Amazing! The service was welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and simple. The vibe is comforting for most of everything is familiar. The hotel room was clean and nice however the bathroom is a glass door of course with a dark design that covers the ability to see through it but you could see a faint color and figure through it. Audibly you can hear people use the bathroom, oof and it destroys privacy to do your businesses otherwise a great place.

Old meets new. Loved the way they preserved some of the old features, like the brick work, and mixed it with a very modern and stylish decor. The staff were brilliant. I was over for the marathon and the finish line was a 2 minute walk from the finish line. First choice hotel for my next visit.

I enjoyed this hotel and it’s boutique setting immensely. The front desk service was excellent; Veronica and Natalia were very friendly and had great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing! The rooms were meticulously designed with old and new. What a beautiful old building with exposed brick, high ceilings and state of the art lighting and design incorporated right in. The breakfast had an extraordinary array of choices from fruit to pastry to tortilla to hummus and ham. Fabulous.

Decor was a bit too dark and dreary for us. My little one would start crying everytime we would enter the hotel. Breakfast was good but overall the service was less than mediocre.

Room was great. The lobby staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. The hotel is in a great location. What more can one ask for?

Close to downtown in quiet area. The room was on the ground floor with Ikea style bunk beds. The breakfast area in the basement a little overwhelming. But it has family rooms that for us that we are a family of 5 is a nice saving plus has a kitchen area inside the room, very convenient. All in all recommended even if the price leaves to be desired.

Location was perfect for the main sights, rooms although not big were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. 1st class for service.

Great hotel. Good location. Beautiful building combining old character with a modern feel. Good Wi-Fi. Lacking choice of English TV channels (the norm in Spanish hotels). Room service had a small menu but had amazing options of vegetarian meals at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately room service ends at 23.00. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was a little hot though even with the thermostat turned down. Opened the window to cool down but resulted in it being a bit noisy. Still really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there the next time we are in Madrid.

In love with this hotels in Madrid. I'm going with the family. With spacious rooms and located in the best areas of Madrid right treatment. Comfort and elegance assured. I have been to several of the chain and in this particular I have repeated a couple of times… Because of its location and the good feelings that make us feel the family.

Strategic Location in elegant area, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, rich and varied breakfast, from vegan to everything more, fruit of all kinds, relaxing lounges with possibility of tea and coffee… I would go back and recommend it.

Good location We use a family room with bunk beds: very spacious! Comfy beds. Very large shower. Friendly staff. Cleaning maybe just a 7 over 10 in some details. Otherwise it's all perfect.

Very central Hotel, in a quiet street considering where it is located. It's an old renovated estate. Parking is not available.
The room we got was interior, but nice and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband & I recently had a 2 night stay here visiting from Australia. We were very happy with location, easy to walk to were we wanted to go. The room was roomy, very clean, bed was comfortable. Maria & staff made us very welcoming & helpful in directions etc. The breakfast was amazing, never have I seen such a selection. Was very happy. Thank you Maria.

I Had a lovely and pleasant stay at the Hotel, which is really cute and comfortable, with an outstanding breakfast and all the details. Staff were also very polite and helpful. All facilities were up to a high standard of cleanliness as well.

We wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was perfect: the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and breakfast was AMAZING. If we come back to Madrid, we'll definitely book with Petit Palace! We had two SMALL issues. The man at the front desk was very nice, but when he made his restaurant recommendations on the map he gave us, we couldn't read his handwriting (and I teach primary school! ) and we had to return to the front desk to ask what the names were a second time. When we arrived at the recommended restaurants around 7 and then at 7:30, they were closed, which would have been nice to be told, especially since we were very hungry and had walked a little ways to get to these places. The bathroom was beautiful, be we felt awkward about the noise that came through the glass door when one of us was using the commode. We had to turn on the TV to create privacy.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Always had great treatment from the staff and the rooms are quite pleasant. Good breakfast and a cafe outside on the street. In a good area close to museums.

