Pedantic and totally inappropriate behavior on the part of the reception.
When asking for a stay of 2 nights I was told that they were complete but they had free in a 1 star annex hostel. When asking for the price they said it was the same price as the 3 star hostel!. But when I asked if there was any kind of price or service adjustment for the category difference I responded that "what I expected to book last minute in the middle of a bridge", with a tone of unacceptable contempt. I don't want to think it could happen with any unforeseen at this hotel. No delicacy or empathy with the customer.

Very good value for money. Modest but very careful and very clean. Totally in the middle. Huge triple room with a balcony to quiet street. Comfy beds. They put some gifts in the room upon arrival: box of figs bonbons and a small bottle of wine. Totally unexpected in 2 star hostel. You get a little book about the most interesting of Guadalupe that prevents you from spending a euro on plans and books (you have to return to the farewell).
If I return to Guadalupe, I will repeat site without a doubt.

A hostel with hotel quality, twenty-five meters from the monastery square, comfortable room, clean, enough towels, bath Kit, clean the room daily, make the beds equally.

The room was very clean and the temperature was nice (it has heating by radiators).
We were surprised by the detail they had when we arrived, on the bed we found some chocolates and a small bottle of wine.

Although not a luxury accommodation and the facilities are already a few years old, the place has details that make it worth staying there. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. If I had to go back to this locality, I would repeat the site.

An outstanding experience! This small hostel just 50 meters from the world heritage basilica has the amenities of a five-star hotel all with small town, super friendly service! Highly recommendable!

It's perfect for your visit to this great place. Near the Temple of Guadalupe and the center of the town. If you like walking into the nature the town has a lot of routes. The owners are very friendly and the rooms are very nice. I love it.

Neither my lady nor I conociamo, Guadalupe or this Hosta, the two things we an enchanted Guadalupe for its monuments, I this Hostel for the care recividas on the part of the staff, pola cleaning the uvicacion (this in the center of the city), we had a mui happy of this TRIP.

Already knew Guadalupe but this hostel does not. The truth is that everything has seemed excellent. Treatment, welcome detail, all very clean and the bed very comfortable.
It has great views and the best is that it is very close from the square and the monastery.
My last visit was at the beginning of 2013.
I highly recommend it.
