I was staying with my granddaughter and my daughter we loved everything. Especially the cleanings the cleaning girls very friendly. At reception super friendly. And if I hope to return next year.

The location is perfect! All clean and super comfortable.

Lovely place for vacacion.

I really liked everything very clean, good breakfast, good treatment with customers and I really liked the room I completely recommend it.

I recommend it 100% we had to return from Madrid because of this virus. And they were super sympathetic to the situation by charging our stay only for the nights we were actually housed.
Its friendly treatment, amazing cleanliness, beautiful and impeccable facilities. I have no doubt that my return to Madrid will be staying in Regent.
Not to mention the location, meters from the great road, across the street this primark.

Very clean room. Shower with plenty of water. Comfortable beds and pillows too. Great towels and sheets. Very good breakfast. Free Wifi. Unbeatable location! Everything can be done on foot. I recommend it and very good restaurant! Accommodated prices and TRUFAS.

A very well located hotel on the great thoroughfare of Madrid, specifically in the street waiters. It is a completely renovated hotel. I went with breakfast board and the buffet was very complete. The treatment by the workers was very good. I would definitely repeat it again.

Giving such a late review. But couldn't help but rewind the good memories I had in Madrid in March 2017 and my pleasant stay in hotel regente. And must appreciate the good cooperation of your staff Alfonso and Esther. Thumbs up.

On a score of 1 to 10 I would give just enough. The room was a bit too narrow and is not redone accurately. It doesn't have a real restaurant room and breakfast is minimal.

Reasonable room rates and great location, near plaza mayor and civic center.

It is a perfect place and the prices are quite affordable if you book online at a discount. A central place in Madrid that allows you to move easily around the area and save money on transport.
The rooms include the basics but for overnight is very good. The deal is good.

The location is good, but that is about the only good thing about this hotel. Staff were not friendly or helpful. The street noise was bad, kept us awake at night. Breakfast was the worst. Terrible rubbery, tasteless eggs. Croissants were almost inedible. Will not go back.

Good facilities. There was a line for breakfast. In three days they didn't change the sheets. A lot of coldness in the reception on the part of the employees. Except Paco the trunk. Excellent attention, predisposition and sympathy. The others didn't even look at you.

Hotel clean and with a great location. Rooms, small. Customer service was not good. Specially the employees that work at the breakfast buffet, were rude and had bad education.

Very nice hotel, very good location. Meters away from the Sun gate. Very good breakfast and the restaurant. The menu: Main course, dessert, drink and bread €9, 9. Re comfortable the room. The bathroom, especially the shower designed for older people or with difficulties. They keep your bags for free until your plane leaves. I recommend them.

Location is GREAT, very central, close to Primark, but hotel itself is just ok.

The staff is a bit rude but the common areas and rooms are always kept clean, the Internet is not bad but neither excellent, overall you sleep well in the hotel.

Very nice Hotel, rooms clean but a bit old, unfortunately the windows do not insulate in any way from the outside noise. However, Central is very convenient to move in Madrid.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast You have to be 7.30 if they do not want to wait, but to endure the delay. The attention depends on the person on duty, it can be polite to unpleasant depending on who serves you. It is already the second time I am and I find a comfortable hotel!

Great location! Our room looked out over the Gran Vía. Getting to and from the hotel is easy because it's in such a central location. Rooms are adequately ample (for EU rooms) and the staff is friendly.

We have booked for 10 and they have accommodated us very well in three rooms. In which I am I installed a very comfortable playard for my 9 month old baby and a sofa bed also very comfortable for my 10 years daughter. My husband and I have a very large and comfortable double bed. Very well located for shopping and eating everything.

Rooms are nice, in a good location. The only problem is how thin the walls are. I can hear what’s going on in the next room clearly.

A hotel, recently refurbished, which I have been visiting for over 20 years. In the center of Madrid near the Puerta del Sol and next to the Gran Via. Central and Perfect.

In the middle of Gran via. Very close to everything. It allows you to walk in only 2 km to the round seeing a good part of what you have to see in Madrid. From the East Palace to the Prado, the district of the letters and the Austria, as well as shows and trade.

Well, I stayed in a professional event room for an hour, so I can't evaluate lots of features… All I can say: temperature was right, and Wi-Fi worked well.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.

Great location in the center of Gran via from where you have everything at your fingertips or feet.
Hotel has a good structure and very bright,, the room a little small and minimal, insignificant room services with tiny towels and changed too little often, insignificant accessories. All in all and consiliabile.

Very central, the breakfast was very good. The room was good but the first afternoon a lot of noise by works on the third floor that stopped when I complain, by the way the staircase was cut off on that third floor which always forced to take the elevator with the consequent delay. Helpful staff.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Cleanliness and hygiene are disastrous. We stayed for two nights. When we arrived the sheets were stained and the towels dirty, we demanded the cleaning girl. The next day (having left the stains of sheets and towels to the naked eye) we come back and we find the same sheets still laid and another towel… also stained. The free Wi-Fi works FATAL and the noises made by the cleaning managers are unbearable. Question: Stay at this hotel if it's your only chance, but look for another. Don't take any more pictures because it really disgusted and embarrassed me.

Just don't get a streetfront room, the noise and the lights will keep you awake. Otherwise great location, and decent enough jofel.

Great weekend at this hotel overlooking the Gran Via, I put crib for my baby at no extra cost. Breakfast was very good.
The treatment of all the staff towards my family was excellent, however at breakfast I felt embarrassed outside by the bad treatment that the breakfast attendant offered to an English woman for wanting to fill her bottle of water in the machine.
The room was nice, the entrance a little cramped but you could pass it. The problem is in the toilet that gives off a nasty smell of drain.