We enjoyed our stay at Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza. Prior to our arrival, the staff made a dinner reservation for us and during our stay were helpful. Our room initially had a noiisy AC but it was fixed very quickly. Location is excellent.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Inconveniently modern. Have fun figuring out the shower, for example. Duvet only with no top sheet. Not good if you don't like a warm cover sleeping.

Very cozy and in a very good location! I was there for 4 days and it was very comfortable! It is also ready for disabilities with a elevator that brought you from the bottom of the stairs of the lobby to the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody!

Loved our quick stay at Lealtad Petit Palace. It is a beautiful hotel with the mix of modern and old design. The front desk staff, Bianca, was so helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us from giving directions, confirming our restaurant reservations and reserving an airport taxi for us. It was all very much appreciated. The room was lovely and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. I would definitely stay there again next time we visit Madrid.

A very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are on the small side but nicely appointed and very quiet — I previously stayed in a hotel on the other side of the Paseo and that was a completely different experience in terms of noise levels at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is varied and very good.

We had a very enjoyable stay at your hotel. The room was good but what made the stay even more enjoyable was the brilliant service provided by your staff. In particular a young man who I think was named called Luis Gomez was absolutely brilliant. He went out of his way to help us enjoy the hotel but also to enjoy our short stay in Madrid.

Our second visit and a very pleasant one. Two issues: * You have to be a contortionist in order to reach the toilet paper when sitting on the loo. Such a beautifully designed bathroom for sure should not have such a flaw. * I usually do not bother to bring shampoo and body soap when staying at high end hotels, that usually have l'Occitan or the like products. This time, however, I regretted that. The hair and body shampoos seemed better fit for a cheap motel. The reception we got from Blanca was outstanding. She was truly a professional and very friendly, and went out of her way and beyond what could be expected to obtain information for us.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel! Very helpful staff would go out of their way to help with questions, reservations, return flight check-in etc. Location is superb, very nice neighborhood, next to Prado and the beautiful Retiro park. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Short and concise reviewer: Very nice room: Good beds, very nice shower and bathroom, large rooms with desk and seating area. TV have a mere 12 channels, and only Spanish (besides RT) OK service: We were helped when needed at reception, a bit slow. Very good cleaning crew (even folded our clothes). Usually nice to us. Breakfast was disappointing, very expensive and poor. Good breakfast places around.

A hotel that does not charm, lack the apartment on the ground floor is a little dark and lack of basic equipment (coffeemaker and Kettle). The closure of the shower was not very convenient for children, but otherwise the rest was perfect!
The loan of bicycles (including for children) is also a plus. Your welcome as well as breakfast service is very professional. Bravo!

A very clean and comfortable hotel in a beautiful building near the Prado museum and only a 15-minute walk to the Atocha Renfe train station. I only stayed a night, but I was very happy with my stay.

Lovely hotel well positioned for central Madrid. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled amazing! the only issue I had was that the air con was not switched on and I was very hot at night.

The front desk is very helpful for lending us baby basin, hot water kettle and pushchair. The kids love the surprise toys and we love the champagne at breakfast!

This is a great place, very friendly staff. We had three children, perfect hotel for us. The room we stayed was great, outdoor shower and a balcony! Hotel is in a central position, in the Park (Lake and boating), a first-class Museum and Café — VIPS is a great breakfast place — all of which, just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Comfortable and quiet room on the 5th floor, beds comfortable, bathroom clean with a large shower. The excellent buffet breakfast. And above all the staff very friendly and attentive. They climbed a detail by Valentine's day. The hotel is in a very good, quiet and central area. We will definitely repeat.

the rooms have a German television station, flat-screen TVs, incl what is completely sufficient! great design, everything looks modern and futuristic! at the reception you will be welcomed, the communication is possible in german and English! Hotel guests colourfully mixed, mainly business people!
