We liked the experience, very central, super clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff very attentive and very friendly, especially Alicia who was looking after us since we left the plane so that we had no problems to arrive and that we attended very Kindly from the first moment. I would definitely recommend and repeat for sure.

We were looking for a cheap hotel as the prices in Madrid are really very expensive and it was well located. This hostel fulfilled both expectations. Obviously not a five star hotel but you get what they offer and that's important. Clean, our room was just reformed and quiet. In an average street but in the heart of the city. We are satisfied with this choice.

I really did not like the room we got, very small, the bathroom clean and the bedding more or less clean.

Too expensive: NACHTLÄRM, heating is saved, very ring-hearing and small rooms, good: central location, mattresses.

The only positive was the location of this hostel. Everything else deplorable.
When I arrived there was no one in spite of arriving at 21 hours and they were advertised with check-in service until 23 hours. I had to call a mobile phone where I answered a woman's voice with a background bar noise telling me she was already on her way. After a bus ride, with the cold that towards the 1st of December (for who reads it, there were snowfalls that cut ports of mountains and generated a lot of delays) just to be waiting is not what most craves and, above all, to think that it would have happened if I arrive without battery or if n Mobile phone. The small room was perfectly matched if it wasn't for non-smokers and it stinks of snuff. The mattress too soft, the key of the light behind the headboard, if you do not wake up do not turn it off or move the whole bed. The lamp of the table unplugged, an adventure to find a plug. The simple glass window opened wide, I don't know where it was getting colder, whether inside the room or outside. I caught my first cold of the season in that room where I barely slept in the cold. The heating was almost unheated. So I got her up for the next day. I left the window closed, around the bed undone, the window equal, the room still smelled more like tobacco but at least it was heated. I put the heating to the top the next night to see if this time if I was able to sleep. The next morning the heating was cold.

Not a fine place. Actually very bad attention, the rooms are just OK. But is not a good place to stay…

Very good customer service. Very efficient staff. Em street parallel to granvia and very close to the Spanish steps to be three star hostel is very good.

Really close to everything. A parking, the center of Madrid, Metro etc. The portal is viejete but the elevator very modern, the pension seems reformed and room and bathroom clean and decent. The reception little involved but there is soap, gel and towels in every room.

No me has liked nothing. Dirty room. Shower broken. Very small the room does not have nor ventilation. Fights to the 5:30 in the morning. No volvería a repeat never in life. Not what I recommend.

We went on new year's Eve and it was the ecatombe. Petra, the loves of the hostel, was very convoluted; sometimes went into our rooms and we looked naked, but then he taught us his feet and us reconciliábamos.
