Sweet little hotel, clean, great location, comfortable bed and pillows, and excellent breakfast!

Mi primera vez en Madrid y escogí este hotel para hospedarme y es una elección de la que no me arrepiento. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue EXCELETE, muy buena localización, las habitaciones súper buenas y lo mejor los trabajadores que te hacen sentir como en casa siempre un trato amable, atento y profesional y en especial su directora Itxi, que hizo todo lo posible por brindarnos su hospitalidad, he quedado encantada con este lugar sin duda un sitio al que voy a regresar.

Very central. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is somewhat small and lacking a small renovation, but correct.

A very cozy inexpensive hotel in the heart of Madrid.

Wonderful hotel. When you walk in the door a beautiful smell hits you. Stylishly decorated. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great with a choice of many different foods. For a side street hotel the views were impressive and quaint. Our room was highly specced with all you would need. Room Mate Mario made our honeymoon all the more special. Thank you x.

Trendy design, super clean, staff friendly and helpful, multilingual and efficient. Centrally located, 5 mins walk to the Palace.

In the middle of downtown and very close to the royal palace and subway. Warm breakfast everyday with some selection of cold items juices and pastries. Nice room with big closets. Clerks are very helpful, corteous and able to speak English if needed.

Easy access using underground train from airport and convenient location. Comfortable beds and gracious staff.

I did not do pictures but trusted the local tourist… perfect.

Hotel in the Cento area of Madrid with Opera Metro stop. Very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is great, an outstanding intercontinental breakfast.
If you have to go to Madrid I recommend Room Mate because it is close to all the main attractions and is a quiet area.

Great. Pretty much downtown. At 50 meters of the Opera Metro station and a few hundred meters from the royal palace, Pizza Major, Porta del Sol and Gran Via. I recommend it without any doubt.

Hotel in the center of Madrid, with modernist decor, rooms of normal size, but that give a good value for money.
Very clean and with welcome details in the room (water, some gominolas and in some you have a kettle for tea or soluble coffee).
The bed is very comfortable, I slept great.
Very friendly staff willing to make the stay easier. I had a problem with a room and they solved it at once.

Perfect location very close to the Gran via area (Sol, Preciados, Fuencarral…). 2 minutes from the opera Metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superb hotel located in the city centre close to the shops, the Plazza del Sol, the restaurants and the Royal palace. Everything can be done on foot from this hotel. Staff friendly and listening. Room very good, clean, size correct and the staff leave a small note on the table when you arrive to welcome you. Comfortable bed. No noise nuisance. Small plus: breakfast is served until noon and there is a taste for tastes (milk lactose-free sweet, salty). Ideal for a weekend or 4 days in Madrid! Go!

I found the duvet cover upside down, with the internal seams on the outside. I hope this is not to recycle the sheets between one customer and the other…

Fantastic experience! Exceptional staff, particularly Eva and Yvonne. They were so friendly and accommodating. This is a very clean, stylish hotel in an incredible location within walking distance to Plaza Real, Teatro Real, Puerto Sol and great shopping and restaurants. Can't say enough good things!

Good location with lots of Madrid sights in easy walking distance. Love the free portable Wi-Fi hub which helped us so much! Staff was helpful and kind, rooms a little tight but totally adequate and clean, with comfy beds.

Excellent staying in the heart of the city. I'd just recommend the hallways be ligther since the litghing is not low vision people friendly.

Location excellent in the Centre of Madrid, calle quiet without noise. Rooms of design. Kindness of the staff. To improve, the smell when you enter from the street to reception problem with the sewerage.

Service attitude is good, the environment is quite good, clean bathroom, good bed get, there is little room was a bit small, and the prices are still quite reasonable.

Subway is convenient, walk a little to the Palace (so beautiful), the Plaza Mayor. If you don't like snacks or Spain paella, there is India restaurants, American restaurants, lots of pizza and chocolate fritters with famous shops. This hotel is good, give the feeling of casual relaxation. Hotel quality is also high. Our room was very quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast great, meat, cereals, fruit, yogurt, tea, or coffee. We live a good time.

Hotel very well situated. Next to the Royal theatre, Royal Palace and Almudena. And a 5 min walk from Plaza mayor and Puerta del Sol. The best part: The hotel staff, very attentive. They deserve a 10.

I agree about the noise from the hallway. But I was so tired and overwhelmed after endless walking each day, that It didn't bother me at all. I am crazy about cleanliness and comfort, everything was great here. I didn't have any problems. It is a good place to stay for a short time and sleep. Design is cool and the bed was very comfy.

The staff very professional, client relationship staff next and qualified. However, and this is something which I strange because I know the company policy of the director Sarasola, there are deficiencies in facilities such as the shower faucet and the wall tile in the shower, this generates feeling abandoned, lack of maintenance, A greeting.

I especially like the design of this chain. Simple, minimalist and taking advantage of the decoration to differentiate environments. As brand identity has decoration in white and with some indirect lights brightly. The prices are affordable for the design and benefits including and especially em being located the Centre of Madrid.

After a great evening, making the baptism of diving into a pool that was surprised my partner with a cake under the water and a few drinks of champagne, with a system so that water does not fit, we baptize as divers. Afternoon continued with a day of flight balloon looking across madrid. We ended up in the majestic room mate mario with attention and decoration excellent, a great hotel with all the amenities and a spectacular design.

I love this hotel. Very modern and minimalist décor draws much attention. In general, I think that many hotels are passé and anchored in a style little flattering. Hotels like this one, with creativity, that give life and impress. Price and service are quite well.

Modern, clean and comfortable.

I have had the worst experience of my life at this hotel, all of my documentation, stole me in the metro cards. It was long-stay for work, understand policy payments at the hotel but my problem and removing the treatment human of the receptionists (unbeatable). Management acted in an arbitrary manner, they doubted my situation, asking third parties and had to leave the hotel (leaving all my luggage) given the impossibility that this wait that will solve my problem. All this and regardless of the disorder of the theft gave me a serious deterioration in my work and in my stay. Di face from the moment zero, explain my situation and washed their hands, spend me 2000a in a hotel that does not deserve nor by their treatment of one will have jumped the policy of confidentiality of data giving the language, so I figure what customers are interested! Nadaaaaaaa. Thank you and to never and a bit of humanity never comes bad.

Hotel ultra modern aesthetics, with custom for clients installations more gaudy, their attention to the public is quite correct and attentive to the wishes of customers, it has a spa, large enough service, and modernized rooms, its pricing policy is quite good, ideal for demanding pockets.

Take the train from opera station right outside the hotel to the pool at Lago. It's really cheap (3.8€ for train and 4.5€ for entrance to pool) and has a restaurant and bar. Tip: bring your own towel and get there before noon to secure a spot.

Friendly staff, great location. Clean rooms, but a lot of noise from hallway.

In my room, you could hear a lot of noises: from the elevator, the hallways, the water boiler (I suppose), a party somewhere in the vicinity. One of the walls had a very unpleasent sporadic "crack". Good breakfast. Good wireless internet.
