Unfortunate customer service.

It is a very charming, romantic, elegant and refined. The rooms are amazing (the suite highly recommended) and the restaurant excellent. A hug to the owners who made us feel very good.

Ambient, personal, equipment, food — everythig was amazing.

Davide and Paola and Duchess made us feel like part of the family. Attention cuidadisima in all aspects. The place is spectacular, and the restaurant is of an excellent quality. We feel privileged to have been able to enjoy the hotel and the new suite is SPECTACULAR.

Thank you so much for letting us see it inside. A marvel of Hotel and surroundings.

Without a doubt, The Iron has been a wonderful discovery but we are clear both my daughter Elena as I have, that without Puntagrande would not have been the same, we've been as at home and so we made them to know Paula and David in the map, like back home! Without to forget of Carlos, a pleasure, and for some time they did not know anybody who caught both with his work and it shows in the treatment they deliver… thank you once again for a few unforgettable days, The Iron is already part of us.

It is one of the most beautiful areas of the whole island. The water in this place is very crystal clear, and the area in general has a very photogenic appearance. This hotel says it's the smallest in the world.

If you are going to el Hierro, dont miss the opportunity to visit el hotel Puntagrande a las puntas en la Frontera… The food is so good, the team very friendly and from there an amazing sunset…

Unbeatable location. Very nice room with marine atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable.

The views are excellent and it has very good service. We had a great coffee. The only drawback is the price, which is expensive, but of course, you pay exclusivity. By the way, it's four rooms, not one as mentioned out there.

I'm sorry, but the smallest hotel in the world is in Amberg, located 130 kilometers from Munich, it's a real box of surprises. It keeps intact its medieval constructions and the Hotel is called Eh'Häusl, an establishment only 2.5 meters wide and a total of 53 m2 on two floors, light colors, minimalist and refined decoration. La Punta Grande sigue siendo un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la hospitalidad local. Muchas gracias.

I just visited it outside for the peculiarity of being the smallest hotel in the world. It is in a very quiet place by the sea.

Beautiful, the shame is that there is not a bar service for the public as when it was its creator. The site is amazing and absolutely unique because of its peculiarity, where it is built and by the impressive sunsets that can be enjoyed, the interior is very characteristic and cosy, the exterior is currently a little poor, being able to take better advantage The great terrace of which you have. I understand that you have suffered the crisis very hard and being for sale I hope that the next owners can return all its splendor.

A very cozy place where I stayed for two nights. The noise of the sea and the wind at night is spectacular, total relaxation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they tell you stories of the hotel and they help you in whatever you need.

Easy. Ingenious. You just shouldn't expect too much. But that's what you're at the end of the world for. So almost. :-)

Mixed. The prices are deluxe, unfortunately not the rest. The gentleman is very friendly but it does not compensate.

Fantastic Location for dining and/or overnight accommodation, an ancient harbor building perched on the cliffs. A magical place. The interior is furnished with marine memorabilia, including a vintage diving suit. Do not ask for the menu list because it is not available: The cook will cook the Pescado del Dia according to the inspiration and the availability of the moment. The price for a dinner is related to the beauty of the place, however it is worth it to spend a few euros more.
