Good views, emblematic place of Madrid, very good attention on the part of the employees and affordable price.
A bit of noise being the place Q is with people at all hours and the antique furniture, but in conclusion well. To spend a night or two and see the center is acceptable.

I went last weekend and my partner and I received a superb treatment by the staff, and even did us the favor of us, our backpacks after check out until we left Madrid. To part, very well located. Without a doubt we will repeat.

Old rooms, nothing to do with what they show by booking, the noise at night is unbearable, if you are looking for something to return drunk and spend The hangover there is the site, if at least you seek to rest better find another site.

The place is falling apart!

Very reasonable for location and price. Excellent customer service, very clean though a bit derelict and could do with some renovations. Super central, so a bit noisy in the evening. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they tidied it up, very unexpected and pleasant surprise as for the looks of the place you would not think they would do that. Comfortable bathroom with plenty hot water. Pity Wi-Fi only works in the common area.

Very good location. Good customer service. Good price. It Has Wi-Fi. It is not the most comfortable and the area is noisy. But it is a 2-star hotel or a hostel. Seems fair to Me for what you pay.

Pesimo, dirty, no, but that dirty, the bathroom fully of piss in the bath and the bidet, and the vater no clean up either. The room was filled with dust, but dust weeks ago, the bed is not inviting to rest, and in general the room was bad roll. We wanted to go for the discontent that we had, to part of the plague to pipelines that was incredible, and not left us, well, we simply said that we could go but that we would have to pay stay the same for 55€ the night, awesome! and without words we stood, the only "solution" they told us that we changed room, I had the feeling that seemed to us a favor even, in summary, I do not recommend even my worst enemy.
