Excellent, very good service, very good security always attentive, very clean place and excellent location, super recommended, first time on a host and I felt very comfortable.

Amazing location is all at hand, you have in front of the ham museum with brutal food and cheap birria. Then there are all the attractions nearby that for them you can pay a hop on hop off this saves us quite money and walks.

We had a wonderful stay there.
We were 10 people and thanks to this very central and complete hostel we didn't have to spend a million on sleep.
The doors do not have lock or anything, but no one enters any room that is not yours.
There are common rooms where you can meet new people from different countries which is a cultural opportunity.
At reception very friendly and the beds despite not looking super comfortable.
I'll go again as soon as I get the chance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers very clean. The bunk beds are a little awkward to climb and noisy. You have to pay for the towel, the lock of the locker, for storing suitcases…

This hostel was terrible. I booked it because it had good reviews, but I would never stay again or recommend it to anyone. The lockers didn’t have locks and the hostel charged 3€ for a lock to lock your own locker. No towels and the water pressure was a trickle and would switch back and forth from boiling to freezing water spontaneously. The host barged into our shared room without knocking while my wife was changing and just started rummaging around beds. The bedroom doors had no locks and the electrical plug was sticking out of the wall so there was no way to charge devices. The shower rooms had no areas to conceal yourself from opening and closing of the door and anyone walking by could see you. I know hostels are close and efficient types of rooming, but this was such terrible level of service. Stay away.

The guys were very kind to me and they helped me with everything. Very comfortable the common spaces and the bathrooms too. The room was OK although they could put the two sheets on and not just a savannah and a quilted, it is uncomfortable because the sheets are easy to wash, the padding not so much… But otherwise very well.

Place was clean and tidy. Male bathroom was a bit small but it was pretty clean and proper. Female bathroom was flooded somehow.

I had a problem with the reservation, we were charged one more night and now they do not take charge, we sent copies of emails where it said that the card had been rejected, that the reservation was falling, this three months before traveling, at the time of using the corresponding night and was paying, we were charged the reservation the other night that had fallen and we did not use it, and they wash their hands, that in my country is called scam.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. The room is comfortable and feasible with the money required. Cozy common area with fridges that you can use and a small kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The staff is really helpful and always there if you need any support. Lots of toilets and the shower place are really clean. If I have chance to visit Madrid again I’ll stay in this hostel.

Great place, amazing location, surrounded by shops and bars. Really comfortable stay in Madrid with friendly staff and a clean room. Would definitely stay again.

I came on a business trip to Madrid in the city center and 2 steps from the Puerta del Sol and metro very friendly.
