I have very bad experience. Although staff was nice but air condition was not working. I changed room 3 times but same hot in all room. I couldn’t sleep all the nights.

Clean. Take it easy. Cheap. In the worst place in Madrid, but if you have a car it is a great solution to stay in a decent place without paying millions.

We had a great time at the Mercader. To anyone reading the reviews about the location, don’t worry. You take the 130 bus straight to Villaverde Bajo-Cruce metro station, and take line 3 straight to Sol. Our favourite employee, Sylvia, explained this to us and gave us a map. It was easy! It is worth it to stay in such a great hotel. All of the staff are so nice and the rooms are clean and modern. We enjoyed our time in Madrid, and I thank the Mercader staff so much for being helpful!

If you have your own car, you will feel comfortable here. Our room was very clean and the area quiet. In addition, we paid little more than for the youth hostel, which offered nowhere near as cozy rooms. Absolutely recommended.

Very good hotel. The room and the bathroom very clean and nice. They were luxurious in letting me leave my dog in the room while I was going to the hospital. The lovely receptionist like all the staff I tried. I would definitely repeat if I have to go back to Madrid with my dog. Very grateful for everything.

Pretty good, the only thing I didn't like was the second bathroom door has a bit of an opening, in the case of the room I chose I had two washbasin and one of them yes that was OK the door. The bathtub le Aría is missing some place to grab, as for older people it can be difficult to get out. For everything else, all right.

It's a quiet hotel and a good price.
The only downside is that there are no nearby places to eat.

Spacious hotel located in Mercamadrid. It is comfortable and modern, with good room service and reception. Helpful and friendly workers. The downside is that it is far from the center, you have to take the car and you have to identify in the Poe of the entrance on all occasions. Otherwise it is offset by the price.

Outside noise of trucks ripped at night that does not allow to rest well, raid curtains through which passes the street light during the night. Breakfasts and dinners are served in broken crockery. The staff complies.

Decent clean friendly and well policed but a few extra blankets would, nt go astray in winter months Carol giving out cause there was only 2 and none for her.

No Wi-Fi. When I asked the receptionist about it, he told me my room wasn't in the router's reach as if that had been a totally acceptable situation. The hotel is virtually impossible to be reached by public transport. The taxi from the city center to the hotel costs about 25 EUR, that is to say when the taxi driver can find the hotel, which becomes tricky at night as the entrance to Mercamadrid gets closed in one point. If you're a tourist, pay 50 EUR more to a hotel room in the city instead of paying for a taxi. Also too loud. There was a crazy guy playing loudly with his phone and speaking loudly at 3AM for which I had to call the receptionist to intervene.

It was I nice room but in the night it was very cold on the room self no blanckeds avabele. The dinner was also not good the breakfeast was verry good. So good and a comment what can be better.

The room is fine but then the food is lack.

Not far from AirPort, industrial area, once you get there secururity checking you so its very good, safe place, clean hotel, Nice rooms with TV and Wi-Fi, Nice food, 100% happy, defo can recomend.

Proper hotel with a comfortable bed quiet silent we find us with dirty walls in one of them with a large patch of what appeared to be blood that gave enough grima good parking good safety and yet I still do not understand how in a 4 star hotel and a room for two people only put a chair a bar of SOAP in bath gel and everything as if only were to be occupied by a person.

The hotel was very well located geographically, the rooms were pretty well but had some problems. The service was a bit unfortunate, and the restaurant food was very disgusting.

The hotel is good and rooms are large. We liked that the bathroom would be separated from the room by a translucent glass, although if you're not going as a couple is not very advisable.
It agrdece that the water from the minibar is free and at the reception give pizza, coffee and soft drinks 24 hours a day.
The only drawback that the hotel is that whenever you leave and enter the enclosure you have to stop at the toll booth and teach the Dni, with the loss of time that that entails. It would be ideal to have a card duration of the stay. Because in the toll there are many who are not very friendly.
If it wasn't for the subject of the toll would repeat a week every 2 months that I am going to Madrid, but that I made a little back.

Hotel location, away from the bus station, shops, restaurants very close, within walking distance to all historical sights. This is very suitable for tourists to live, also has a nice terrace to have breakfast on. Staff friendly helpful, arranged airport taxi service is very good, thanks Stefan!

Very bad management of our booking. Call the day prior to arrival to secure the reservation and we confirmed it. When we arrived we had no reservation. At the end they gave us a room paying 60% more and the worst thing is that you were rude at all times. We all can have an error but customer care is essential and it was disappointing. Apart from that, many details in the rooms are not typical of a 4 star hotel.

A good night's sleep away from the noise of Madrid, definitely will return again.
