girl, very goodwith children but need Tony back for the adult side of things. I love this place, great value for money but PLEASE invest in a bit of an update. Furniture tatty and generally a bit worn out. Will I be going back? U betcha I will.

On The 17th To 28th March i Was At This Hotel first Of All. We Came To Canary Islands For Our 10th Anniversary when We Checked Into Hotel they Gave Us A Studio 2 single Beds. Bath Big Enougth For A 4 Year Old. i Managed To Get A Room With A Double Bed Which I Had Asked For. at A Cost A Further 50 Euro in This Bed And Bathroom Were Alot Better. sink Tap Was Loose In Kitchen. when You Empted Bath, The Water Leek Behind The sink. through The Day There Is Little Entertainment. The Bar Told Us We Couldn't Have A Pint, During The Day Time As They Kept The Glasses For Happy Hour. happy Hour Is When You Pay For A Drink. Even Though You Are All Inclusive.

I think it is a very smart initiative and I hope we all collaborate.

Apartment avarage, with the basics. For sleeping, grooming, and having little time on it. The habitacones old, but clean. Pay TV (only free TVE1, 24H, BBC World Service and RTL). Wifi payment. Basic kitchen utensils available (cutlery, glasses, cutlery, pans), but appliances rental and deposit. The pool somewhat crowded, the English are from 9:00 am, put the towel in the hammock and just as re-18.00, occupy the sunbeds and not using them. The buffet, basic, quality foods, variety fucking low. Breakfast very oriented to the English. The apartment is full of English, you there you're overseas. But price-quality ratio good, came out about 14€ per person per night (accommodation only). The Half Board we paid in compensation to be diverted from another apartment of the chain by overbooking.

I think it is a great to have an association for people who live in this beautiful part of Fuerteventura. It will be interesting to hear more about the activities, and also how we can support and help out.

I think it's great, so we can all live a little better and try to find solutions to so many problems among all.

Excellent location! It's advertised as 2 stars and you probably receive 2stars as well. It's as shown on the pictures. Pool is nice and big and the place is close to the beach and close to the nightlife as well as a supermarket. I would definitely go back.

Amazing resort. Lovely friendly locals great for families. Safe sandy beaches. You will love it!

Very friendly staff. Nice location as it is near a main shopping area and dining areas. The beaches are a short stroll away. We where all inclusive and got our monies worth of food and drink. Safe and quite at night in the complex. Ideal for families as kids are entertained at night.
