Amazing location, small but clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and a good range of extras. Highly recommended for the traveler who wants to explore all day and sleep soundly upon their return. Ooooh and the showers were amazing.

Friendly and welcoming staff, but it stands out for the willingness to meet the needs of the customer. A safe reference for a next visit to Madrid, beyond the hotel's strategic location that does not fail, to comfortably visit the city.

In general we are always satisfied, we are very happy, the breakfast very rich, our dog is served unbeatably, the adorable girls… but we see deficiencies of elements like several hangers as for example bathrobes. Shower rack for bath products, toilet brush, enters cold by the base of the door of the balcony since it is not well hermetic… and we cast very very much in lack (since they pamper the pets so much) that acoten the balconies with security for them since we have QU And take them out of the room every time we want to ventilate because it is not safe because it has bars that would sneak and fall into the void but we will continue to go to this wonderful chain, and also now promises to improve as it has new owner who looks worried to improve everything… hopefully take into account our humble opinion that we only give with the desire to improve and not criticize (Felisa and Rosa)

Great Hotel. Close to everything, 200 meters from the Gran Via. 250 Sun Gate. In a beautiful square. At night you don't hear anything. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very nice. Would. I would add free connection with the airport being 20 Petit hotel in Madrid. The only bad thing to say, that at the turn of my trip one night I was very expensive. Plus the taxi, I had to stay in a hotel in Barajas. A shame. But I would return.

I always go to the Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen, I finally found a cozy and personalized hotel in the center of Madrid.
Its location, its attentions, the warmth of the atmosphere, its breakfasts, the professionalism… is very special.

Excellent location. Very quite plaza in the heart of the best tourist parts of the city. Breakfast was superb, very good mix of local, healthy and goodies. Bed, room very fine. Lovely staff — highly recommend to stay there.

We appreciate a bed so big, but it makes it difficult to access the desk area, as the bed occupies too much room area; It's too big for the size of the room.
There is no bedside table: a shelf a few inches. Of the floor is all there is and only on one side of the bed.
The cupboard is dilapidated and needs a carpenter to spend a few minutes.
The shower block forces you to touch the cold water until it comes out hot and can be tempered.
The sink has no plug (I could not clean my razor)

The location is excellent. From the window of the room you could see the clock of the Sun gate. Despite being in the very center of the city you could not hear a fly in the room. We stayed in a lovely attic by the way. Great beds as well as cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And super breakfasts. Everything is absolutely recommended. 'll.

I've become a fan of the Petit Palace chain. Especially the Posada del Peine, Plaza del Carmen and Art Gallery. For the friendliness of the staff, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and the design and refurbishment of the buildings where they are installed.

A very well located hotel, the problem is the bed that was on one side stuck to the wall and to get out you have to do it crawling and it is very very uncomfortable. As I was told at the front desk almost all the rooms are like that. At the time of booking I asked if they could put a teapot in the room and they didn't, but I could see that in another room near mine if there was one. So surely next time we will look for another hotel for our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quiet and relatively spacious. The bathroom in our room what almost luxurious. Location is also perfect. Highly recommended.

A good stay. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. We found the breakfast a bit lacking (the eggs were poor and it only had bacon on one day). Also our room on the 4th floor had limited head room and I banged my head several times.

We have a family room. There was some dust on the floor when we arrived, but in general it was clean. There is a superposed bed but it wasn't very solid. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice and tasteful too.

Our first room was too small to get around each other and for luggage. We asked to switch the following night and much better! Everything was great, staff very nice. Good location to walk to sites.

From the first minute we walked in we were taken care of. Miriam took her time to show us the attractions we were interested in on the map and even booked tickets to tour the stadium for us. Very modern clean facility, with extra touches that made it special. Wish we had time to take the complimentary bikes out!

Highly recommended hotel in the Centre of Madrid. The rooms are not large, but modern furnishings. The bed is very comfortable and the multi function shower helps to start the day.

Acoustic insulation of the room should be improved. The atmosphere of the square can be heard.

Terrible experience, and two out of three very uncomfortable nights. Loft room completely unsuitable to a couple. The single beds were hard solid, and slid around the floor so didn't stay together. It was impossible to stand up in the room without injury. The bathroom walls don't reach the ceiling so sounds and smells permeate the room. When moved, noise from the square kept us awake until 4 a. M.

Great stay, great restaurant below, what do not you recominedo is to eat fresh seafood to the Green mermaid very cheap but expensive, all nearby gran Vía.

For the reasons mentioned above in your Facebook page. I felt abused and despised. Valentine's day to my stay as a regular customer and my wallet it is most important for their Concierge.

Years ago I was in this same hotel; with the passage of time, the rooms have been deteriorating. You do need to change the furniture and conditioned again the baths. The replacement of the carpet on the floor of the rooms has been a step forward, but insufficient. Please consider my comments as it constructive criticism:

It is in the Centre of Madrid just a street that departs from Gran Via. Ideal if you are going to move around the Center since you can go to all sites walk and you don't have to use taxi or public transport. The hotel is new, modern and clean rooms, with all amenities (towels, gels, shampoo, plasma TV, Wi-Fi) A small free buffe breakfast varied and is included in the price, the staff very attentive and helpful has).

Hotel in the Centre of the town, close to shoping, staff. Breakfast at Hotel in Madrid is clearly not worth it — on every corner of multilayer cafes and restaurants. All are well.

I've been hosted a weekend and it was great for me. The location of the hotel is superb, with gran Vía sol front to back. Located in the same plaza del carmen, in the heart of Madrid. The rooms very clean and cosy. The attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast at the firm very riso and varied and very good service. The relation price quality is exceptional. I recommend it 100%. When you go to Madrid I tucked me there without a doubt.

Adjacent to a sita cinemas in the same square lies this quaint hotel that brings an aura of modernism and classic, gives a sense of comfort in the environment, which extends to its restaurant, the terrace, the quality of their food. Somewhat excessive prices, deserves to be honored there. By the way, it has Wi-Fi.
