I booked a room on the booking and said it was cancelled for free, but I was charged first. It's been three months since I cancelled it for free, and I haven't refunded my room rate. If you need a place to leave the bag, cheap and close to all this is your place. The pension in very bad condition. But the price is I remembered the facilities. Just to go to sleep.

It is very nice I have a bathroom in the room I thought I was not going to have, I am in front with balcony, air conditioning and Tele, Wi-Fi in the middle of the metro steps.

On the occasion of a short stay in Madrid I did not want to pay expensive and at the price of the night (€20) I did not expect a luxury and frankly I spent the worst 2 nights of my life. Positive location in the heart of the city.

As well as I booked, I arrived and had to go out and look for another hotel. The worst thing I saw on a journey (literal). Strong odor to humidity, extremely small space, low ceiling, moving pipe beds. The air conditioner dripped water on my pillow (which I thought was the height). I don't recommend it at all.

Traumatic experience. My friends and I are not pretentious but very humble people, honestly we were not expecting anything, just a place to sleep but it was really tremendous. Dirty place, lots of dust, dirty towels, we slept dressed and as a blanket we used our jackets. The shared bathroom was always dirty and in bad condition, and especially the poorly qualified and arrogant staff. If you can avoid even the neighborhood was dangerous.

The location is very good, in Gran Via, a very touristy location. The Wi-Fi was quite bad as only 2 of us could connect to it at a time. The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly.

If you are on a very low budget and just want a place to crash after a drunken night out, this might suit you. But if you can afford to pay a bit more then do avoid this place. It's just charmless.

We took a triple at very low price on booking, we did not expect much more than a similar hostel with Withschool of the 1930s as a desk and no cupboards… good for those who do not seek the comfortable and relaxing holiday… Central and Strategic… a few steps from RI Cercatissimo Restaurant "La Barraa"/e three minutes from La Gran Via.
