Very comfortable and clean hostel. Very good experience.

Very well located. Small room with two beds but more than enough. Clean and hopefully we had our own bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pretty good value for money and the area in it is located. Rooms somewhat simple but clean and perfect for a stay of a few nights as a dorm if you spend most of the time in the streets of Madrid. The only thing I did not like was the shared bathrooms between 3 or 4 rooms, which did not specify or did not see when hiring.

All great and as we expected. The rooms are spread over two floors of a building. The rooms are a good size and have good décor and cleanliness, the best bathroom. Very friendly staff. The worst thing is the bad soundproofing of the doors.

Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is a good hostel to sleep and clean 10 minutes from the center by public Transport.

Very good location.

Super clean and comfortable facilities, the whole building very warm, and… very good deal on the part of the employees!
We were warned that you can leave the bags there even if it is time to check out the hostel if you want to spend the day in Madrid and then go to pick them up.
We needed to take a few copies and asked where we could go to get them and they printed them there without problem… Small details that don't have to do it and make a difference.
I hope to return soon!

Excellent location to go to the new Teatro Alcalá. Very close to excellent Madrid charming bars very friendly in the hostel.

Very good location. Cleaning OK. They have parking at a good price. The shower despite being hydro massage did not work more than the normal mode. The mattress was very comfortable.

The best of the hostel is the excellent location, the facilities are basic, some rooms are quite better than others, in the three that I was missing maintenance control in Gral, with this cold ice cream I was two days without heating and no hot water, and With a tremendous smell of paint that came from the apartment upstairs that were renovating, but covered the roof grid (no extractor) The smell followed the same, do not stop coughing in days and irritated me the eyes of the smell so strong and toxic. Good service. Small details Eliseo The difference, a good adviser is missing a specialist in the subject, and not an improvised one. The question is that the same room, talking about the old, I charged some days 35 euros and another 80 euros, and in the same month.

Very pleasant place, super clean and nice did not expect that for the money.

This review is a cause for disappointment. In the last year I have booked five times in this hostel. By circumstances, I have had to cancel the reservation twice and at no time have I asked if I could recover the money or at least transfer the reservation. It is true that I have done the day before due to work circumstances, so I took for granted that the fault was mine… But I could have tried to negotiate, or explain (you know, the one who does not cry not mom and that). As I say, "guilt" was mine and that's it. However, every time I called to book a room of the same characteristics I was going up five or ten euros. All right, I said, the cost of living goes up. The last time I booked, however, they called me the day before to ask me if I didn't mind staying in a lower-class room that I had booked, which had sprung up an urgency. They asked Me for the "favor" as "regular client. " I told them no problem. I did not suggest, by the way, lower the price of the room. It's okay, I said, the place and the area I like. Today I call to book for this Monday and I say that for an event that have the single room that I can offer I get less than 130 euros. I do cry today. Please, wouldn't there be some room out there for me at the usual price, since I'm "regular customer"? They say no. And that has pushed me to write this tirade. I said, a disappointment.

Good location, in a very nice neighbourhood. The elevator is a bit old and is slow, but everything else was fine.

The location of Hostal Salamanca is perfect to attend events. The rooms are comfortable and have heating and all the services. In my case the bathroom was out of the room but it was very clean and had all the amenities.

Comfortable rooms and nice staff. Cool little lounge to chill in and really close to a Subway. Only a 15 minute ride to puerta del sol which was very convenient.

Not advisable. The bathroom wide no more than 80 cm in the room (or better microcamera), in the true sense of the word, meaning that the bathroom was divided by a sliding door but in one environment. In practice my bed was less than 50 cm from the toilet.

Had to go a day to madrid and I was without a hotel, I saved the weekend, week, very good deal, very comfortable rooms, the shower is great and the place where it is located is the best because here you can quickly go to the center of Madrid in a short time.

A clean and pretty good hostel. I've been in a room with bathroom shared by €24. The shower is small, but clean and worked well. Room with TV, heating and clean. I'm pretty happy. But the car has cost me € 20 a night. I think a brutality and for that I give them 2 stars.

Very poor hygiene. In the wc had hairs Cup, much dirt on the floor, a piece of skin on the top of the bedside table and a Booger in the bed sheets.

Great hostel, my parents came to visit me to Madrid last week and stayed here, not I thought that it would go as well. Super nice, clean, modern and all super fixed, will recommend it who come and visit me to Madrid.

Very well located hostel, right in the center of the city and well connected with several subway stations walking distance. Excellent quality for money.

I was lucky enough to find this hostel which proved me very comfortable and Nice, it has a very good price and your service is phenomenal. The rooms or at least where I was dyed almost everything you need to make a very good stay. Highly recommended.

Because you put not so serious prices more easy small bedroom $ 35 bedroom ensuite double € 50.

Very good value for money hotel. Well located less than 200 m from the Bercerra manual Metro mouth (line 2). Car Parking at 20 €/day. The room is clean although a smell of cigarette and kitchen (Indian restaurant located below) persists but nothing much serious!
