Not bad at all for the price but they had no Wi-Fi for two or of the the days that we were there.

A 4 star hotel of a lifetime but that retains in addition to essence, good service. It is very well located as it is close to several points of interest and in a quiet street.

El baño tiene todos los accesorios que necesitas para el aseo y el cuidado además de disponer de una bañera bastante grande. La tele es pequeña pero funcional. En general es aceptable.

The rooms are huge and the beds too. I slept like never before. Being in a very central location you could not hear anything inside the rooms, the insulation was excellent. Hotel de 4* con ambientación historica (Juan de Austria) consta de 46 habitaciones. Con muy buena ubicación, cerca de metro de Bilbao y diferentes lineas de bus, muy céntrico y con muchos restaurantes cercanos para comer. El servicio del hotel es muy amable y profesional, sobre todo recepción.

Well… The staff is very friendly, but… remember the hotels of many years ago, need a facelift, little light in the bathroom, in which hotel now there is no magnifying mirror? Or a plug in the bathroom? Not one! One in the whole room… if there is another… I prefer not to return.

The room we had was quite spacious, but it is dated and could do with a renovation. The walls are very thin and we could hear people on both sides of the room talking and watching television. The location is quite central, being and 20 minutes walk to the main area in central Madrid.

Very good place… it is easy to manage with the underground… or you stay there in the vicinity for shopping and eating. It is more economical than the downtown area and the businesses are as good as the downtown comfortable place. Clean. Nicely decorated. Rooms and bathrooms very spacious I would have liked the price include the full breakfast the negative… no coffee maker. Very small TV. And the worst thing a lot of noise from one room to another… Luckily after 24 hours everyone sleeps. Je. Je.

Excellent value for money, in a decentralized area but close to the metro, comfortable and quiet rooms, a little dated furnishings but all in all suitable for the type of structure promoted.

Hotel very well located and with modern and comfortable facilities. The decor and ambiance is quite classic, but the general condition is very good.
