After several years Alojandonos in the in our special visits to Madrid; In the last month of May the landlady left us on the street alleging that we had expired the reservation the day before when 2 days before had spoken with her and asked us to make a room change Double to marriage and confirmed the room for 2 days later… he greeted us with bad manners and left us on the street; I call liars and said that we had not confirmed anything or called… bad manners and rudeness! We will not return!

Cozy and quiet room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended site.

A simple hotel but ideally located, close to a lively neighborhood and shops. The Gran Via Metro is a 3-minute walk away.
The couple that holds the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. A tip: Tell them that you support the Athletico Madrid and not the Real like us and everything will be fine:)

Central and budget accommodation.
It has a fridge, air conditioning, stove and Wi-Fi in the rooms.
The rooms are small and the bathroom does not have much ventilation.
The ones in charge of taking the hostel are very friendly.
It would improve a little cleaning.
I will stay here again.

A shame, I have been a customer for years but has been left too, raised prices slightly but the beds are already worked, rough towels, squeaky doors…

It is a simple place, clean. Lack of item, such as soap and shampoo. Difficult access to the hotel lift does not stop at the floor corresponding.

Some friends of mine were in September and for the price that has quality is curious. They have air conditioning and heating, bathrooms are neat and the rooms are smaller or larger.

Beds are made everyday (no clean sheets though you can probaly ask for it) clean towels everyday. Fridge in the room. Airco. Close to Gran Via. Very central located. Very calm and quiet inside. (street noise is low).

Hostel in building without reforming, very quiet, very austere decor and grey, little cozy but clean and good price. The rooms are renovated and clean bathroom, TV and fridge. Double room price is around 40 — €45.
