Great location. Fabulous facilities. All the staff a 10 and I want to highlight the cleaning service and the reception team for their great professional. When I return to Madrid I will repeat without a doubt.

To be honest, I booked this hotel in a hurry and expected it to be more like a travel lodge — how wrong I was! My friend and I came to Madrid for the Mad Cool festival which turned out to be a bit of a dissapointment (the music was great but the organisation was poor at best… dangerous at worst). Thank goodness we had a lovely hotel to retreat to. The staff were kind, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and the pool provided an oasis in an otherwise stressful few days. Despite the fact Mad Cool could have marred our experience of Madrid, we left the city with a warm view of Spanish hospitality and wanting to come back one day. Thank you, lovely people!

Very good hotel. Room are smaller than other hotels on that category. But modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing!

Very good attention. It has a swimming pool, tennis court. Ideal for celebrations (weddings, communions, baptisms…). There are meeting rooms. Affordable prices. It is the reference hotel for bullfighters, pilots… Waiting room, cafeteria. Between the sales meters (lines 2 and 5) and Park of the Avenues (line 7), bus 21 and 53. A few meters from the bullring of sales.

Elegant and cosy Hotel, close to the bullring of sales. They have rooms reserved for meetings and events, with the possibility of enabling a tent in the garden for the cocktail. Good place for business events and congresses.

Very nice recevining after having Lost the connection. Dinner late for the occasion and beautiful buffet for breakfast.

Meeting rooms and well-equipped events. Always clean and cozy. Very very expensive hotel Parking (about 15 euros for 3, 5 hours) and very small squares. It is worth parking outside (there is green and blue area near the hotel) for a short stay.

The room was very nice, but a little on the smaller side. Convenient to public transportation.

I attended a work meeting. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious. The inner courtyard during breaks gives game.

We usually repeat at this hotel whenever we can. We go in family with a girl with a high disability and it has always been all fantastic and excellent treatment. Thank you very much to Pilar, Marisa, Silvia and everyone else!

It's my landmark hotel in Madrid. It is a modern hotel, well located and with competitive prices. But the best thing is the staff. Professional and charming people who make you feel at home. Especially to highlight Pilar is the one that gives the touch of joy from the first hour of the morning. They're the best!

I have been this week at a business meeting and the convenience, cleanliness and location are extraordinary. The service of Resé is very good.
But if something can bring even more added value, it is the quality of the human team, which was very good in all areas.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, the staff where excellent, the breakfast is very good. The hotel is generally quiet and comfortable. It’s not very central so not ideal for tourists.

Excellent value for money and very good location. In the park of the avenues, near the square of the sales, and well connected with airport and Renfes. The M-30 is a step away. This neighborhood has a good gastronomic offer. Friendly staff.

Need an urgent refurbishment. Overpriced. Location not very attractive.

The room is a little small, lacks light on the ceiling and I missed a few details that you expect from a hotel of this price. The amenities are a little scarce, no toothbrush, slippers or bathrobe, for example. The bed and the pillows, very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good, including a large timetable, especially on weekends.
The price of a parking space is exorbitant, €24 a day.

The room was good. All very clean. What. Only one that didn't work the hot air to warm up the room.

We celebrated our wedding in it, and the truth is we would do it again. We were looking at other places to celebrate and in the end we were convinced this. The deal from the beginning was insurmountable, and they advised us very well with everything. They also gave us the wedding night in the premium room. The people also went out delighted saying that the menu was ten. Everything is also good price.

The receptionist who attended us was very nice. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Impeccable cleaning. The hotel is located just a few metres from the bullring and the Metro stop.

In this hotel very close to the Plaza de Toros I found myself very well, modern room and especially the breakfast left me speechless, rich and of great quality I think if I go back to Madrid.

Great location The housekeeping staff very very good. Especially a blonde lady who has short hair she cleans really well the rooms. Pool Nickel. Lunch at the top. Really do not hesitate to book a room. NH I Love.

Nice Hotel. As I am a platinum rewards member I had a pretty big room with a Nespresso coffee machine. Wireless network was pretty slow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with huge selection; At the reception there is water "with taste", fruit and sweets; Very friendly staff. Good location-approx. 5 minutes on foot to the metro station "Ventas", 10 minutes from there by Metro to the centre.

Quiet location. Nice air-conditioning and free coffee/tea and water in room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fresh towels and water every day after a long day of walking.

I have been provided accommodation in this hotel due to a flight delay. The evening meal is the worst I have been offered for many years. The first course was a small bowl of pasta which was barely warm with an indifferent tomato sauce. This was followed with a plate with 3 small pieces of lukewarm chicken bulked up with a thick breadcrumb covering with some nearly cold chips. The dessert was a very small portion of fruit salad. I would avoid eating in this hotel: most roadside cafes can provide better rate than this. One star is probably too high for this place — the only redeeming feature is that the dining area looked clean.

I am actually hating this place. Noisy and with terrible/non existent internet. Not good atmosphere either. It is clean and looks good, but there is no way I can sleep well or be productive here. So definitely not my cup of tea.

Clean hotel, however, there are several issues: 1. Noisy rooms overlooking the street with many buses 2. Small rooms 3. Internet speed is absolutely terrible 4. Bad location, far from central Madrid A fine hotel if you are with a tour group. Metro is 10 min walk away. If you are on business do not stay here! The internet connection is so slow as to be almost useful. I will not come back to this hotel.

Great location, very good place to be.

Modern hotel with a good value-for-money. The staff is very polite and helpful. Very clean and neat. Sits in a quiet neighborhood. Small shops/bakeries/restaurants are around. A 10 minute walk will take you to the subway station or the bullfight arena. A bus line going directly to Porta del Sol runs through the next street.

Not recommended, while towards the city tour, they disappeared 200 dollars my suitcase, which surely was the cleaning, the reception they said sure is I lost that money, being denied by my several times, ultimately did nothing to solve the problem…

In the restaurant we ask a ceviche that tells the waiter who is going to fill and it is that it brings us a giant plate of a mini ceviche… and then we find a gum chewed in the bread basket. The waiter even apologized. Too bad.

It is not a downtown hotel but is well located and with good communications. Friendly and good service.

My company held an event with customers in the hotel. The Organization was great. Many customers congratulated us for the quality of the catering served.

Great promo piscina+menu, although on weekends is almost impossible, must call to ensure that there are squares.

A four star very nice. The area is not bad but you have to move by metro to reach the places of leisure. Very good service.

Hotel located in a quiet setting but close to the M30 and Avenida América interchange. The parking is public access but the prices are very expensive. Otherwise similar to the rest of NH Hotels.

Esta cadena de hoteles tiene muy buena fama y mcuhas estrellas. Así que recomiendo la hospedia en estos hoteles puesto que siempre hay un buen trato al cliente y la limpieza esta sobre todo lo demás. Muy recomendado para todos los que necesitan un buen sitio donde hospedarse.

My experience at nh hotel has been a unique experience, as my girlfriend and I have done our party hotel wedding, where tents, spaces to make commemorations, and then a large living room for dinner, we love personal, and overnight in the hotel suite, we also gave to remember always.

Clean neat curious and the best hotels in madrid but of course who would say otherwise this chain of hotels that tell you that you have to go to go to the best hotel in madrid and its surroundings that you the recomientdo to all jajajajajajajajaa and the other jeejee recomiendp this place for families and all type of public bone that I don't say more Eres.

The same old story. Free services which never work and the staff couldn't care less. Some support and attention is the minimum one would expect. Not true in this hotel (in my case).