A very central hotel overlooking the Gran via. In spite of it, little noisy. Perfect for leisure trips. Near Bocas de Metro. Recommended!

Excellent location, well Central, from there, you can make all your visits walking, restaurants and still lifes nearby. Locals like Zara, Primark in front. Good attention.

Great location. The star in less for two reasons: reception reachable only through a few steps (or lift) and lack of bidet, while having plenty of space (the shower cubicle is two meters long)

I haven't slept in the hotel so I can't talk about the rooms. I attended an event and overall well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We could improve the facilities, put the heating in because it was getting pretty cold through the windows. It would come very well a change in reception and the entrance, I went with a baby cart and barely could pass.

Excellent location. It's a very complete hotel. It has many services: safe luggage storage, restaurant, very good breakfast. The Reseda. Price quality is very good.

Very good location but has negative things. The breakfast place is very small and sometimes there is a queue of people to get in. Besides, it's not too varied. The Internet connection is very very bad. It has 3 networks but they leave a lot to be desired.

Very happy with this place it's not a five star, been here twice we believe the rate is pretty good, considering it's in the heart of the city. A little maintenance is needed overall it's great. Very helpful staff the porters are fantastic.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Jesus at the front desk. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. They kept all our bags free of charge while we waited for our train.

It is in the city center. Just a few minutes away from many attractions. You don't even need to commute with bus or Subway if you like to walk because every thing here is in walking distance 0-30 minutes. Rooms are good and clean Personnel are friendly but all rooms do not have refrigerators.

I didn't like it. Everyone there is acting like a manager! They're not nice very old ppl old ways of thinking you are not in hotel you are in school with teachers.

Excellent location and only a 100m from the metro, great price, clean and well furnished. Shower is warm with good pressure, TV works and can take an external input (All hotels learn from this). Acts perfectly for a central location to explore Madrid. Only downside is no Wi-Fi or tea making facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good experience lived, with good reception, breakfast very plentiful, cleaning in the room daily but especially the place is very convenient because we are located in the middle of the Spanish nightlife! The only drawback is the Wi-Fi for a fee!

Excellent location, reasonable price & step gave us a better room than we expected. Recommended if you are looking for comfort, you want a quiet hotel and are looking for rest either if you are on business trip. Not so good: the Wi-Fi is charged separately. I will repeat.

They gave us a room with views of Gran Vía very good, clean and modern I would recommend a good situation.

The Serbian is very good but maybe a little outdated aesthetics.

We stayed in madrid for 4 nights, at HOTEL REGENTE. we took 2 triple rooms and 1 double room. the rooms was big enough and the bath was very large. cleaning was every day and make feel at home. the rooms have TV with a lot of content and HD content too. the staff was amazing. We had a issue with a packge shipping and they helped us. We needed big taxi for 8 people and they arrage it with a good prive. also we tooked a trip to Toledo and they offers us trip we the chipest price in madrid. breakfast was good, as same as other places in europe. Berlin, rome and so. one of the best thing that I never forget is the location, right away garn via and in front of PRIMARK mall. 5 minutes from sol and 2 minutes to metro. as I said more that "best value for money". i will come back!

Very Comfortable and cozy.

The room turned, however, to deliver the key, they wanted me to charge for two calls allegedly made a day before. Wow, I was all the time outside and didn't touch the phone for nothing or a three, your course computer system has a failure, they wanted to charge more or the worst of all, the security in the rooms is so bad that someone went and made the calls. At the end did not pay that charge abuse but I left the hotel with a very bad taste in the mouth.

Nice and centrally placed hotel; only drawback was that we had to pay extra for Wi-Fi: € 4 for one hour! in what time they think they live?

The lack of free Wi-Fi (10€ per day: a theft), rude staff and a poorly installed A/C (with air stream directed towards the bed) which caused us sore throat and headache cannot be ignored, although the location of the hotel is really convenient. An overall cheap choice.

The deal is bad, not caring for the client, as to be at a great way to have it all done. Wi-Fi payment.

Normal treatment… comfortable room hurts q you hear noises until 3 in the morning, good cleanliness, location and breakfast. The bad the Wi-Fi is paid.

Nice hotel near subway station (Callao and Gran Via) and the downtown. We stayed for 2 nights in twin room. The room was a bit small but it is okay for two women. Staffs are relatively friendly. It's good to have some good restaurants around the hotel. Considering the price, I think it is the best choice in this area.

For never to return again. Too cold. No heat. You hear all the noises. And tiny bedrooms. I'm not coming back or even if it is free.

I stayed at this hotel during the holiday season and I will admit to being pleased with the quality and its strategic location. To recommend.

Not filled up my exspectativas. Lacking frigo bar, the room very small, had to queue for breakfast. Really. 3 stars I don't think the score is very generous.

Visited three weeks ago, the Hotel. In a charming location, in the heart of Madrid. Metro nearby. Madrid has numerous attractions. For example, both stadiums. Was even in the stadium Calderon is a Champions League game to look at. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Very good location, just near the famust street Grand Via. 5 mins walk to SOL.

Place OK, but before 15 May (when A/C turned on) our room facing Gran Via barely habitable. Traffic meant that you couldn't sleep with the windows open; heat meant that you couldn't sleep with windows closed. If you stay here, insist on an "inside" room. Finally, we found the staff brusque to the point of rudeness, prone to conducting a conversation in Spanish while pretending to pay atention to your request in English, and not at all pleasant to deal with. On the whole, you can do better in madrid for the same amt of money.
