A very cozy restaurant, exquisite treatment and the quality of its excellent food, highly recommended.

Excellent atmosphere, spectacular cuisine, unbeatable service. Can you tell what one of my favorite sites is?

I stayed her for 2 night. The place is clean and the staff are helpful but the rooms are tiny.

We have just left madrid suites san mateo. We spent 5 nights and the suites and it was fantastic the rooms were a high standard. Very clean and fresh bedding we also loved the area it was great there was so much to do and a ten minute walk into the centre. There was also amazing bars and nightlife a stones throw away. The staff at the apartments were very cheerful and happy to help we loved our stay we will definitely be back again.

Pros: 1. Good location. About a 12-minute walk to Parque Retiro. 2. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. 3. Paperwork provided, explaining what needed to be done in terms of tenant’s part in maintaining the apartment. 4. Apartment was very clean. 5. A lot of dishes, appliances supplied. We didn’t use most items, but I was impressed with the selection. 6. Free bottle of water – which we really needed just after arriving. 7. Wi-Fi 8. Prompt responses to questions we had. 9. Room was cleaned halfway through visit (in my case 3 days). Cons: 1. Not enough toilet paper supplied (we were a party of 4). 2. Shower water tended to backup. The only other issue I had, which has nothing to do with the apartment itself, is the noise Saturday night. I am assuming that the building is not wholly owned by Aspasios. I was awakened in the middle of the night by loud drunks coming into the building. Other than that, the noise level was decent for a city apartment.

This place definitely deserves a 5. The only bit was when we pulled up early morning the door is all graph. Please don’t let this put you off. Beautiful attic apartment that comfortabley slept 5 adults. I pushed the two sofas together and had a fine 3 nights sleep. I’ll definitely be back! I’ve also recommended it to many friends already!

A cute boutique hotel in a quiet street with facilities required for a plesant overnight stay. Helpful staff and nice decor.

I've been staying to Madrid Suite for the weekend with my wife and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is amazing and the staff is really kind and helpful. All the good places are within walking distance and is really close to the tube too. Thanks a lot!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay in Madrid for two nights prior to returning to the US. The apartment we booked was nicely decorated and was very comfortable for the five of us. Sebastian was extremely helpful upon check-in and made sure that we knew our way around the property. Communication with the Aspasios team was quick. I would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers. The only detraction was that when we arrived we weren't sure that we were at the correct location because the door was black and decorated with grafitti and there was no name of the apartment posted.

The location is fantastic, with only minutes of walking to many bars and restaurants. The room we booked is small (2 double beds) but you have everything that you would have in a standard 3/4 star hotels. The most important thing is the room and the bathroom are very clean! The bathroom is well equipped with a nice sink, a small hair dryer and even a small but totally functional bathtub! The hostress is very nice of course. She helped us print documents when needed and provided us information regarding any questions that we have about the food/stores etc in the neighborhood. I would recommend this place for stay.
